宿泊は夫婦2人だけですが、近隣に住んでいる友人の家族とBBQやお風呂など利用させて頂きました。 蔵を移築して改装した家は雰囲気が良く、過ごしやすかったです。 高速道路のスマートICから降りれば宿がすぐあり、サービスエリアにも歩いて買い物に行けるので、東京に行く途中で寄るにはとても良い立地でした。 オーナーさんは離れたところに住まれてても、朝早いチェックアウト時にも見送りに来ていただりして、親しみやすく丁寧な対応をしていただけました。

The house is beautiful and has a warm atmosphere, giving the feeling of staying at a friend’s home. However, the entrance is quite small.

8人で利用しましたが、広々ゆったりと過ごすことができました。訪問前にお写真でなんとなくイメージはしておりましたが、特にお手洗いとシャワールーム・湯船が予想以上に広くて快適でした。 本滞在のメインの目的は、BBQと花火だったのですが、どちらもやりやすいように用意していただいて、手軽に楽しむことができました。 キッチン用品やアメニティも十分で、テレビの大きさや椅子の数や配置も大人数で快適に過ごすのにぴったりでした。 Airbnb上でのやり取りもスムーズで、到着時は暖かく出迎えていただき、丁寧に対応していただいたおかげで、安心して楽しいひとときを過ごすことができました！また機会があれば再訪したいと思える滞在でした。

Highly recommend a stay here for a trip to Hakone. Easily accessible via the buses, but feels really peaceful and private once you arrive. The private baths are an amazing addition to this beautiful home. Gabriel was responsive and helpful.

Byron was very friendly and communicative. Met us on arrival and gave helpful instructions about the house, area, and local shops. House was lovely and homey. Great kitchen and bbq, comfy futons, and spacious sleeping areas

一泊させていただきました。 1日目には庭から富士山が見えてすごく自然を感じることができました。朝はあいにくの天気で、富士山は見ることができなかったものの、雨であっても家やその周りが自然に溢れているため最高にリラックスできる空間でした。 まずメインの広い部屋は広く清潔感があり、とても良かったです。ベッドはたくさんありすぎて2人で泊まったので使いきれなかったです。 バスルームはとても広く清潔感があり、良かったです。 キッチンも全て綺麗に整備されてました。 虫については私たちは気にならなかったですが、場所が場所なので多少はいます。 最後に庭ですが、今まで泊まったAirbnbの中で1番良かったです。 最後に一つ気になったことがあるとしたら家が広すぎて音や声が全然届かないですので、スピーカーをもってくることをおすすめします。メインルームにスピーカーが設置されていればもっと良いのにと思いました。 最高の思い出になりました。ありがとうございます！

The location is close to the main road, there are many restaurants around, there is also a supermarket. This house have 2 floors is quite comfortable for 13 of us, 6 adults and also 7 children. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There are 4 rooms here, we only use 3 rooms is enough, there is still 1 room with a tent to play. And 1 toilet near stairs. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, toilet, and a large playroom. Outside the house there is a large yard, suitable for children to play Unfortunately we arrived here at night and only slept overnight, the next morning we had to continue our journey so we couldn't enjoy the facilities

it was a great stay at Aya's place, walkable to Lake Kawaguchi and with view of Mt Fuji frm the top floor bedroom. There's Ogino supermarket and Family mart nearby. There's also a halal Indian restaurant nearby and a mosque with halal cafe right in front of the lake. The surroundings of the Lake was serene and beautiful.

Cozy, comfortable & convenience place for family or big group visit. Spacious 2 storeys wooden traditional house that manage to accommodate up to 16pax. Walking distance to main attraction in Oshino Hakkai. Highly recommend & value for money.. Travel with kids or elderly will not have any issue❤️

깔끔하고 히터랑 코타츠덕에 따뜻했어요. 무엇보다 넓은 한 집 전체를 다 쓸수 있어서 가성비 짱짱 👍👍

If you’re looking for an experience of a traditional Japanese house, this place is the perfect choice. The house is spacious with multiple rooms, a large kitchen, and a dining area. It also features a big-screen TV. However, if you’re staying with a large group, you might encounter some inconvenience as there is only one bathroom.

Great location, enough room for 5 people with all single beds. Host was also responsive and helpful. Just that the place was a little confusing as there are 3 apartments in the building. Overall good value for the price paid.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The place was fully stocked and comfortable. We highly recommend this airbnb and will def come back. Thank you for hosting us!

Schönes Apartment für kleine Familien. - Ausstattung für Babys/Kleinkinder ist vorhanden (Treppengitter, Aufsatz für Stuhl, Besteck & Geschirr) - Alles Notwendige in der Küche vorhanden - Gasheizung bei kalten Temperaturen war sehr angenehm - Bett ist gemütlich - Großer Wandschrank im Schlafzimmer - Lage: Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt und Drogerie in der Nähe

The hotel is a nice one. Very easy to find, just 1 minute from the station. But it’s on the second floor and there’re only stairs, so we need to carry the suitcase. It was a good place for one-night stay. Recommend! The only thing is the room was a bit cold where we were there since the area was snowy.

We are a group of 7, our first time stay in this place. The room and beds are well prepared for 7 people. The whole place was clean. Walkable for few minutes from Kawaguchiko STA and the place is near to the famous Tempura restaurant. We drove from Tokyo to Kawaguchiko and perfect parking spot right in front of the house. Everyone was happy with the place and had a great time at BearHouse. Thank you, definitely recommended.
