Our stay was just perfect and as we wanted it to be. Niresh, the host was extremely helpful in getting whatever we needed (including a few utensils for kitchen ;)). The host was there to welcome us and showed us the house. Being on 28th floor, the view was superb the skyline of Colombo city was visible and so was the water front. The location was perfect with many restaurants and supermarkets near by at walking distance. The amenities were just as shown in the pics and we enjoyed most of it. A perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city and still want to be a peaceful place 😊

This place was just perfect for our stay . As described the place was just 15mins away from the international airport . The host gave us a warm welcome into their house which is maintained very well . We were very impressed . The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city . The entire floor with 2 bedrooms , a washroom and a lovely terrace is for the guests . The washroom could have been a little more cleaner . What stood out for us was the kitchen . It is essentially equipped and the host was so humble and offered us the essentials from her kitchen . We stayed with my 1 year old and it is undoubtedly child friendly . The place is exactly same as shown in the pictures . Highly recommended for families . Thank you for the hospitality !

From the moment we arrived, Chandrika, our host, was incredibly supportive and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The property was in excellent condition, exactly as described in the photos. The beautiful and spacious garden was a highlight, perfect for an evening walk and relaxation. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The beds were extremely cozy, allowing for perfect sleep, and the washrooms were spotlessly clean. This villa is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, and we would especially recommend it for long-term stays. I had the most incredible stay at Villa Mika, and I truly can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into my own private oasis. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The indoor pool was a dream—I loved starting my mornings with a swim and unwinding in the evenings, just floating under the soft lighting. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was Sira, the villa’s housekeeper. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. His kindness and dedication made all the difference. He is, without a doubt, the hidden gem of this villa! Villa Mika is a tropical paradise, offering the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind getaway in Negombo, this is the place to be.

Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!

This house is really confortable and beautiful. The kitchen was fully eqipped. We got filtered clean water, and towels, everything. The rooms are nice and perfect. And I would like to gratefully thank the lady who welcomed us for her endless kindness and hospitality. She did everything to make us feel as good as possible. On the last morning, she even made delicious Srí Lanka pancakes for us, thank you very much for treating us with such care. 🙏 <3
