Our time at Windermere was wonderful. You can’t beat the view from the back deck—we had dinners out there every evening and sat cozied on the couches by the fire at night. We loved that there were no bugs biting that high in the mountains. The bedrooms accommodated our crew well. The basement was much chillier than the rest of the house so the group down there had to wear more layers to bed. The heated floors were great! The one bedroom upstairs has a wall AC unit that broke so it was quite warm, but the Railey team was very responsive and put in a window unit for us which did the trick. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had all we needed to cook. We enjoyed our time at the pool. Some days it was completely full and other days we were the only family there. The baby pool appeared to be closed for the season. The home was in a great location close to restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend this home for your Deep Creek stay.

We had a wonderful stay over the thanksgiving holiday. Railey Vacations was super responsive and helpful as we planned our trip. They answered any questions we had and provided clear instructions upon our arrival and departure. The house was unbelievably well stocked with dishes, bakeware and kitchen amenities to help with the preparation of our thanksgiving dinner. We also took full advantage of the complimentary access to the Garrett County Aquatic and Recreation Center. We would definitely book through them again! Excellent host!

The house is beautiful! It had everything we needed for weekend getaway with the kids! There was plenty of space and the pool was definitely the main highlight to keep the children entertained!

This place was great and in a good location. It backs up to the white water training facility. The place itself was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space and the house had lots of activities to do during our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Home Sweet Home. The house was very clean, neighborhood was quiet but friendly. We were lake adjacent, used the dock space, and even took advantage of the community center. Thank you so much!

The home is spacious and comfortable. Multiple seating areas, comfortable bedrooms with en suite, bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor seating for warmer weather allow for great communal gathering, but also private time when needed. The company does provide a welcome bag with helpful samples such as laundry detergent etc. And also left a shovel and some ice melt, which was very helpful.The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans. For ease of cooking, I would recommend bringing cooking oils, spices, and staples such as coffee and sugar from home. We did not make it to any of the local restaurants and found that delivery options were weather dependent. The company sends lots of information at regular intervals regarding the property and surrounding area. I could definitely see returning in the warmer months. As for this trip, the home really allowed us to enjoy our time indoors.

I wish there was an extra star for the Host! Lorena was super helpful, always responded less than 30 minutes, and made us feel welcome into her home. Personal touches say a lot, and she had written us a nice thank you card that was on the table when we arrived. It was also nice that we did not have to run out and get toiletries immediately as they were readily available upon our arrival. Lorena was also upfront with an issue involving the oven, however there was a toaster oven readily available if we so choose. I highly recommend her condo to anyone with a small group of people/small family that plans on staying in the Deep Creek area!

We had an excellent stay in 306C. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, fridge was clean and it was nice to be across from the game room. We did not request room service while we were there however there were plenty of clean towels. The girl at check in was very pleasant and explained where things were on different levels. We liked the Aces run bar, the bartender was fantastic, made fantastic drinks and was personable. We did also eat at Fire and Water Restaurant and got steaks which were cooked perfect and the mash/green beans were excellent. The only thing I can say negative is there were no change machines and no one on the resort had change to give so that we could play pool in the game room. This does not deter from the 5 star rating. We are excited to come back in warmer weather with our adult children to experience the lake during warmer weather. We loved being there in the winter to see Swallow Falls a place we have visited many times in the summer. 10/10

We loved this property and our condo. The lake was so beautiful and immediately accessible from our balcony. The entire property was beautifully maintained and updated, with all the most charming original touches. The restaurant onsite was convenient and good (Ace’s Run). The other patrons and staff were friendly and for the price it was an incredibly great deal. The only thing that could be improved are the window coverings. The sun rise is directly across from the balcony windows, which is also right where the bed is. The blinds really don’t keep any light out at all, so we were happy to start our days there early, but every day pretty much starts at sunrise with the blinds as they are. But otherwise the condo was truly perfect. Completely cozy and well appointed with convenient features!

This property was perfect for our family of four. The property is a bit older but it’s well taken care of. Our unit was updated and very clean. We had everything we needed and the views from the balconies are amazing! It’s on the lake but only five mins from the ski resort and the restaurant was great. We will definitely be back.

Nice and cozy stay for a last minute trip we booked. Building is a bit dated, but the unit’s decor and 2 levels makes it feel slightly modernized but very welcoming. Nice view being directly on the water.

I can't say enough great things about this place! it was so cozy and comfortable! My friend and I went for a girls getaway weekend to relax and this was so ideal! They even prepped the fireplace for us! I would definitely come back here and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!

This is our third time returning and continue to love it! Great location, beautiful view, fabulous view. Spacious . This particular unit’s amenities were very nice.

What a WONDERFUL, RELAXING place to stay, right on the lake!! Our Condo was cute and perfect for the 3 of us and could have fit more people!! The pool & hottub was beautiful & perfectly balanced/cared for!! EVERYONE we passed or encountered was EXTREMELY NICE!! WE WILL Be BACK!! My only suggestion would be for the on site restaurants, so may not pertain to Will O on the Wisp....add a small kids menu, or child friendly options. Thank you very much!!
