Heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Fijn privé strandje en mooie natuur. Het huisje is heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg aangenaam!

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

Ons verblijf was geweldig! Het huis is prachtig ingericht en heel praktisch om te verblijven. Doordat er overal ramen zijn, is de huiskamer/keuken heel mooi licht. Het dakterras is ideaal en heeft zowel zon als schaduw. De keuken was heel fijn om in te koken, het bed heerlijk om in te slapen en de badkamers perfect. Het huis ligt in een heel mooi deel van Spetses, met een oude haven en een mooie korte wandeling naar het strand of het water. Nicholas was erg flexibel en had goede tips, bijvoorbeeld over hoe we een scooter konden huren. 100% aanrader!

This is a beautiful home that has absolutely a wonderful environment with a serene surrounding. Being an artist’s home - everything including the furnishing was beautiful to look at and be in that space. The bedding and the towels were exceptional. Our host gave us very important information as to where to dine and made our stay perfect.

Niko is the host you can only wish for. Responsive and on top of our needs from the day we inquired about his house. He continually checked on us to find out if we had any special needs and if everything was in order. Our arrival to the house was late for a day due to flight delay, Nikos refunded a full night even though he didn’t have to. House is a gem with distinct personal touches throughout. It has everything one needs to enjoy wonderful peaceful stay. We are dearly moved by Nikos attention, hospitality, friendliness and care. He is an outstanding example of wonderful character Greeks carry in their genetic code, one of love, respect and appreciation of others. We wish our paths will cross again in the future.

The flat is very close to the sea. We slept and woke up with the sound of the sea. In front of the flat there is unique scenery, crystal clear sea and a dormant volcano. Quiet area and breathtaking views. About 7 minutes walk you get to a beautiful beach with turquoise sea and there is a family-run taverna a few steps away. Yannick was friendly, proactive in responding to all our needs and gave us lots of useful advice. I approve.
