Amazing view! Great for morning coffee and watching the waves roll in. Great place set up with everything you need to chill out and catch up with friends and family. Great beach within walking distance. We loved it.

Our time at Anncliff was 5 star all the way through from booking to check out. Jen communicated with us every step of the way making sure we were comfortable and supported. Jen gave us an early check in on arrival day and the check in/out process was nice and simple. The house is STUNNING and by far exceeds expectations. Great views, quiet, clean, comfortable and is also fully equiped which was just awesome! We were lucky to stay over NYE and could watch the fireworks from the balcony. Another unexpected bonus!! The extremely generous gift left from Jen was the cherry on top! We had a wonderful time spent with family in a beautiful space and we were sad to leave. I would highly recommend Anncliff to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area and we look forward to our next one!! Very relaxing area, a minute from town. Phil is a top bloke. Easy access and off-street parking for the boat. Happy Days

Brilliant house right next to Pambula Beach. Perfect with young kids, plenty of room. Had everything we needed, was comfortable even on hot days. Loved watching the roos and echidnas across the road from the balcony. Short trip into Pambula or Merimbula, lots of great tracks for running, riding or walking. Hosts were terrific, provided all the info we needed well in advance and was easy check in and out. Will definitely be back!

Place was really cozy and fully equipped for the remote area, which was really impressive for the price and location. Luke was friendly and made sure we had all the info we needed even though we a late check-in. We were able to find the place with ease, without much trouble. Would definitely recommend the place for anyone passing by needing of stay, however make sure you've made all arrangements regarding food, as this is more of a camping vibe and there's no local restaurants, cafes or even grocery store around.

Our stay at The Hunter was very enjoyable. The home was clean & thoughtfully appointed. I would highly recommend choosing this home if you were wanting to stay in Mallacoota.

Lovely house with all the facilities required for a week away. Great garden and house in a location that attracts wildlife.

The house was spacious and comfortable and the view from the balcony was glorious. Len was friendly and easy to deal with. We would be happy to come again.
