100% five stars! There were 10 of us staying at Villa Mirador and it was magnificent. The house was gorgeous and the owners and caretaker were amazing answering questions. This is a great spot to unwind with a large group. Highly recommend renting a car as Hopkins is a bit remote and you won’t find Ubers. Juan was a great care taker and kept the pool and grounds in perfect condition. The beach was a great spot for volleyball and Juan set it all up for us. The weather was a bit wet and with it brought lots of sand flees. These little buggers are brutal. Bring insect repellent and oil to get them away. Great time was had by all! 10 out of 10

Instructions for checkin and use of space are very clear and communication was great. There are QR codes throughout the house to answer FAQs of how to use things like the stove, where to find the sheets, how to use the futon and so on. Loved that proactive help. The place was sooo well stocked with many things often not seen in an Airbnb. Even the floaties for the water was thoughtful! Washer and dryer worked well. The private beach was nice. The distance from Hopkins, which we highly recommend going into town and patronizing the local businesses vs resorts and developers where the villa is located, is about 10mins in a car. Lots of our neighbors had golf carts too. Only thing we had a hard time with was the noise carried out in the home. There is NO privacy. You will hear everything happening in each room because of no closures with the vaulted ceilings. We didn’t mark stars down for this bc it was written in the house listing. We just didn’t realize the impact until there.

This place was absolutely perfect for us. It met all of our wants and needs The communication was great. The place overall was very nice and clean It came with a really nice breakfast which was unexpected as most Airbnb do not offer that. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again

Cornel’s place is perfect for a stay in Hopkins. Convenient to all the great restaurants and wonderful amenities. We hated leaving & would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Tamzin’s! It’s a beautiful house located right on the beach walking distance to lots of restaurants. We loved having access to the kayaks and stand up paddle boards. The kitchen is fully stocked with every possible thing you might need to whip up some nice meals. The views were amazing and the beds comfortable. Check out the barracuda and sea bar next door for great pizza. I would highly recommend both Hopkins and Tamzin’s place.

Godfrey communicated with us in advance and arranged pick up from airport to a restaurant (he had a few recommendations) and then being brought from restaurant to the cabin He was very friendly and welcoming The cabin was clean , nice wooden floors, comfortable bed , quite, felt nice with A/C We were able to heat up our breakfast in Mwave and made black coffee

Arrivée flexible: nous sommes arrivés plusieurs heures avant l’heure affichée, alors Gilda a tout organisé pour que nous puissions avoir accès à la maison dès notre arrivée à Hopkins et que la climatisation soit activée un peu avant notre entrée pour que ce soit confortable! Les draps et les serviettes sentent très bon, tout était rangé soigneusement. Il y a eu quelques pannes électriques mais Gilda était constamment en contact avec nous pour faire le suivi, ainsi qu’avec la compagnie d’électricité. Il faisait très chaud lorsque l’électricité manquait, mais je ne peux pas dire que c’est un problème parce que ça a été très bien géré. J’ai eu des ennuis de santé et Gilda s’est assurée que tout se passe bien, même la communication avec ma famille. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé se prélasser sur le toit, j’ai pu faire la sieste dans le hamac et observer les étoiles sur le toit. Tout était parfait! Je recommande vivement cet hôte!

Exactly as described. If this is your first time in Belize and you might find this place a little isolating. But for those of us who have been many times, this is just the key, especially if you’re hanging out doing ministry or you just need an expensive place to go for tours.
