Very smooth transaction. The unit was clean and functional, Since we checked in late we had some challenges finding our parking permits, but the host facilitated and delivered the passes to our unit the following day. We'll recommend the location. Great view, not within a walking distance, but shops and eateries were a short drive away. Did enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This beautiful condo would get a 10 star review if we could. Conveniently located, very quiet and you don’t hear any road noise, which is appreciated during the car shows. Brenda is super nice and keeps her place more than clean, it’s amazing! She responds quickly although there shouldn’t be any open questions since she has everything laid out perfectly in a folder. We had a fantastic week and are hoping to come back soon.

Donna’s place was absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable and clean. I recommend this place as a great stay in Biloxi!!

After driving 12 hours and arriving at our FIRST BnB around 6pm and finding it completely unacceptable. I reached out to Susan to see if we could book and check in to her place that night. She contacted me back and said both her and her cleaning lady would meet us at the house to see if it met our expectations. She was welcoming and did everything she could to make us comfortable. Our dog loved the big fenced in yard.

We booked the appartement in Gautier as it was in the area where we needed to stay to be near relatives for Thanksgiving. The place was clean and exactly as described. Contact with the owners was easy. We can recommendate it when you are looking for a longer stay.

Super impressed with the place. Under the sink there were no holes, no sign of water damage, everything was clean and dust free. I could clearly see that the builder/s cared about their work here. And the rooms were well climate controlled so we got to sleep cool and dry which is a concern for the environment. All in all a huge thumbs up!

Spacious and clean! Right by the beach and other local attractions. The host was very kind and accommodating after a small oversight with the booking. The only issue we had was there wasn’t any laundry detergent or cleaning spray but the checkout instructions stated almost everything had to be cleaned before leaving. All the towels are white as well and everything is expected to be spotless so it was a little difficult trying to keep everything spotless with kids and no cleaning supplies. Other than that the stay was great and it accommodated us perfectly! We also appreciated the extra fans in each room.

The home was very clean and cozy. The location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown Ocean Springs. Chris was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend his place!

My family and I had a amazing time while staying in this home…Everything was great no complaints here at all…Definitely recommend booking with this host when you’re going to be in town…Very responsive,clean,and beautiful home…We will definitely be booking again.

Rose is an outstanding owner with a nice home in an outstanding location with reasonable rent. Everything you need is in the unit. You can walk to downtown and there are several restaurants short walking distance. 3 minute drive to the beach. Quick access to Biloxi. We were househunting and bought a home while we were there. We love Ocean Springs and atre so excited to have found our retirement place after a lot of searching ! Got to know several people in the neighborhood without even trying. Believe me we are not curmudgeons but not social butterflies either. Both next door neighbors and the neighbors across the street and a few around the neighborhood. Super Friendly! We really enjoyed our stay here as did our dog. BTW OS beaches are dog friendly and about 25% of the restaurants are. Good place to bring Fido.

This was a beautiful space, very updated, pool right outside your back door and the neighbors were very hospitable. This was the perfect short term living arrangement for my training. Bed comfy, couch comfy and the kitchen with bar seating was super inviting. Jim was very responsive with the only immediate issue. Location was perfect for everything! Only con was the extensive cleaning check out list required for check out that was not received until after booking.

This place is great! So close to the beach and the Air Force base. It was very clean and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the details. Highly recommend!

This rental was even better than listed! They made suggestions for things you may like to bring but they already had so much of that available for us. Coffee, sugar, shampoo, pool and beach items...you name it! Plenty of comfy pillows and soft blankets as well. Everything was sparkling clean and looked new. The place was spacious, welcoming and beautiful with amazing views. And HUGE bathrooms and closets! We felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. We loved our morning coffee enjoying the sunshine of that big, open window or on the lovely balconies overlooking the pool. It was even more special for us because it was our 27th wedding anniversary and the property is about the same site where we stayed for our honeymoon years ago. Certainly not the same unit but the same site pre-Katrina. It's nice to see that such beautiful places weren't destroyed when our beautiful Gulf Coast landscape was wrecked by that devastating hurricane. I highly recommend it and will return.

It’s my 22nd birthday today and I loved it everything was neat and clean the beds were comfortable the patio was clean and privately comfortable and the bathroom was so nice it was definitely the sink for me it was fancy everything was just comfortable neighborhood was quiet but most of all the host’s was very polite and they responded quickly anytime we had questions and checkout was at 10 i think and time flies up there so they gave us a later checkout over all I will definitely be coming back because you can’t really beat the price nor can you always find people who are respectful and nice to their guests and I would suggest anyone who is thinking about booking this place to book it because you won’t regret it the food was amazing everything was walking distance like it was lit I didn’t wanna leave…book it!!

This apartment complex is in a perfect location, across the street from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. Selena was quick to respond when we requested something.
