Wonderful stay - Frank was very helpful and his place was peaceful safe and clean - everything myself and my elderly parents needed.

HIDDEN GEM!! Immaculately maintained place. It's so quiet and private, in a beautiful garden. I enjoyed the chic living experience in this "tiny house". Lots of outdoor space too.

Sooo much better than pictured! This house is a dream! The views are amazing, especially from the hottub :-) We could see the improvements that were made, eg the bathroom. Only thing I would add is curtains, as I’m a light sleeper. But hey, now you wake up to a beautiful sunrise, so it’s not that bad ;) We’d loved to stay here longer!

We had an absolutely incredible time !! Every single day we spent there was jam packed with fun activities to do from walking around the beautiful premises to being just down the road from the Cango Caves and the wildlife ranch. Our days were spent basking in the sun and just taking in every moment of the beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back soon ! As we arrived back home we instantly wanted to turn the car around and return to the serenity of our little home for a few days. Thank you so so much again!

Die Unterkunft war großartig. Wir haben selten so einen schönen Sternehimmel bewundern können und auch die kleine „Wanderung“ runter zum Fluss hat sich echt gelohnt. Benny hat sich größte Mühe gegeben uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten und uns mit Tipps für die Umgebung zur Seite zu stehen. Gerne wieder!

Had a wonderful nights stay at Bo-Den-See farm. One night was too short. Beautiful views of the ocean and peaceful surroundings. There is a lot to explore in the area. Frans and Sophia were responsive and proactive hosts. We look forward to our next visit!

Beatrice provided a beautiful stay, a home away from home. She was very proactive with messages and checked we had got in safe etc ☺️ the setting is beautiful with good security and activities for younger kids. Knysna is within walking distance but we chose to drive for personal reasons but everything was easy enough to find. The complex is very peaceful and we enjoyed the space so much! Mooi, ruim en gezellig huisje. Met een echte keuken waar je goed kan koken en een heel lekker bed. Daarbovenop is het water uit de kraan heerlijk en is de omgeving mooi en privé. Ook heel leuk voor mensen zonder honden en een hele fijne plek om tot rust te komen! Het voelt erg huiselijk aan en ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

this little gem nestled in the tranquil lush valley of the wilderness forest was fully equipped with added extras like candles; yoga mats; a beach umbrella; ground coffee; olive oil. being two creative beings, we appreciated the fun splashes of yellow around the cottage 💛 because of its remote location, mobile reception was very limited to non-existent so be prepared to disappear off the grid. perfect for a city-life detox.

This place is ideal anyone who seeks peace and quiet. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the accommodation are top-notch and you can tell a lot of effort went into building it. The views of the mountain and orchards are absolutely awesome, making it an incredible spot to relax and take it all in. Highly recommend!

A lovely, quirky cottage in the mountains with loads of personality and surrounded by nature. Graham is a friendly and responsive host who makes you feel at home before you even arrive.

This cabin was exactly what we needed after a hectic week—the serenity was truly unmatched. The scenic views were breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made it impossible to leave. We arrived late, but Chantelle kept checking in on us, which was so thoughtful. Upon arrival, Marc was there to welcome us, show us around, and share some great recommendations. Their hospitality made the stay even more special. It was so relaxing that we ended up canceling our plans just to stay in and soak up the tranquility. A highlight of our trip was spotting elephants right outside—Chantelle even messaged us to let us know they were nearby! This was one of the most peaceful stays we’ve ever had, and we truly can’t wait to return!

It was simply perfect. We enjoyed our stay so much and especially receiving the most delicious choc chip buscuits, homemade apricot jam and coffee! Our fur baby also had a little surprise which was absolutely thoughtful. It was exactly what we wanted and so much more. Just bring some Tabard with you! But an absolute 10/10 😀

The most incredible view from the house right over Victoria Bay. A real treat ! Completely 'off the beaten track' and very private within a secure nature reserve. About a 15 minute drive to George from the Nature Reserve - but one would think you were far away from a busy town. Very peaceful and quiet. On reading the description for the cottage on AirBnB, one is not made aware that it's quite a drive along a paved country road , with quite steep ascents, to reach the cottage. I was , relieved to be driving a high clearance 4x4 SUV; however, a sedan driven carefully in 1st gear would be fine. The road to cottage is best driven during daylight hours. I recommend that you do all your shopping as well as stocking up on firewood , firelighters and matches before you drive to the cottage. Comfortable furnishings, Wifi, delightful fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher and plunge pool with a view. I highly recommend this delightful cottage - go on an adventure- it's totally worth it

We had a truly nice stay at Johns house, which is very well equipped and so nicely decorated that we felt like home. Also the location in Plettenberg's centre was perfect for day trips or just strolling. Thanks aswell to John for all the recommendations.

Quaint little place on the edge of de rust. Dog friendly. It was a hot time of the year so the two pools were put too good use. We loved our stay there, we were in a tiny little log cabin, has everything we needed and it felt like we had gotten away from it all, although only a few minutes drive back to De Rust.

Such an amazing place with a breathtaking view. Juan is a very friendly and welcoming host.

The stay was absolutely lovely, and i highly recommend. The place is exactly as advertised. Take note that the property has a really steep hill going towards the cabin, so if you have a normal car you might struggle getting up and down. But other than that it was lovely, with spectacular views.

Gorgeous space: well equipped and beautifully constructed/designed with creative details. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and we loved hearing the sounds of nature and swimming in the river. This was a unique and memorable stay! The hosts from the listing weren't on site but a fellow who worked in the woodshop was very kind and helpful - thanks Kenneth! The only things that could have made the stay better are 1) a more thorough orientation from the hosts (e.g., written instructions about the use of the pit toilet, water heater, gas stove, etc, or a more detailed explanation from the host on arrival) and 2) bug nets over the beds or screens on windows as we found ourselves sharing the space with many interesting insects - but unfortunately some mosquitoes as well. FYI: the road to get there and the driveway down to the house itself, is dirt/gravel and quite rough in some areas. Without a larger vehicle or 4WD I would not have wanted to navigate it in the dark or in the rain
