This was a great spot for our family to stay between seeing Bryce and Capitol Reef during our little tour of Utah’s National Parks. Nice host and easy to get to.

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed and was very cute and well adorned. We had a blast here.

Kate's place was the perfect place for my son and I to stay while we took day trips through Bryce Cannon National Park. The lodging was clean, comfy and quiet. Kate was very welcoming and available if we needed anything. We'd definitely stay there again.

We loved staying here while visiting Bryce! The kitchen was so clean and tidy and had pretty much everything we needed to cook a few meals. The only downside of this place for us was the noisy heater fan... We had to turn it off at night because it was so loud we couldn't sleep, and it constantly woke the baby :/ Like I said though, that was the only downside! Highly recommend staying in Panguitch... everyone was so friendly and helpful, and we went to a sweet little Baptist church 3 minutes away for Sunday services.

It was a great stay in little town near to Bryce Canyon. Highly recommended if you planning for Bryce Canyon National Park trip. Beware about the town police - they are very strict on the roads and can have speeding tickets for even 5-10+ mph. Great stay!!

Comfy beds, hot shower/bath, cozy place all very welcome after long hiking days! Kitchen was well equipped. Susan was very quick and responsive to questions/requests. Space was warm and cozy and very quiet. Spacious and well laid out. (In colder months bring slippers, floors are chilly despite excellent heating system). We had an excellent stay and would definitely return.

Only stayed for one night, but would have stayed longer! Very close to Bryce Canyon. Soft comfortable beds and nice hot water.

Sevier Ranch is a gorgeous spot. Feels remote yet easy to get to. We stayed in “The Barn” which was very comfortable for two independent travelers in or 70s. We visited at the end of March so most local places were not yet open for the season. We were glad we took Gordon’s advice to pick up groceries before we arrived. We had a good stay!

Our October stay was peaceful, with only sounds of cows and owls. This little slice of heaven is less than 10 minutes from amenities, and a great “base camp” for adventure.

What a beautifully renovated space! The unit was spotless and spacious with all the basics you could ever need. The bed was so comfortable which was very welcome after longs days of hiking. The bathroom was sparkling clean and included basics such as shampoo and body wash (heated floor was a plus!) Kitchen included a Keurig with pods, sugar and creamer. Beautiful faux fireplace/heater in living room created a wonderful ambiance for watching Netflix on the fabulous Samsung TVs after a long day. Location was walking distance to restaurants on Main Street and a quick 30 minute drive to Bryce. I would not hesitate to book this unit again and if you’re thinking about it - book it, now!
