This place is so much better than I expected. Let me enumerate the reasons why: - The location is very strategic, it's in the heart of the city which is very accessible to a lot of places. If you go around through using Grab services, many cars are accessible. A McDonald's and convenience store is nearby. There is also a wall that is only walking distance. Lawang Sewu, a tourist attraction is also walking distance. - The place is so clean. You'll feel like it's the first time you're moving into your new home. - It is very cozy. The lamps really get you into a mood that makes you feel right at home and prepares you for sleep. The AC runs very cool in hot Semarang, it will keep you comfortable during the day if you decide to just stay inside. - Freebies will be found such as bottles of mineral water, iced tea, potato chips aside from tea bags and coffee sachets. The host is generous with these. - Courteous hotel staff who are ready to help in time of need. We needed to have our clothes washed and the hotel staff can take your laundry and deliver it to the laundromat. They'll notify you when it's ready and pay them directly. - Free wifi for just inside the room! Really handy if you have remote work to do or just plan to stay inside. - Amenities such as a gym and an infinity at the rooftop if you want to enjoy a dip under the night sky! Score: 10/10

untuk staycation bersama keluarga sangat disaranakan sekali menginap disini, sangat nyaman, fasilitas sangat lengkap, sangat bersih, tidak usah diragukan lagi patut untuk bintang 5, terimakasih

Very beautiful house and everything looks like the photos. There’s a beautiful lake nearby and it’s exquisite especially in the morning. House is big, beautiful and super clean. The Host is also very responsive. Definitely will stay back in Kayla Home by the time we go to Semarang. 🙂

Tempatnya sangat homey dan terletak cukup di tengah kota. Kebersihannya oke, tp kalau boleh saran bisa sedikit pakai pewangi ruangan supaya lebih fresh aromanya 😊 Semua sprei n handuk bersih dan tidak ada bau apek 👍👍 Cynthia juga sangat responsif ketika di wa untuk tanya2 wifi dan lainnya. Kami pasti akan kembali menginap disini lagi kalau kunjungan2 berikutnya ke semarang 💕

Terima kasih kak Ivan utk bantuannya selama kami tinggal di apartemen. Ruangan cukup nyaman utk 2 orang, fasilitas berfungsi baik. Sinyal WiFi dan mobile data kadang hilang, nonton sering terputus, tapi secara umum masih cukup baik. Lokasi mudah dijangkau dgn Gojek/Grab utk antar jemput dan pesan makanan. Lingkungan kadang berisik karena banyak anak kecil tapi masih bisa istirahat. Kolam renang cukup baik, gym kecil dan hanya 1 treadmill yg bisa digunakan sehingga harus bergantian. Tidak ada air minum tapi mudah beli di Indomaret di ground level. Secara umum, apt kak Ivan adalah pilihan oke terutama utk orang2 yg ada acara atau aktivitas di Undip.

Amazing to stay in for my first trip to Semarang felt safe, a good view of the local square and plenty of stuff to do.
