We have just returned from a stay in this wonderful barn. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures show. Great location and really peaceful. The children loved seeing the chickens and horses. Great location and would definitely recommend for families wanting to go to Whitby , Dalby Forest and the little village of Thornton Le Dale with its lovely cafes.

Great stay, stopped with my kids who are mostly teens, they didn’t want to leave! Plenty of room for us all to spread out, very spacious! Convenient for city centre, shops, train station etc Would definitely stop again, many thanks! Host left us sweets and staples which was a lovely touch.

Gorgeous house for a girls weekend away. The house is absolutely amazing, especially the kitchen! There’s loads of seating in the kitchen & living area with games included which we loved. Plenty of parking, super peaceful surroundings and gorgeous views of the sunset. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back 🥰

Absolutely beautiful cottage in the lovely village of Masham. So many nice touches from the Molton Brown toiletries to the dog biccies in the cupboard and logs for the wood burner. Great walks pubs and bacon rolls We would love to return - thank you

Fantastic sat at Amy’s place. The accommodation had plenty of space for our party of 7 adults and one toddler with a single bed to spare. The property had clearly been recently refurbished to a high standard. All the fixtures and finishes were of high quality. Amy was a great host, really helpful before and during our stay. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

LOVED our stay! Beautiful accommodation, surroundings and wonderful animals! Loved our highland cow experience and afternoon tea, loved meeting the goats and sheep also! The hosts were lovely, Cat was so helpful and said to text if we needed anything. The fussy wagon was absolutely beautiful, we loved every minute of our stay and think this will be a yearly trip now! We had a lovely weekend staying at Serendipity to visit the Christmas markets in York. The place has everything we needed and more and Rachael had kindly left the heating on for us so we were super cosy when we arrived in the evening too. Very comfortable bed with great pillows and a great power shower - the all important things! Also a lovely extra touch with some treats for us and the dogs, plus milk, tea and coffee. Our 8 year old loved the addition of the XBOX and extra toys to play with too! Thank you so much Rachael! Helen, Dave, Fin, Olive & Gus x
