We had a group of 11 stay at the cabin and we had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and looked exactly like what was pictured. All of the bedrooms were great and the mattresses were SUPER comfy! The kids loved the bunk beds in the space upstairs and spent a lot of time there watching movies and playing games. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few nights and the rest of the time we ordered from one of the many restaurants right down the street. We loved how close the house was to everything! The pool, hot tub and movie room were the hit of the week. The pool was bigger than I expected, the pictures do not lie! The kids had a great time swimming every day and the adults enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful view. We spent almost every night down in the movie room with it's comfy reclining chairs and big screen tv. Emily and Jason were quick to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Couldn't recommend this house more!

Absolutely beautiful home. Lots of room for guests, tons to do as well. I felt like I didn’t have to leave at any point to stay entertained. We utilized the pool, hot tub, cinema, pool/ pingpong table, games, and the multiple TVs. Loved how much stuff there was in the kitchen, I didn’t have to bring my own pots, pans, dishes, etc. The place was very modern, heated toilet seats/bidet, installed speaker in bathroom, heated towel rack, etc. Great natural lighting, and great view off back patio. LOVED the place and would LOVE to go back if I ever get the chance.

We loved our cabin! Host were amazing the whole entire time we were there they made sure we felt right at home , and the place was so beautiful and enjoyable for every one of all ages!

Absolutely loved this cabin and the views we had from the decks in back. We had three couples and a total of 10 kids and we all had plenty of room to share. Justin was an amazing host and was very generous in his offerings. I would without a doubt stay here again. Thank you.

Beautiful home with lots of space. Would have been great for multiple families. Was just as described and appreciated the amenities. The beds were super comfortable and loved having all of those kings! If you’ve never been to the area before, the home is a bit away from the activities so just plan accordingly. The small town of Wears Valley is just down the road and has great food, a winery and a moonshine store as well as dollar general so that was super convenient. My son enjoyed the fishing pond and the pool looked like it was really nice once it’s in season. The house was well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen had plenty of supplies. The only other thing to be aware of is that the water stinks like rotten eggs but it sounds like that’s from sulfur in the well water. It didn’t change any opinion of the place, I don’t think it can be helped - just a bit of a heads up for others staying. Scott was very responsive and we had a great stay!

So much attention to detail in this place! Kitchen was spotless. Bedrooms were spotless. Bathrooms were spotless and had shampoo/cond/body wash. Living room was spotless (even vacuumed and steamed furniture). Deck furniture was comfy and classes. Tons of seating all around. Blankets in every room, including plush ones in the theater room. The game and theater room fulfilled my children's expectations. The host was incredibly responsive and door dashed up corn hole bags within hours. Very close to both Gatlinburg (bypass was the best route) and Pigeon Forge. Gas fireplace outside for morning coffee. Highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed an exceptional experience! The swimming pool was both delightful and easily accessible. There were numerous entertaining games available for the children in the lower level. The theater room was impressive, providing our family with a fantastic setting to watch movies together. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and the pots and pans were ideal for accommodating our large family gathering. Will definitely be staying there again!!!!!

I loved this air bnb it’s so nice especially for big families I definitely recommend. So close to everything. All attractions!!! Will be booking again!!

It was absolutely warm and welcoming the minute we walked in. I enjoyed the view on the deck the most! For my first time in Gatlinburg this truly was a beautiful place to stay!

This was a beautiful cabin- exactly as pictured and described! Comfortable and homey, lots of space, tons of amenities, and a gorgeous view!

