Clean, convenient location. Lots of amenities in the apartment as well as in the neighborhood.

The stay was wonderful. The bed was super comfy & the shower/tub was extra big. The parking garage made me feel safe. The apartment was very clean & she has good style with everything inside. I loved the extra soft throws for my comfort.

The place was spotless. It’s such a find, close to Nrg Stadium, ( walking distance) and medical center, garage parking. Great security. The host was very easy to contact answering any questions. I will be back.

This place is as great the after a long 12 hours to Houston the jacuzzi tub did use just right it was clean sheets was clean no trash left behind it’s was like a small smell n the kitchen soons you walk n but after first day did not smell was really close to everything i would recommend

The previous reviews are spot on.... Downtown Home with Ps5 & Meta close to MD/NRG/Zoo is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Comfortable beds and all the basic essentials. We enjoyed our stay very much. Shahriyar is a very attentive and caring host. We look forward to staying here again in July!

BOOK THIS HOME ! The pictures do not show all the true beauty in this home. The tall windows the tiki bar omg and the pool . The pool has lights and there is a jacuzzi . The pool is heated but you have give it time to warm up a bit. There are two grills at tiki bar as well as a refrigerator for refreshments When i tell you, Mr. Edward is the host I didn't know I needed. I found the absolute best home to accommodate my mom and our family for her 60th birthday bash. The Pearland town center is 12 minutes away from lots of shopping and restaurants. He is very responsive ,kind and present to any questions I had.I will book this home again in the summer . You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Coy’s home was a haven! He is kind, responsive and friendly. Our son had an amazing getaway with his father and friends. House is kid/teen friendly- minimalist approach with nothing that can be easily damaged or torn up. Book it!

It was a beautiful stay. Checking in and out was very easy. The host was always in communication with us. Rules and everything were clear and direct and we really enjoyed our stay. The family games were very fun, the movie projector was perfect, and it was conveniently not too far from the freeway entrance/exit. There are a lot of stairs for those who may have trouble getting up and down. Our family was more than comfortable and we would definitely book again for future stays.

Awesome Stay! The place was super clean and stylish and we had so much fun with the arcades! The popcorn machine was a nice touch and the poker table made for a super fun late night, family game night. A quick trip but super enjoyable! Thank you!!

We were so lucky to find and book the girly grounds for my sister’s bachelorette party. Laura was an outstanding host—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely interested in making our stay special. She went above and beyond to personalize our stay, leaving customized messages and thoughtful gifts for my sister that made her feel so special and the weekend even more memorable. The house was easy to find and had space for three cars but we made four cars work. The house was just as described but the photos don’t do the house justice, seeing it in person was an experience in itself!! No details were spared in the decoration. Every single angle of the house was picture perfect. The house also had every single amenity necessary and more for a bachelorette party to prepare snacks, get ready, and lounge around. We honestly felt right at home. We had a wonderful weekend and the girly grounds is truly one of a kind stay for the girlies. 💖✨

Where can I start, they where really helpful and made our stay amazing. They kept a lot of communication and informative as the weather wasn't cooperating, but they made our stay great! Very satisfied and helpful! I really recommend them and their home!

It was most definitely a home away from home experience. The house was clean, inviting, peaceful and fully stocked. Irma is most definitely an exceptional host.

We had the most peaceful stay! Beautiful view from the living room, loved the sunsets. Aaron was extremely quick to respond to my messages. Relaxing outdoor pool and lazy river, and indoor pool very convenient for when it was too chilly outside. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

The condo was clean and well stocked. The facilities were great and really made our stay. The location is about a 10 min drive from the main tourist area which we preffered. The beach is easy to access by walking off the property and you don't have to cross any roads. All the other hotels that we saw that were closer to the main tourist area (near pleasure pier) were also right by the beach but on the wrong side of the road and the road was very busy and didn't have any safe places to cross. This property didn't have that problem. We also loved the extra facilities at the condo. Look up Diamond Beach Condos to see the full list of resort features. You have access to everything even though this property doesn't mention them. We liked the game room and we also watched a movie in the theater. The theater was first come first serve until 3pm but required a reservation after 3pm, so you will want to get on the theater schedule when you arrive.

Stacy came to our rescue and approved a last minute stay when our other reservation canceled on us minutes before check-in. This condo is in great shape. Everything is labeled and in a well-organized place. The condo is also well stocked with everything you could think about needing. We will definitely be staying here again.

I have stayed at Maravilla Condo’s a hand full of times. This condos is by far my favorite! Everything was very clean! It is obvious the cleaning crew takes pride in a job well done and leaves nothing behind. We had five people, two couples and my 13yr old. We had more than space! The host went out of her way to accommodate us in every way. She was responsive to questions, offered suggestions & had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo. Now, as far as the complex, (not related to the host in any way) is still under construction. The elevators work going down but when moving things from the 3rd floor, you must walk down the stairs and catch the elevator back up. After exiting the third floor you have an additional 8-9 stairs you must climb to the condo door. It is a pain when transporting coolers and groceries but again no way repeated to the host!!!!

This is a great little condo right on the seawall. It is right across the street from a Walmart so super convenient if you need items. You can see the beach from the balcony, however it is not directly in front of the beach. It is super easy and quick to walk to beach from the condo. You can walk there in less than 5 minutes. The condo it self is very clean and nice and is a great floor plan, no wasted space. All of the beds are comfortable, even the sofa bed and twin beds. There are plenty of liens for all the beds as well. The kitchen is small, but we'll stocked. The oven and fridge are not full size which isn't a big deal just something to note if you plan on bringing food and cooking. Tyler was a great host and super responsive! We would not hesitate to book this condo again!

What an incredible restorative experience to wrap up 2024! The serene and beautiful surroundings allowed us to unwind completely. We always felt heard and taken care of. My Sweetie is quite particular and hard to please, yet he had no complaints about our accommodations. Given his high-stress job, I wanted him to relax, and he truly did. The nights were wonderfully peaceful, and we appreciated the little touches, like having a wine opener available when we forgot ours! We can’t wait to return whenever we can. I was thrilled to find it available when we needed it! I did Yoga the entire time with a view of the Gulf of Mexico and Sunrise.
