Sonia’s place made us feel right at home! She was flexible with check in and was sure to provide us with detailed instructions and directions to reach the location. Sonia provided many local recommendations from attractions to restaurants and she was so knowledgeable which was very helpful. She was always available and helpful for random questions that we had throughout our stay. Sonia knows the bus system very well and assisted us with this as well which was amazing! The place was cozy and unique and she helped with the heat when it had gotten colder than expected! A great stay for our short trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo's apartment. It was very clean, the towels and bed linen were clean and soft. He also included a guide to places and restaurants to visit. It was close to the city center in a very quiet neighborhood. The parking was a wonderful extra. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful view, very warm, very comfortable. The location is fantastic, close to everything, but surprisingly peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Florence was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—everything was within walking distance, making it so easy to explore the city. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. A couple of small suggestions that would make the experience even better: it would be helpful to have a list of recommended restaurants and local spots nearby. A welcome basket with bottled water and a house manual would also be a nice touch. Additionally, there was no espresso machine or coffee maker, which would have been appreciated for those early mornings. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Florence!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement au charme italien. Il est idéalement placé, car très proche des monuments emblématiques de la région et des restaurants et autres commerces de proximité. Tout se fait à pied!!! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, et rassurants (c'était ma première fois en Italie) et répondent rapidement aux messages. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour sa fonctionnalité, sa proximité et surtout pour le contact bienveillant des propriétaires. Si nous revenons à Florence, nous re prendrons cet appartement!

We had a great time, although we did not spend much time in the apartment! Everything was clean, well presented, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped - although the quantities seemed a bit random with lots of plates but just two mugs; We also had to search quite hard to find various items - but it had everything we needed. Lucia who met us was friendly and helpful. We did feel it was a little expensive, but appreciate that in a tourist area like Florence prices are going to be inflated. We also felt that a 200€ cleaning fee, when we were there for only 4 days, was also steep. Having said that, the apartment was spotless.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

Bianca’s place is huge, especially given the amazing, central location to all the attractions. She was very helpful and responsive, and we had no issues. I would not hesitate to stay at Bianca’s place again in the future.

Great location, easy 10-15 minute walk to the center! Clean, comfortable, and spacious house! House was supplied with everything you may need! As well as easy check-in and access into the home! Host was very friendly and accommodating! Very helpful being on the ground level and not having to lug suitcases up and down flights of stairs! Overall great place!

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

Our stay at Adil House was absolutely amazing! We truly enjoyed every moment. The location is fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, and it’s just steps away from historical landmarks. The house itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly stylish. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. Adil was a wonderful host—very helpful and communicative throughout. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it. Thank you so much, Adil!

You can tell this place is loved. Elena grew up there. There are so many nice touches you don't usually see. Very comfortable. The only, and I mean only, drawback is the intermittent internet connection. Resetting the router fixes this most of the time, but not always. Unless you must have wifi all the time, absolutely stay here.

The apartment is lovely, spacious and clean. Though located in a busy place, the moment you step inside, it is very calm, quiet & peaceful. Beautiful views of buildings and the Duomo is right down the street. Very spacious and clean.

Mario’s place was clean, comfortable and safe. Exceptionally clean and well stocked kitchen. Bedroom was super comfortable with lots of clothes storage. Building very secure and close to bus and tram stops. Easy walk into Florence city center. We stayed a month and loved this place, very responsive hosts even when we locked ourselves out. Hosts were so kind and hospitable. One of our best Airbnb stays.

Beaucoup de + dans cet appart : très bien placé pour visiter le centre de Florence. Plus grand que ce qu’il n’y paraît sur les photos. Petite terrasse charmante. Et Rosella très aidante et arrangeante sur l’arrivée/depart. Lits confort. Les petits - : Pas de vue sur l’extérieur en dehors de la terrasse. Le chauffage met un peu de temps à faire effet. Nous avons étés ravis de ce séjour et nous recommandons vivement 🙂🇮🇹

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Enrica's place was fantastic! I immediately felt how exceptionally clean it was upon entering, which I really appreciate. The location is prime if you're looking for something peaceful, but still walkable to the main (tourist) attractions. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. If you have a really heavy and large bag, you might struggle to bring it up all the stairs (it's at the top floor), but for us it was worth it because the place was so beautiful. Highly recommend!

Nuestra estadía fue maravillosa !! Los anfitriones muy amables, nos dieron recomendaciones locales y estuvieron atentos a nuestras consultas y nos dejaron algunas amenities de cortesía. El apartamento es super cómodo, no hay nada que observar, por el contrario realmente es muy agradable, hermosa la decoración y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía. La zona es tranquila y está muy bien conectada, ya sea caminando o por tranvía. Recomiendo alojarse en Cherubine Palace sin dudas!!
