Everything was perfect with the condo. Only disappointing part was Sunday right after check out we took the kids back to the beach and they told us the complimentary chairs and umbrella are no longer honored day of check out.

It's the best place in Galveston among many places in Galveston. Host had kept all basic needs So thoughtfully. Really appreciate and enjoy coming back

This was a very beautiful unit. I loved everything about this place. the views from the balcony faced the ocean. The hosts was very accommodating on last minute bookings. I definitely will come back, you won't be disappointed in booking this.

Rose was a great communicator and over delivered in what was in the condo. Kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. Anything we could have needed was there from extra blankets to beach towels to coffee maker (k Cup) to laundry pods and more. We were so pleased with our stay and our mini vacation.

A very last minute booking for my kids and I that worked out perfectly. This spot is a little away from the busier areas of Galveston and was perfect. There’s a cute coffee shop/bakery across the street and even a little convenience store that had everything we needed for our last minute stay.

It is the place to get away from all your troubles. Bring your family and rest easy. Wonderful view and clean beach. The best deal on the market. The host is always responsive and proactive. You won’t find a better deal.

This was our first trip to Galveston. Host was super responsive to our questions and provided plenty of ideas of what to do during our trip. The condo was spotless with a ton of helpful amenities for those of us who travel to the area by plane (beach towels, chairs, etc.). The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen well-stocked, the internet speedy, and plenty of parking. Beach access utilizing a light was close by or you could play frogger crossing the highway - both of which lead you to a great beach that was never overly crowded during our spring break stay. All around, could not have asked for a better experience for our family!

Historic charm, modern and clean - located in the heart of historic Galveston. This apartment is spacious, clean and well located. I will absolutely stay here again. The hosts are responsive and helpful.

Our stay at this beautiful property was quite enjoyable. The communication with the staff was excellent, and the property matched our expectations perfectly. We found several wonderful restaurants within a short 10-minute drive, including Nate’s West End and Watermans. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would rate it highly.

Our family of 6 found this a wonderful and clean place to stay! Well equiped kitchen ,spacious living room, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms plus the bunk beds and sofa bed. Beautiful pool and hot tub! Thank you April for your quick response!

This was a great condo! Amy was an amazing host and super responsive. The place was very well kept and extremely clean. The pools at the condo were also great. Also, within walking distance to multiple things which is a plus, would stay again!

Our timing was unfortunate following Hurricane Beryl, and FASA was still trying to accommodate the Nationals softball tournament. It seemed like the front of the complex was already undergoing updates and sustained further damage, but the unit was nice. Pools were unavailable for us, but the proximity to the beach with the large pools, if open, would be a great getaway for small families. Rene was very responsive throughout our stay and kept us up to date with notifications from the local area, but unfortunately, the power outage was not resolved. We'll have to try again another time!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and the kitchen is really well stocked and labeled. The back patio is large and has a beautiful view. We loved the Ninja pellet grill on patio! There are lots of great amenities around the property, but the downside is that we had to drive to them, as we were traveling with young children, and it was too far to walk. I would suggest renting a golf cart if you are staying for more than a few days.

Kimberly's beautifully appointed abode was the ideal setting for our family Labor Day weekend escape. Prosecco and snacks upon arrival were a delightful touch, and early noon check-in—well before the usual 4 p.m.—was a much appreciated gift. The pool was impeccably maintained, and kitchen was well-stocked with all of the essentials. The lovely dog amenity kit was a hit with our yellow lab, featuring treats, a bone, bowls, a small bed, blanket, a dog shampoo bar, and towel. While noise from the upstairs neighbors kept us up on the first night, and driving to the beach is recommended due to two busy roads without crosswalks, these minor points did little to detract from our overall experience. Kimberly’s prompt and friendly responses ensured that everything went smoothly. This property provided a wonderful stay with thoughtful touches and excellent amenities. Highly recommended for a most enjoyable experience!

The place was wonderful! Easy access to the beach, beautiful pools (although cold for those wanting to swim in march), and perfect for our family of 4!

Beautiful vacation spot, comfortable beds, amazing view of the gulf coast, friendly staff. Let’s to do in the area, the condo has a lot of room! Would definitely recommend this stay! This is our second time staying at this resort, this time a bigger condo! The pools were clean, and hot tubs were perfect!

The water during spring break in Texas is always cold so we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor pools and lazy river for long but they had hot tubs and the indoor pool. The beach is literally right there so not much walking to find a spot. All the amenities were great and the whole family had a great time there. We will be back for the summer!

Great accommodation with excellent amenities at the facility including outdoor and indoor pools, lazy river, game room. Also loved the direct beach access without a drive or crossing a busy road.

This place was perfect in all ways. Spacious. Very clean. Loved having coffee available in the home. The unobstructed views of the water from the balcony were fantastic as were the sunrises. So many amenities available on the premises. Loved the movie room. The large play room for the little kiddos was also nice. Fantastic pool and a lazy river. We didn't want to leave this place and will definitely return.

I had no idea could love Galveston so much & it’s because this place - the coziness, the location, the peaceful beach across the street - has opened my eyes to an amazing experience my family and I can have with just a quick trip!
