It was a perfect place for 2. The home was beautiful inside and out. The property was well maintained and attractive. The setting was stunning. Having kayaks available was a bonus. Inside, nothing was missed. Communication was clear and simple; they offered good suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Would definitely return!

We stayed at Alexandra's place for a few nights . The apartment is cozy and welcoming, very clean, with great art on the walls and good books on the shelves. Alexandra was very responsive and nice - she lent us her snowshoes, told us to park in her garage during the snowstorm to avoid being snowed in , offered good suggestions for local places to eat.

Amazing upscale place. Everything is brand new and highest quality ever possible. We used the kitchen, the grill, the fire pit and the access to the lake. A washer and a drier were an amazing add on. Turkey with her chicks came to the backyard and left us feeling amused. We could also see the 4th of July fireworks from our windows. Will definitely come again. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at Charlie’s Haven. Everything was as promised. Sandra was so sweet and helpful. The place was immaculate. The lake and view are spectacular. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next trip back. We highly recommend a visit to this little slice of heaven!

This place is exactly what we need for the long weekend: a clean, comfortable and peaceful place to come back after a long day out in the snow. The apartment is very spacious (more than what it looks in the pictures) and extremely well supplied. The hosts are very proactive and responsive. we will surely be coming back!

We traveled from Austin TX to get out of the August Texas heat (originally from NY and knew the area). Stayed 2 1/2 weeks. The area was centrally located and easy to travel to Saratoga, Lake George and even Cooperstown. Close to a beach and lots of restaurants. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. Clean and comfortable. Plan on going back next summer.

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Lapland Lake as we were. Especially for skiing in winter since Annette’s apartment was so warm and cozy - the perfect place to return to after a day outdoors. Annette was very welcoming, responsive, accommodating and friendly. There was a lot of snow and ice during our stay and she did such a nice job of making the walkways accessible and safe. The apartment was so comfortable and quiet and had perfect reading spots - a big comfortable couch and chair that I wish I had at my own home! The place was sparkling clean. It was really one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in! We highly recommend and will definitely return.

I had a good stay. Only issues I had, the place was freezing cold when I got to the apartment. I could not find the thermometer, it's behind the couch if anyone needs to find it. The apartment was cold throughout the night, but was able to warm up the next day. if you need an oven, it does not reach the desired temp to cook food. I can hear people talking in the apartment across from me. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay to rest and go to work.

Place and stay was very nice no complaints at all about cleanliness of apartment or anything of the sorts. Only tick would be the lot instructed to park, we went middle of winter and the lot was in a somewhat difficult area only since there was a lot of snow we had a hard time getting out. Other than that which is out of their control weather wise 99% of the time, absolutely no complaint, very nice host and apartment was up to standards.
