Excellent host and home next time im in i will be staying with Dorinda again

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. The hosts were friendly and responsive to any questions we had. One small suggestion would be to provide a few basic kitchen essentials like oil, salt, and pepper—it would make cooking a little easier. Also, the supply of dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bags was quite limited compared to other homes we’ve stayed in. A little extra would go a long way. Overall, though, a great experience and we’d definitely recommend this place!

We had to make a last minute trip due to family emergency and booked Brian’s place. What an amazing host! We arrived early and Brian accommodated a bit early checkin. He met us there and gave us a tour of the home and the beautiful pool oasis (due to our visit we unfortunately could not enjoy. Brian is truly a stand out host, messaging us to make sure we were not in need of anything. We cannot wait to come back under different circumstance and enjoy the tiki bar and pool Thanks again Brian for your warm hospitality.

The place was mostly what it said it would be, the pictures are accurate. Was pretty nice and cozy. Had lots of privacy, which was really nice. House was clean and had all of the amenities that were promised. Bed was really comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was a little dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few days before we got there but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

We fled the cold of Minnesota and stayed here as a getaway for Spring Break. Before you even enter the house, Peter made you feel welcome and gave you everything you need. We were wow'd the moment we walked into the house: impressive, clean, beautifully decorated, and incredible amenities. We spent a large portion of our time in the backyard and it was a great little oasis. The kids LIVED in the pool, and we all loved how it was so nicely heated. Peter was incredibly accommodating to a couple guest requests, and his top-notch hospitality really shone through. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I'd highly recommend this house.

Group: 4 adults, 3-yr, 6-mo When: Feb 2025 I’ve stayed in dozens of Airbnbs over the decades. Most have been pretty good. Jungle Paradise was great. I don’t have a single quibble to share. The house was sparkling, beautifully decorated, great floor plan. We had 2 tots, so we spent a fair amount of time just hanging at the house, and it was very fun and comfortable. The provisioning of the house, to function as Airbnb, was as good as physical property itself. There is nothing they haven’t planned for. There wer numerous beach chairs, even a nice beach umbrella. Another example–a couple of very solid casual bikes, and a bike pump for the tires. Those are just a couple of examples, the list goes on–a huge pile of beach towels is another that springs to mind. They had more than enough consumables of every kind. And everything is in EXCELLENT working order–another way in which rentals sometimes fall short. It is hosted by a multi-person team, responsiveness was instantaneous.

The place was great. A wonderful pool, but the beds were a little hard.

We had a great stay at Julia’s home. Perfect location to travel to area attractions. Home is located on a busier street but you never heard any of the traffic noise from inside the house. We will definitely be back.

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

If you are looking for peaceful, calm, clean and safe, you want this place. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe on this property and walked around the property at night with no fear. It is very gated and the front desk crew are incredible. The only fair warning is because of all the steel used to build the building (must withstand hurricanes) your internet is iffy and same goes for your phone service. If those 2 things aren't a concern, I would stay here in a NY minute. The host responded to me immediately and after checking in, I didn't have to contact her because everything went so smoothly.

Great location, walkable to town and beach. Host/management was very responsive when we hade a question. The apartment was as described and very clean.

Great vacation, look forward to seeing the area again!

The unit was exactly as described. We liked the close proximity to the beach and to restaurants. Having a pool to use was an added bonus too.

House was a last minute book for a family emergency and it worked out perfect. Modern, clean, visually appealing, close to family (and the beach). The kitchen was fully stocked which was appreciated as we cooked there a few times.

Had a great stay! The home is very clean and in excellent condition. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. The location is perfect—just 4.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach and about an 18-minute drive to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was fantastic! The place was exactly as pictured—very clean and well-maintained. It’s in a quiet and private area while still being close to everything. The pool was a great bonus, and my friends and I had an amazing time. Yosdel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

As always Siesta Key is a paradise! Villa 7 at Crescent Arms is the perfect spot, close to beach and convenient parking. Unit was clean and spacious. Despite SK being in repair/rehab mode everywhere you look, Villa 7 was one of the few ground level units 100% functional. We love Siesta Key and will be back!

Stayed here for a girls trip and it was THE BEST TIME!! The amount of appliances provided made it so easy to relax and have a good time. The house was spotless and had enough room to host 10 girls for an entire week! Additionally, the airbnb was close to downtown and the beach that we felt like nothing was more than a 15 minute drive away. Paula and Roberto are the best hosts and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Sarasota with a big group!

Perfect location on Siesta Key. The condo was clean and well equipped. Check-in /check out was a breeze and Barb was very responsive. We will be back 😊
