近くにはラーメンや居酒屋などの飲食店が多く、そばにはコンビニがありとても便利でした。アメニティも充実しており、清潔でとても過ごしやすかったです。テレビではYouTubeなども見れたので退屈もしませんでした。ありがとうございました。 There are many restaurants nearby, such as ramen shops and izakayas, and a convenience store nearby, so it was very convenient. The amenities were also plentiful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I was able to watch YouTube on the TV, so I wasn't bored. Thank you very much.

3명이서 묵었는데 넓고 쾌적하게 이용했습니다. 주변에 이온도 편의점도 있고 주차이용도 되어서 좋았습니다

We enjoyed staying at Mai’s place. It was a quiet neighborhood that was only a 3-4 walk to Hakozaki station. From that station, it’s about 5-6 minute train ride to Hakata station. There’s also a Reganet supermarket literally across the street. I recommend checking out Nagata Bakery Hakozaki, which is only a 10 min walk. They open at 8am, which is nice since most coffee spots in that area open around 10AM or 11AM. They have a variety of bread and pastries and free coffee refills. Mai was always checking in on us and gave us recommendations with directions. She was very helpful and was always responsive. Definitely recommend staying here. Thank you again, Mai.

호텔과 비교했을 때 같거나 더욱 저렴한 금액으로 컨디션 좋고 넓은 숙소를 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 항상 친절하고 빠르게 응대해 주셔서 여행하는 내내 불편함이 없었고 방도 청결하게 잘 관리되어 있었어요. 특히 유리님이 추천해 주셔서 다녀왔던 마이즈루 벚꽃축제는 잊지 못할 경험이었습니다. 좋은 시간을 선물해 주셔서 감사해요😊 여러모로 좋았기 때문에 재방문 의사 있습니다! !

感謝屋主在我們當天臨時的訂房時，一直給我們必要的協助，停車位其實還算蠻大的，但是要後退停入有一點點困難，因為旁邊就是大馬路，旁邊就有麥當勞以及拉麵店，對於不想舟車勞頓跑來跑去吃飯的人，這點還是很方便的，起碼我們的晚餐是在拉麵店解決，早餐是在麥當勞吃的😄

보내주신 주소로 입력할때 구글맵 뷰로 집이 보이지않아서 순간 당황했지만~ 다행히 호스트님이 친절하게 응대해주셔서 안심이 되었고 실제로 찾아가기에도 어렵지 않았습니다~ ps. 구글로드뷰로는 나오지 않으니 참고바래요~ 엘리베이터가 없다는것이 다소 힘들었지만 막상 들어가니 숙소청결도 깔끔하고 진짜 최고였습니다!!침대뿐 아니라 여분의 매트와 이불 담요까지👍 히터까지 구비되어있어서 따뜻하게 잘 잘 수 있었답니다 라라포트까지도 택시타고 20분이면 도착해서 잘 놀고 - 하카타항까지는 5분이라 마지막날 즐겁게 쇼핑하고 바로 하카타항까지 갈 수 있어서 좋았네요~^^

가성비로는 후쿠오카에서 최고입니다. 호스트 분도 친절하시고 에로사항 있으면 즉각적으로 대응해주십니다. 다음에 또 이용하고 싶습니다!

Since city subway is well developed, so from Coco walking within 6 minutes to subway station, we could get to a lot of places of the city of Fukuoka easily especially city subway has the ticket system by using my overseas credit card to ride the subway unlimited trips daily for just 640 Yen. Hope the city subway will still have that unlimited daily trips offer when I come back in the near future.

Le logement de Shuntaro est idéalement placé entre la gare de Zasshonokuma et de Minami-Fukuoka, il permet d'accéder à toute la ville sans être en plein centre. Le logement est très propre, et Shuntaro est un hôte très réactif.

房東很親切，位置離藤崎站5分鍾，一切都好~就是隔音不太好，但好像日本公寓都是這樣，純粹看住戶之公德心.

在此房源入住6個晚上，第一天下午兩點過後提早去寄放行李，房東非常快速回覆，讓我們寄放行李相當順暢。 房源與照片及房東敘述相符，溫馨舒適設備齊全，且交通非常方便，搭乘JR只要10分鐘不到就可以到博多車站。比起博多車站附近，我更喜歡南福岡的氛圍，靜謐且不擁擠！南福岡車站有24小時超商，還有藥妝店，附近還有Lawson,相當方便。整體來說，下次再到福岡還會選擇入住此房源！

1泊8人で利用しました。広くて清潔で大変満足しました。今ではあまり馴染みのないレコードも体験できました。ぜひまた利用したいと思います！

The Yamashita Hotel was a great location in Kurosaki that was perfect to explore the city. It was very clean and everything was easy to access. There were lots of amenities like blankets and pillows. The TV was nice for when there was cold weather and having to be inside was necessary.

Apartamento tranquilo para poder descansar. Razonablemente cerca de la estación central, muy bien ubicado para salir a cenar y pasear por la ciudad. La anfitriona es muy amable y simpática.

Great location, and everything looks so nice and fancy. Recommend staying here!

가족 모두가 만족스러워한 숙소입니다:) 하카타역까지 도보로 가능해 여행이 편했으며 근처 편의점, 마트가 있어 좋았습니다. 그리고 신축 건물에 우수한 청결과 무엇보다 주변이 시끄럽지 않아 자는데에 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 다음에도 후쿠오카에 방문한다면 이용할 것입니다!

Well furnished studio in an excellent location, near a great shopping area, with a supermarket and excellent restaurants. The metro station is nearby and the free bikes are a great way to discover the city and its surroundings. Masaru-San is a great host making sure that you feel safe and confortable. The express way nearby can be a bit noisy sometimes (emergency vehicles or super loud engine), but most of the time it's sounds more like a pleasant background white noise. Great and reliable internet connection and fairly quiet building during the day for those who has to work. I would definitely come back when I get the chance. Thanks again Masaru 👍🏻
