The apartment building is easy to locate and accessible if you are using ride shares. It is close to Rice University, which is the reason for our visit. The apartment is free of clutter and has all you need. It also has a great location near many places to eat at walkable distance. Will definitely book Katie's place if visiting Houston again!

Ted was a very responsive host. Apartment was exactly as described. Super easy check in and check out. Safe, secure gated area. Comfortable furnishings. Very neat and clean. Great amenities.

I was in Houston to visit MD Anderson. The apartment is located close to the Medical Center, an easy walk in good weather. They have a free shuttle that was also very helpful, especially when the weather was worse. Everyone at the Latitude was friendly and responded to my questions and requests. The apartment I stayed in was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. Unfortunately the apartment I originally reserved was unavailable when I arrived due to a water leak. Ed quickly set me up with another, by chance, larger apartment, so I still had accommodations. Ed was easy to reach and communicate with. I was able to have groceries and food delivered to the apartment. The apartment is also accesible if you are using a wheelchair. Ed responded to my questions quicly and helpfully. I would recommend this apartment with out reservation.

In my opinion, place was a happy place for me and my family. Plenty of sunlight and windows in high places to motivate you to get up get out and do something. Plenty space for dining and entertainment. Everything was perfect..

We had 75 degree weather and rain for 5 days straight in July. Who would have thought?! Having the hot tub and fire pit really saved the trip for us. We did make it down to the beach each day for a couple hours but it was rainy and cool so we came back and warmed up in the hot tub. House was very clean and had a great selection of beach toys to borrow. Terrible mosquitos, but I think thats normal for the area and the amount of rain. Overall we had a nice time and would return. Incredible water views! Primary bedroom and bunk room opens up to an amazing balcony that gives you the feeling that you are right over the ocean. We visited on a cool, breezy night and enjoyed the bedrooms water views and the access to the huge balcony. The kitchen and living room level also has an oversized covered patio that was great. The hosts were amazing to work with and I woukd highly recommend to anyone looking for a property right on the beach!

Excellent spot on the water. I was able to keep my 24' boat in the wet slip overnight. The place felt brand new. Will absolutely be back.

We loved staying here and really enjoyed how close we were to the beach and Galveston!! Gretchen and Al were so quick to respond and very respectful to us throughout our entire stay. We will definitely be staying at this property again in the future!!

Danielle was extremely responsive whenever I communicated with her during and before my stay. Her hime was very clean and everything was organized well for easy locating. I would definitely stay there again

Great location for Rice Village, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Scott was very responsive and located in a quiet neighborhood. It is an older house so you can hear every creek if someone is in the upstairs apartment. Wasn’t an issue for us but maybe for others. Love the decor and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean

Nice place. close to Sunny Beach. Quiet. , relaxing, nice kitchen friendly neighbors and folks all around Galveston . Nice to have a grill for our fish we got at the seafood wholesaler! Close to restaurants, shopping and downtown Galveston Jesus responded personally to lights burned out ( his handyman was on vacation) and changes them and always responsive to texts and communication- very friendly helpful in local recommendations!

Mary's place is in a great location - easy walk to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. Mary has this condo extremely well stocked for any cooking or fun activity you have in mind. She is extremely friendly and helpful with ideas on the Galveston area. The neighbors are also very friendly. I highly recommend Mary's place for your vacation to Galveston.

Had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, and well appointed. Walking distance to the beach with beautiful views of the Gulf from all balconies. Check in was extremely easy. Wonderful hosts! We will be back!

This property is incredible! If you’re a family traveling with children, you will LOVE this home! If you’re traveling without kids, you’re still going to love the quiet, tranquil surroundings and welcoming environment. Our family of 9 had lots of space to spread out and live comfortably. Restaurants and grocery are not close by, but if you plan well, you’ll be fine!!

We had a wonderful stay at Rod and Patty’s. Highly recommend this house for your next visit. They had everything you need, were very quick to respond to questions and gave some great recommendations on restaurants! Perfect location and beautiful pools.

Very friendly host, extremely nice location with perfect views. By far one of the best host and stays we have had. Checked on us several times, recommended places, gave great directions on everything about the condo, thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable. Very professional. 5 starts by far.