After an unfortunate situation we had to very quickly find a listing that would be accommodating for our dates + a pet. Booked, received info, and was in the home within 20 minutes of each other. Instructions were clear, house was clean and worked perfectly for our little weekend getaway. Houses are a little close to each other but still private, and not in a super congested area like other locations. Would keep in mind that if you travel in a bigger party, parking can be a little tricky. Larger vehicles may have a challenging time getting turned around. Overall, very thankful for this honestly in the listing and for a great couple of days. Would stay again!! 10/10

We loved Jazmin's cabin. The location feels very private even though there are 1 or 2 other homes nearby -- the separation with trees and elevation is excellent. The home is in a neighborhood of very nice, higher-end vacation rental properties. We also cooked pretty much every meal there for 4 days, and we had the equipment we needed. The Kroger's and the Publix grocery stores are just a few miles away. The house was VERY clean. The house is well-furnished and the game room was a huge plus for our kids (18, 20, 21). The bedroom off of the game room was private and wonderful for our son's girlfriend, so she could have her own bathroom etc. We enjoyed the hottub very much! :-) The wifi worked perfectly. I drank my coffee on a double bench with cupholders on the bluff over the house in the mornings. The road is a tiny bit steep at the end, but not extreme like what we've seen in other places in this area! Just know if you're coming in snow or ice, you might want 4-wheel drive.

Great stay, close to a lot of attractions as well. Too many bees tho but what can you do about that 🤷🏾‍♂️

The cabin was clean and very spacious for our many guests. There were plenty of amenities and we loved the pool table upstairs. Tiyashi is a kind, responsive host and helped us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a getaway for their family!

Chelsea and Dan were quick to respond to our questions. Hard to find a spot big enough for 10 people, this place was spacious and comfortable.

This house was amazing!! The amenities were unmatched. The host was very responsive. The pool was a hit with the kids. Would go back to stay again.

Amazing stay at Splash Mountain Lodge. The house and property is absolutely wonderful and unlike other places was actually better in person than the pictures, especially the outdoor space. The yard is huge and such a welcome change to most cabin experiences in the area. The kids played outside and would only stop to take another dip in the pool. The hosts were responsive and although we didn’t need anything during our stay we still communicated and they were very quick to respond. The family has already been asking if we can stay here again on our next trip, and we definitely will!

Exactly as represented. House was fantastic with plenty of amenities. Dan and Jenna were proactive and responsive, while providing complete privacy for our stay. The pool, hot tub, and gaming room were perfect for entertaining and each bedroom provides a tranquil retreat with balcony. Parking was plentiful. Highly recommended for future guests looking for a great getaway with the feeling of comfort in your home. We had our “Christmas Family getaway” with 6 adults and 4 children (14 to 5 years of age) and it was plenty of room for all 10 of us. Close proximity to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We will return!!

We loved the location of the house, private but super close to everything we had planned for our trip. The house was super spacious for our group of 9, the kids loved the pool. The home was clean and had everything we needed, the only thing I suggested to the host to improve on was squeaky beds upstairs. The hosts were very responsive to questions we had and gave us suggestions to restaurants. We would consider staying here again if we come back to Pigeon Forge.

This home was the perfect setting for all of our family to spend Christmas together. The mountain setting was peaceful and the views were great, and just 15 minutes away are the endless activities and restaurants as well as Smoky Mountain National Park is only about 25 minutes away. This location provides the perfect balance of hustle and bustle when you are looking for it and peace and quiet when you are not. Thomas is an amazing host and is always quick to respond and help out with any questions!

We enjoyed our time at this cabin. We loved the outside patio with the tv and fireplace. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens with appliances and extras. We did not have any issues cooking meals, which seems to be a struggle for us at other places we stayed (even had a crockpot!). Chris was extremely responsive and answered our questions very quickly. Cabin is amazing only thing is we didn’t stay long enough. The first night we checked in on a Sunday and found there wasn’t any water contact host and they sent someone out within a couple hrs and had us up and going. A nearby cabin had work done and had cut the wrong cabins water off, so not at all the host’s fault. Everything else was AMAZING and very conveniently located.

Perfect location just off the main strip and amazing amenities! Only complaint was extremely slow internet (1mbps or less speeds most of the time), but you’re supposed to be enjoying nature and family/friends, right?
