This bnb is one of the best places we've ever stayed. The personnel were extremely courteous and helped us not only for our stay with them, but also with the rest of our stay in Sri Lanka. We are already looking at staying with them in future vacations. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Air conditioning and fans both available. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and we used the pool. It was nice too. We will recommend this place to all friends looking to travel here.

Susila's place is perfect for group and couples stay , I loved very much her delicious breakfast , this place is so comfortable for our group , place is situated near to town it may helps a lot for our work .beach also very near to the property it takes only 5 minutes to reach to the beach . Susila helps to our work also , finally Susila is a nice host and the place also very beautiful and stylish , highly recommended this place for those who likes to visit Negombo , thanks again Susila for your kind hospitality .

appartement très propre et bien équipé... à l'étage d'une famille vivant en dessous très gentils et discrets et présents si besoin... une climatisation unique dans la chambre qui est payante et n'est pas signalée comme telle. très proche du grand traffic de la ville et de la mer, mais suffisamment en retrait pour dormir correctement !!

We spent a night and a half here. Very flexible check in as we arrived at 4 in the morning. Very children-friendly place.

Dom Prashanth był wyjątkowo czysty i ładnie urządzony. Widać bardzo dużą dbałość o dom. Położenie miejsca na mapie dawało nadzieję na bliskość plaży . Trzeba mieć świadomość , że dom nie posiada parkingu. Również wyposażenie kuchni jest pozbawione gazu. Jest mikrofala i czajnik. W niedalekiej okolicy można znaleźć lokalne knajpki. Komunikacja z gospodarzem była bardzo szybka i łatwa. Dziękuję bardzo miłym gospodarzom Prashanth i jego żonie za możliwość spędzenia kilku dni w ich ładnym domu.

We had a great time and Chathu was very responsive and helpful in his communication. The pool was nice, the Fitness room a little limited in its equipment but great to have something at all! The neighborhood is nice to arrive at or leave from Sri Lanka and the room feels very luxurious for local standards. It was a energizing stay before our trip back to Germany.

Really beautiful place with all facilities and very near to restaurants, cargills and the beach. The hosts were just a phone call away always. We reached the apartment very late but both of them were there to help us checkin and get our luggage. The pleasant and warm nature of the hosts along the apartment makes it a perfect place to stay in negombo.

Just what we needed for our week-long workation during a visa run! The apartment had everything: well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, good shower, and plenty of space for yoga. The table and couch made working easy, and the balcony was perfect for sunset views. For us, the biggest plus were the strong Wifi and the big enough pool for swim training. And being right at the beach in a great location just made it even better. Would definitely stay again!

Die Poru Beach Villa hat in vollem Umfang den Zweck für unseren Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten erfüllt. Da wir viel auf Erkundungstour von Negombo waren, haben wir fast nur die Nächte in der Villa verbracht, welche durch die Klimaanlage und das tolle Fliegennetz sehr angenehm waren. Man hat durch die vielen Mitfahrgelegenheiten jederzeit die Möglichkeit schnell in die Stadt zu gelangen - laufen geht natürlich auch, wird mit der Dauer bei diesem Wetter aber wirklich anstrengend. Trotzdem ist man direkt am Meer, was einem sofort ein wirkliches Urlaubsgefühl gibt, sobald man von der Dachterrasse schaut :)

Our family of 8 had the most incredible time staying at Upul's beautiful beach house in Negombo. The property is stunning, located just a few meters away from the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. It’s hard to believe such a gem is so unbelievably affordable! The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to the caretaker—she is one of the sweetest and most hospitable people we've ever met. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious and added so much warmth to our experience. Upul, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories. Highly recommend staying here. Huge accommodation, big clean rooms, great pool and access to a quiet beach. Sandun was fantastic and could arrange anything we needed, the cook also made lovely food and it was very reasonable priced. A top place to stay close to Colombo and airport.

Shilpi is a wonderful host. Even though I didn't get to meet her in person, she had everything set up for our check-in and was very active in responding to my queries.. The apartment is beautiful, very peaceful and is equipped with the basic necessities. The terrace opens to a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. The staff was very kind and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will consider this place during our next visits. Thanks!

Vi skulle bruge lejligheden til overnatning inden hjemrejse. Hvilket den var rigtig fin til. Dejlig beliggenhed i forhold til lufthavnen, vores husvært var behjælpelig med at arrangere taxa. Smuk udsigt, gode spisesteder i nærheden.

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

Upul’s beautiful property is the perfect location to unwind after a long flight. It’s close to the airport so we were sitting round the pool within a couple of hours landing. The lovely housekeeper Saja deserves a special mention as she was so helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble. Saja cooked a delicious curry for us on our first night and on our second and final night we went just next door to the newly opened Crab Cove Restaurant which is highly recommended. Upul’s communication throughout was outstanding and he always responded to my many queries before and after we travelled sometimes within seconds! The property itself is stunning backing onto a lagoon and we took a boat trip out to Monkey Island which was very enjoyable especially as we were collected and dropped off at the bottom of the garden. It was the perfect place to get over our sleepless flight - a beautiful and peaceful location to start our Sri Lankan adventure. Thank you Upul, Saja and Gaya for everything!

We had such a wonderful time in the Westwinds House. Nimanthi makes you feel like you are at home. The food is delicious, and the place - directly at the beach is just perfect. We stayed only two nights, but I wish it were more. I can just recommend it.
