Gorgeous boutique villa. We really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings were peaceful and the villa, gardens and pool were lovely. We hope to return again soon!

we absolutely loved it. it's a fantastic place to go with a bigger group of people. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is amazing. the view is breathtaking. We had a wonderful time. Gilles is super friendly and very quick to reply the same for the tram that did the check in. Can highly recommend.

La casa superó nuestras expectativas: acogedora, limpia, con una decoración preciosa y todo lo necesario para disfrutar. El entorno es ideal para desconectar y el jardín con barbacoa y piscina fue un plus. El anfitrión muy atento. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

Great villa and pool, lots of nice beaches nearby

Robert war ein fantastischer Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschön, noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Auffällig war, dass die Einrichtung sehr durchdacht ist. Immer wenn wir was brauchten, fanden wir es an der richtigen Stelle vor. Vor Ort war Jennifer immer für uns da. Insgesamt hat sich die ganze Familie im Haus super wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Danke Robert.

David’s house was the perfect house for us and visiting family. A great place set in a beautiful quiet area. We felt very much at home here. David was the perfect host, very responsive, friendly and helpful!. Thanks very much David!

Wir waren zu 6. in der Unterkunft und es gab ausreichend Platz . Die Betten waren super bequem und alles so wundervoll sauber ! Die Küche war fantastisch ausgestattet , es hat an nix gefehlt . Toll war auch, dass bereits Gewürze etc schon da waren . Der Pool, die Terasse und die kleine außen Theke mit Grill waren unser Highlight . Der Blick über die Berge bis hin zum Meer war einmalig ! Wir würden das Haus zu 100% empfehlen, man kann wirklich eine tolle Zeit dort haben . Wendy war eine unfassbar freundliche Gastgeberin und hat auf alle unsere Fragen immer schnell reagiert und hatte tolle tips für uns . Man merkt ihr an, dass sie liebt was sie tut .

The house is located in a perfect spot with amazing views! The rooms are big with comfortable beds and nice decorations. The master bedroom on the top floor is more like a studio than a room. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to use. We visited in December/January so we could not enjoy the sun on the terrazzo but it was easy to imagine how wonderful it would have been during the summer season.

Hemos pasado unos días muy felices con toda mi familia en la casa de Mane. La propiedad es muy cómoda y bien pensada para pasar una estancia perfecta. Todos los electrodomésticos, las camas , la ropa de cama, la cocina y los utensilios de la cocina, son de buena calidad . la piscina es de buen tamaño y esta súper cuidada. En la casa hay mucha tranquilidad y la vista del bosque es muy relajante. La casa tiene tres dormitorios amplios en una planta. Dos de ellos no tienen aire acondicionado solo ventiladores. Nosotros no hemos pasado calor pero en el anuncio esta circunstancia no se ve clara y creo que hay que especificarlo porque en verano Jávea es muy calurosa. El dormitorio principal si tiene aire acondicionado y un baño en suit. Por otro lado, el jardín es amplio pero está mucho menos cuidado de lo que se ve en el anuncio de la casa. Pese a estos detalles , recomendaría la casa de Mane para pasar unas estupendas vacilones

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

We had the most amazing time at David's villa. It was perfect for our hen do. David was so helpful, he always went the extra mile and ensured we had everything we needed from start to finish. The villa was beautiful!! ❤️

Wij bleven met ons gezin van 5 in deze prachtige villa. Het huis heeft een zeer fijne buitenruimte waar je heerlijk kan zitten, ontbijten, dineren en relaxen. De communicatie met avanoa is erg gemakkelijk en fijn! De woonkamer in het huis is ruim met een ruime keuken waar je eigenlijk alles hebt wat je nodig hebt. De slaapkamers zijn wat kleiner. In de ‘master bedroom’ met eigen badkamer is het bed niet heel groot als je er met z’n tweeën wilt slapen. De rest van de slaapkamers in het huis hebben 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Dan heb je nog een aparte ruimte beneden het huis met eigen voordeur. Deze slaapkamer is erg ruim maar slaap je dus wel apart van de rest. Je hebt geen eigen parkeerplek. Je kan de auto parkeren in de straat ernaast, wel een smalle straat. Overall, erg mooie plek waar je verliefd wordt op het uitzicht. We hebben genoten.

Excellent séjour passé avec des amis dans la villa de Pascual. La vue à couper le souffle, les grandes terrasses extérieurs et les espaces intérieurs confortables nous ont permis de nous retrouver et de nous couper complètement de notre vie quotidienne. Merci à Pascual pour sa réactivité et la qualité des échanges

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa avec sa piscine qui est bien grande. La maison était propre et grande pour une famille avec les enfants, point positif pour la télé qui dispose de netflix et d’autres appli idéal pour les enfants. Beaucoup d’endroits à visiter dans les environs proposé par Agatha, très belle région 🙂. Je recommande l’endroit.

Pasamos los días de fin de año en familia. La casa es amplia, estaba limpia y con todo lo necesario de menaje de cocina. Lo único que destacaría como punto negativo serían los colchones y las almohadas, que eran un poco incómodos. La experiencia fue genial y la comunicación con la anfitriona muy rápida y eficiente. Gracias!

A lovely little villa, as described with a new patio area that extends up to the pool. Very comfortable, private and peaceful, with everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach/town (downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back!) You would benefit from having a car to get around and visit other places as there's lots to do in the area. Moraira itself is very nice, with many restaurants and bars. We visited with two small children and Playa de l'Ampolla beach is great for kids with a stream, rockpools and shallow sea for swimming. Choice of shops for groceries just a short drive away. Shae was a great host. We'd love to come back!

Todo genial, la casa está muy aseada, ordenada y cumple con lo mostrado en las fotos. Los propietarios son muy amables y atentos a cualquier sugerencia de sus huéspedes. Toda una experiencia, tanto en la estancia en la casa, como en el entorno que hay alrededor. Super recomendable y viaje para repetir.

We just spent a great week in April with our kids at Pere’s place, who was a very good host. We were lucky with the weather and had almost every meal outside at the table right next to the pool. We chilled out in the pool area or we drove to downtown Valencia and enjoyed the city. Also we slept very well in comfy beds and came home very relaxed.

la maison est vraiment très jolie, très bien équipée et très propre. proche des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage de Javea. walter a été très réactif, très sympathique et très efficace. je recommande vivement

la casa de Mairi es una excelente opción para visitar Jávea. Reune todas las características que debería tener una casa de vacaciones y por tanto ideal para disfrutar de cada momento de la estancia. La casa y la finca son mejores que lo que las fotos muestran...piscina y entorno maravilloso, las vistas, amplio espacio para aparcar en la finca 2-3 coches. la casa con mil detalles de estilo y buen gusto, el aire acondicionado perfecto, los espacios para comer diversos y bien pensádos la amplitud de los dormitorios y cocina... en fin una casa de vacaciones realmente muy buena. We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Nicle. The villa itself is interesting and full of character, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. It is set on different levels which made for an interesting stay. The gardens are well kept and the pool area is beautiful. As it is set near the top of Els Calistros you can relax in the pool while looking out across the Costa Blanca towards 'The Sleeping Elephant.' For the price, this villa is great value for money, and we would recommend it if you are looking to stay in this area. Top tip 1 - You will need a car! Top tip 2 - once you have located the villa, park at the top and take your bags through the front door. (Dont park on the drive and carry everything up the rear steps in 30 degree sun!) The villa could do with couple of loose plug sockets being sorted but nothing serious enough to stop us enjoying our time there. There was plenty of kitchenware, pool toys, and goody bags left for us. In short it was a great holiday. Would recommend.
