Highly recommended. Well maintained. Very pleasant stay and everything was simply great. The property is located at a prime place, close to the beach and good restaurants nearby. Valentino was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely visit again and share it with all my friends and family.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

We all friends had a Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara Experience. The host was great in accommodating 6 stag friends which many accommodations don't generally do so. Highly recommend this place to other ppl who wants to travel to North Goa.

Well placed if you rent a scooter or car. Commuting to the beach would be an issue (apprx 1.5kms) if you have a family, since local auto rickshaw services lack professionalism and ethics. Nothing to take away from what was a good experience overall at Dwayne's place with nice and clean accomodation with a responsive host. Thank you

I had an amazing stay at Almas’ Airbnb near Baga Beach. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities to make it feel like home. One of the best parts was the daily cleaning service, which kept the place fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. Almas was a fantastic host -friendly, helpful with recommendations, yet gave complete privacy without any unnecessary interference. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from all the best restaurants, beach attractions, and nightlife spots, making it super convenient. I had an amazing stay in this cozy and well-equipped apartment! The place felt like a home away from home, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a cozy bedroom, and a fully functional kitchen—perfect for those who love the convenience of home-cooked meals. Pratik is super host and his parents are very cool and responsive. One of the best parts of staying here was the convenience. There’s a general store right below the apartment, making it super easy to grab any essentials without going far. Whether it was snacks, toiletries, or last-minute groceries, everything was just a few steps away! The location is another highlight. It’s close to the beach, which means I could enjoy beautiful morning walks by the shore and stunning sunsets in the evening. Plus, there are plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food.

Place was nice, clean and cozy. Locality is quite safe with market just at a walking distance. I was also working remotely, internet connection is quite good and there is also a Starbucks few mins walk away to work from. Luis was very polite and friendly. Kitchen is a bit small in size for regular cooking but good enough for making easy dishes. Would definitely recommend.

This is one of best properties for the price you pay. Everything is well thought of and picked up perfectly to match the black aesthetic. Loved it.

From start to finish the host was great, excellent communication, quick response and very helpful with questions I put forward.. The hosts father who lives on site and looks after everything was excellent, he was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was just as described. Spacious, clean and had everything I needed. Very comfortable king size bed, simple but perfectly good kitchen area and a small balcony. The area was buzzing with activity, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. When I visit Goa again I will definitely be staying at Chandrachayya residency.

I planned to celebrate my 25th birthday and trust me, you won’t even feel like leaving the property. It’s just so beautiful, so comfortable and peaceful. I have stayed in multiple properties but Dev’s place has to be my fav until now. Can’t wait to plan a trip again :)

It was a fabulous stay. Siddharth and the caretaker, both were very responsive. Coming to the place, it is exactly what you see in the pictures, we were in total awe with the aesthetics. The kitchen is fully functional and it is a paradise for a cooking enthusiast. The property also has a bunch of shared amenities like gym and pool which are not very busy for most of the time. Overall it a 10/10 recommend. Will definitely visit again.

best place in the goa ,recommend for couples and family groups

Arun was a great host. From check in to check out, there were no problems. He was friendly and helpful as he lives right below the airbnb setup. You can also rent his vehicle if it's available. The only sticky point is if you're a bunch of friends taking separate rooms - only one will get an AC as only 1 room out of the 3 has the appliance. Location is great if you're basing out of South Goa with Martin's Corner 200 metres away amongst other eateries. Spacious and clean with all other amenities available.

It was a fabulous experience to stay at this place! The infinity pool and the ambiance around it at the sunrise and sunset is amazing. It’s a neat, clean and well maintained apartment!

The property is a gem and one of the best Airbnb in Goa. The host is super accommodating and helpful. The property is super clean and have everything needed for luxurious stay. You can actually see oven from the balconies of the property. Large swimming pool, lift, in-house restaurant all are there for perfect holiday. Beach at stone throw away is clean and crowded by foreign tourists at large. Overall a best place in Goa for perfect holiday. And last but least that price is very low comparing to the amenities it is providing.
