What a wonderful stay we had as a family of 8! Although it rained all weekend, the kiddos and adults enjoyed the provided games, darts and pool table. The owners heated the pool for our stay! The kids loved it. The home is also located an out 15 minutes from the outlets and Top Golf, since it was rainy. We brought our dogs, and they loved running up and down the property. We even saw some deer cross through the fences! Besides the woodpecker waking me up Sunday morning, our stay was amazing. Thank you.

I had a event in the area and stayed 3 days with guest. Everyone enjoy the peaceful and visually appealing surroundings. The place was clean well decorated and spacious. Definitely would recommend and return again

Kristi and Amber are incredible hosts. Not only are they highly communicative, but they do so in a manner that makes you feel as if you are talking to an old friend: comfortable, casual, and caring. The property is located in a cozy, safe neighborhood and so close to the restaurants and new living areas in SouthEnd. We also just loved the mini-oasis located in the fenced in back yard area. We are so fortunate to have been able to even find this gem and for Kristi and Amber’s generous hospitality.

the house is beautiful. in a nice location. Linda answered inquiries right away. our only complaint is that the pool was too cold to swim! 🥶 it was perfect for having family over. large table, large kitchen. the couches are comfortable.

Our group of 6 thought the house was great. The playground for my 3 year old in the neighborhood was great. Plenty of space for all of us in the house!

Traveled to NC with my family for work trip with my husband. We loved the home it was perfect for our large family. Had everything we need Tracy was great and helpful when needed. We would definitely recommend starting here and will come back when in area again.

Kyle allowed us to host a party the night before our daughter’s wedding and couldn’t have been more helpful. Home Exceeded our expectations and Kyle was so quick to respond to any questions. Walkable and easily uber-able to all Charlotte has to offer. Outdoor space was exceptional. Highly recommend this home!

This place was very easy to find despite it being in a somewhat secluded area. The area itself was nice and private, with easy access to I-85 and not too far from CLT and the city center. The place was very clean and in perfect condition. The host was very responsive and routinely made sure everything was going well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Charlotte.

My granddaughter was getting married at the botanical Gardens in Charlotte, North Carolina and I had three families flying in from Texas, Seattle, and Connecticut. I wanted to be close to the reception and church but also easy access to the airport. I messaged Rhonda before I took it and she assured me, we would not have any problem getting back-and-forth to the airport and she was totally correct. We needed a large place since we were 10 people and a toddler. it worked out perfectly for everybody especially with flight delays and car rental issues. Kept us stress-free and so nice to be together before and after the wedding to share everything. Thank you, Rhonda and Regie. Your home is lovely.

Abby was a perfect host , everything was how it was shown in pictures and described by Abby . Absolutely loved this place , perfect for all stores etc and fast food places, really quiet area with such a comfortable house . Hopefully get to stay again when working in the area .. thank you

We were in town for only a few nights and the house accommodated our family of 7 perfectly. Everything was as described and we had a great time. If we’re ever in town again, we will definitely try to stay here.

Wonderful home, and great communication

I had a wonderful stay at the accommodations. Super spacious while providing privacy and a relaxing vibe. The home and amenities were exactly as described and we enjoyed the outdoor sitting area in the evening to unwind. Owners were proactive and super responsive to any inquiry that was asked, will def be a repeat customer when in the area!

Demo was very responsive and accommodating! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to many more stays at Demo’s place.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was absolutely beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our time at your place. We just wanted to share a few personal preferences that could enhance future guests’ experiences. Having more towels or higher-quality ones would be great—we had one thin towel per person for three nights and had to share with our toddler. It would also be helpful to have more body soap available. For pillows, we found the ones provided to be too high, which caused some discomfort, so having a variety of options would be a nice addition. We just ended up purchasing our own. Lastly, a few extra paper towels rolls would have been useful for our group of four adults and a toddler. Also, just a quick note—the labels for the master bedroom light and fan seem to be switched. Again, these are just small suggestions and in no way reflect our public review—we had a fantastic stay, and your hospitality was amazing. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space for our family!

Perfect spot for our family getaway. Plenty of space and very clean. So great to relax by the lake on comfortable chairs and go kayaking. Ipe was a wonderful host, super responsive and even went out of his way to ensure plenty of board games available when I casually inquired about games. Highly recommend this charming spot.

The stay at Michael’s home was nothing short of magical. The home and experience was even better than we had hoped, and we had high hopes based on the reviews and pictures. Mike is a 5-star host as well. His hospitality, thoughtfulness and generosity make him a true pro as a host. It was the easiest check in and out experience I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. Upon entry, we were met by a warm fire (already started in the fireplace), soft lighting and music playing on the record player, and a warmth that made us feel like we were walking into a 5-star cabin experience. We will DEFINITELY return as soon as we can. It will be the place we stay in Charlotte now. Not only was the home and host experience amazing, but the location was ideal… under 10 min to CLT, a few minutes from Belmont, and even less to the U.S. Whitewater facilities. What a find!
