My stay was absolutely wonderful—peaceful and away from the city’s hustle. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and everything was in perfect working condition. I really loved the cozy yet modern studio concept. The morning view from balcony makes it even more peaceful. Parking was easy, and the check-in process was smooth. Everything I needed was conveniently available. While it’s best to have your own vehicle for exploring, public transport options are limited. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Great space, cute and tidy. The kitchen is as shown in the picture. I was skeptical at first when I saw photos of the kitchen however, it is easy to make quick meals there. Trilok was a great host, good at communication.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in bhimtal, and it was a truly amazing experience. The property is perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surroundings, which added great value to our trip. The staff was extremely courteous, especially Mr Gaurav Negi, and he was attentive to our needs all the time even at 11 pm, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, making it a perfect blend. Food quality was great too. Overall, Gaurav provided us with a memorable stay in Nainital. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for all in one.

Pratyaksh’s property is ideal for those looking for a comfortable stay in Prayagraj. Since the property is in a big society, it is very peaceful and all the hustle and bustle of the city gets left behind. The house is literally brand new with 3 bathrooms making it convenient for a large party like ours to get ready quickly. Pratyaksh was super accommodating. We just asked if we could check in early and he was more than happy to let us keep our bags and freshen up, despite the fact that previous guests had just left. We really appreciated this gesture of his. Also, he was helpful in providing us information on various places to see and things to do which came in handy since we visited during Kumbh Mela 2025. Overall, I would highly recommend Pratyaksh's property and he was a wonderful host !

I stayed for 1 night with my friends and it was a lovely stay. Mentioned directions were a little off but I contacted the host and he helped me out with the right directions. I liked the greenery over there. Place was huge and everything was well maintained. I asked for bonfire which the caretaker helped me to setup. Overall it was an amazing experience, I would definitely recommend this for groups.

Excellent location with easy access to a ghat for a boat ride. Vaibhav was very accessible and helped organize the pick up and drop. Suraj helps around the home and does the laundry for a small fee, brings you tea and snacks and helps carry the luggage up a floor and down. He was so nice that he messaged the next day after we left and asked if we had reached safely. It was very homely and met our needs completely.

This is a beautiful place to stay right on the Ganga river just outside of Rishikesh. Perfect for daily meditation. A homely, family atmosphere where you will feel very welcome. You can also book rafting out the front, what a great experience and you can visit temples from here as well. Siddhartha is a friendly and helpful host, he helped to organise to get a sim card so that I couid use the wifi there. I definitely recommend to stay here if you are spending time in the Rishikesh area.

Nestled amazingly in a viewable scenic beauty, Manish has been very cooperative, he let us check in early even, and we had to keep are luggage, he allowed that as well. I am definitely coming to this place next time if I get a chance to revisit Rishikesh. Reena didi and Prince have been very helpful as well. Describing the experience in just a word would be 'admirable'😍

The location and view are excellent. The apartment itself is beautifully done up, interiors are in a Bohemian style and very soothing. Reena ji was super helpful in coordinating everything. Our only gripe was that, the apartment infrastructure is not that well-maintained. For eg., in one of the bathrooms the shower was not working, which got fixed later on. Then that bathroom's sink had a drainage issue. On our last evening, the kitchen sink's drainage pipe disconnected, and water leaked all over the floor. Reena ji was again helpful, sending people to fix it - but we couldn't use the sink that evening. But as nothing is perfect, these minor grievances aside, stay was excellent, very calm with the magnificent views of the pristine Ganges from our balcony. That last part, for us, overrode everything else, which is why I still am rating it 5 stars! PS: Note that if you don't have your own transport, you are dependent on the local autos, which you have to call and book in advance.

This property has it all , one of the best places to stay if you are in Rishikesh. The host offers all the amenities. And it was super clean. Would recommend it for sure .

It's a very good place to spend your outing in patna. It's spacious, has all amenities and is near and clean. Most importantly the host is very polite and responsive.

Pictures cannot express what reality can, this place has more than I can express in writing. Tourists from around Nainital, Bhimtal or whichever Tal come to explore this place, and you are already there watching them having traveled for hours to reach here. You throw a stone from the balcony of your appartment and it lands in the lake. There are several activities within 20 mtrs of your appartment, zipline, water zorbing, kayaking, shikara, overhead cycling etc. The caretaker Hemraj is a pleasing wonderful guy. Forget Nainital go to Naukuchiyatal.

Beautiful and cozy apartment with a peaceful location and great view of Ganga ji. My stay was comfortable and it is a new and spacious property with all the amenities. I totally recommend this apartment.

Extremely comfortable stay with pristine bedrooms bathrooms and kitchen. All amenities provided with a boy for assistance. Host is extremely friendly proactive and helpful and wonderful stay during Mahakumbh peak time also. Signal is weak inside and no wifi which is a little problem. Carry mosquito repellent. Place is ideal as it is close to Arail ghat which is about 10-15 min drive. Peaceful surroundings.

Rahul is a great host. Responsive and professional . His duplex studio is one of a kind with a great vibe and serene surroundings.
