Perfect for a big group staying the weekend. Had everything we needed- coffee, cooking utensils, plenty of places to sleep, a huge living room for socializing and a serene sun porch. We picked it because of its proximity to some basketball games we were going to downtown and it was super easy to get to and from. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

I would absolutely recommend this place. We were all so pleased upon check in. The place looks even better than the photos. The location is a very nice area. I would for sure stay here again.

Very clean and spacious home. The backyard was great for the kids to play outside. There was enough room for families to spread out and also a huge living room to all hang out together. Jonathan was quick to respond to messages. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I love the time we spent here. The home had many options for us to create family memories. We are looking forward to scheduling more homes with Rick. He was a great host!

Great location if you need to attend an event in Birmingham. Many walkable restaurants and a grocery with a short drive. House is huge with fenced in backyard for pets. Lastly, bunch of small stuff in kitchen (e.g. plastic bags) and bathroom to make things easy.

This townhouse was beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location. It was within 10 minutes of downtown Birmingham, homewood, and mountain brook and super easy to find and get around. The house was comfortable, cute, and had all needed amenities. The location of the home felt very safe as well. Would highly recommend!

We reserved a two bed unit but Samuel had to move us to another unit prior to our arrival. It had one bed and a sofa couch but it was still a great unit. He offered to move us to another 2 bedroom unit but we were fine with where we were. The entire place was clean and spacious with 3 tvs! We were in town for a sporting event so when not at the arena, we could watch those out of town events. Keep in mind the units are above a business so there was some noise but not a lot. There were three security doors so we felt very safe. Samuel was very responsive and wanted us to be happy with the change in units, so the offer to upgrade us was appreciated! The location was only an eight minute drive to downtown. First impressions of the area proved us to be wrong! It was really safe and convenient for our needs. We were there for five nights. I’d stay again.
