We stayed for 3 nights. Nice neighborhood. Our stay at Phillip's place was fantastic! The suite was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Philip and his wife went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect.

Clean place. Didn’t realize it was attached to a larger house. Not clear in the description. Luckily it was still quite private so that was nice. Very clean. Felt right at home. I was a little unsettled when I found that people were coming into the gated private area while we were staying there. Someone came to get the trash cans and the landscaper was also in the private gated yard and also blocked us in the driveway. While I understand the needs of these services a heads up would have been nice. Just unexpected. Other than that it was great and very close to the Disneyland resort.

Angela has a nice & clean, cute spot for an overnight stay. The area seems very safe and it is within easy walking distance of anything you might want to check out including the beach. Thanks Angela

This is a lovely, private studio on a hill. While it overlooks the 2, it is far enough away that the road just provides background sound like surf. The far view to the north is beautiful and the immediate neighborhood very quiet. We loved the unit. It is extremely well equipped and comes with thoughtful instructions on how everything works. We particularly appreciated good coffee and the fixings. The kitchenette had all we needed for stowing and serving our usual continental breakfast. Bed and bedding were excellent, as were the other furnishings. Plenty of hot water. Good off street parking. Lots of usb outlets. Heat pump for heat and cooling. The hosts clearly want this place to work for their guests. We will return here.

We absolutely loved staying with Gemma. Lovely place, really put so much love into it. Furniture is amazing, really high quality and loads of great taste. The whole family was super cute, they helped us with the laundry, brought us some delicious out milk and cookies as a welcome present, always responded in time. This was exactly the experience you aim for on platforms like air BnB. Absolute highlight!

I came to Newport beach for a conference, and Jeff's place was fantastic! Check in was super easy, the space was as advertised, it was plenty big, the wifi was strong, and the bed was comfortable. The real star of the show was Jeff himself - when I had specific requests, he was always able to make them work. He's a great human being, a great host, and when I'm back in the area, I'd absolutely stay with him again

Lee and his family were very communicative and friendly hosts for our wedding guest weekend in Pasadena! The cottage was extremely cozy and comfy, and we really appreciated the local guidebook, which pointed us to everything that was accessible on foot. Thanks for having us, Lee!

It was fine. Comfortable bed. Awesome patio. Fantastic for walking/hiking around. Incredible views all around.

Jenny’s place was the perfect place for a get-away from my town. Me and my wife flew from New Mexico over to California, and the place was just perfect. It felt very homey, and I would highly recommend it. It’s also a little hidden, which in my book, makes it the perfect stay in the area. Would highly recommend!

Rachel and John were super welcoming and provided enough space, privacy, and even went the extra mile by providing local guides, and also inviting us to enjoy of the extra amenities and natural features at their home. It felt like being at our own home. Communication and responses were always prompt and clear. They even accomodated and provided an extra portable foam mattress for me, since my teenage daughter sleeps pretty crazy all night, and will not share a bed anyway (emphasis on "teenager" 😅). Closed-in parking a super plus! Their side of town has so much history and museums to visit, a pier, a calm beach, Santa Catalina Island overview (and planned/paid trips there, via boat) Marinas, free Aquarium, and restaurants at walking distance (about 20 minutes in any direction). L.A. is within 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic (Hollywood, Santa Monica, popular attractions, etc.). I loved the historical and peaceful San Pedro. So quiet. Calm. Walkable. Thank you! Will visit again!

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Anand’s place. He was extremely proactive, friendly, and the room was both spotless and spacious. It’s very centrally located to lots of attractions in LA, including Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silverlake, DTLA, and WeHo. Some nearby recommendations (from a former LA native): - Yamashiro Restaurant: drinks and a beautiful view (food isn’t worth it). - LA CHA CHA CHA in DTLA Arts district - Maison Matho: hole in the wall spot for breakfast with fresh baked goods. - Sqirl in Silver Lake for breakfast - Carousel Restaurant: Middle Eastern food in Hollywood - CJ’s Restaurant in MidCity: a personal favorite for Mexican breakfast.

This was our 2nd stay and it's still a great place! Comfortable beds, super shower and a kitchen with what I needed for the 2 dinners I made. You're close to Eldred Street Stairs, a real uphill slog, but worth it!

This place was not only beautiful, it was cozy and so comfortable. Loved our stay, will definitely be booking again.

Denisse’s guest house was bigger than expected and very comfortable for our family (3 adults, 4 kids, and an infant). The rooms were huge with 2 queen beds and televisions. One of the rooms even had a small living area with a couch which was great for the kids to watch a movie before bed. The guest provided Disney plus, hulu and more. The area was very safe and clean, I can honestly say we were very comfortable with our nieces playing in the driveway which was gated. We accidentally left the gate open once after an exhausting day and the host was polite and understanding. No one approached the property even when we left the gate open accidentally which spoke greatly of the neighborhood. There were other airbnb guest in other units and they were also polite and respectful. I highly recommend this guest house and property yet I can’t say enough good things about it. Denisse was also very kind, supportive, and responsive at any time.

Brian was very accommodating and had great communication. We went to a wedding at York Manor and the location was walkable and close to bars, restaurants and boutiques. We would happily stay again if we are in the area.

Chad’s place worked out great for my work trip. I just needed a place to crash at the end of the day. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

I can’t say enough about how beautiful this place was! We had all kinds of plans for the Saturday night we stayed, but once we saw the place we decided to get groceries and stay in and cook in the magical outdoor kitchen and bathe in the tub under the stars! It was the most needed relaxation that I didn’t know I needed. It’s quite an incline walk to get to but it’s so worth it! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back. Ethan was very responsive and respectful of our privacy. 10/10

Detail detail detail!! As someone who prides myself in the details, if that is you, then stay here. I think everyone’s biggest worry in booking an Airbnb is checking in, parking, will it look like the pictures? etc. This property is everything as advertised and has everything you could need and more. I travel for work and with hotel prices in LA. This is going to be my new go to spot! Can’t wait to visit again. Big shoutout to Ida and her hospitality. Ps.. need to know what detergent she uses.. my clothes have never smelled better!

This was our first stay at an Airbnb and it was a great one. Winnie was very communicative both in response to our questions and proactively. The place was in a nice neighborhood setting, very close to many of the attractions we wanted to see. The place was clean and spacious for the three of us. While there were multiple rental units in the building, our stay was quiet and peaceful. We absolutely recommend Winnie and would stay at her place again.

Great place! Cute furniture, private entrance, assigned parking, working kitchen, hosts were attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. Liquor store, fruit stand and food within walking distance and close to the freeway. Would definitely stay again! My family and I felt right at home.

Wonderful space and very easy to function in. Had the windows open the whole time and never used heat or A/C! Quick walk to the beach and to the cutest downtown! Perfect location. Very quiet and peaceful. We hated to leave!!
