Feriköy'de en merkezi yerdeydi. Çevresinde manav, kasap, market, pastane, kafe, otobüs durağı, lokanta gibi pek çok seçenek mevcuttu. Ev genel olarak çok iyiydi. Her konuda da bize yardımcı oldular. Tekrardan çok teşekkür ediyorum, bir daha gelişimizde kesinlikle burada kalmayı düşünüyorum.

We had an excellent stay at Ilker’s spacious and centrally located flat! The place is spread out over two levels with amazing views of the city. Check-in was a breeze and communication was easy throughout. This was the perfect base for exploring the city!

I booked a lot of houses in Beyoğlu before but none of them was this clean. So pretty, lots of rooms to stay with a nice view. Turn around the corner and you are at İstiklal. From coffee machine to tea maker you can find anything. Would definetely stay again.

The Apartment is perfect to explore Istanbul. It looks even better than on the pictures and we really felt at Home. The host is amazing as well and the whole communication was very good. The location is also perfect and in the most beautiful area of the City.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir waren eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und man hatte alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße aber man ist sofort in der Nähe von Restaurants, Supermärkten und an Bus oder Bahnhöfen. Man kann zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 min zur Galata Brücke gehen und von dort alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Im großen und ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

I had a couple of days after my business trip to enjoy Istanbul for the first time. The neighborhood is very artsy and liberal. Love the fact that the apartment all belong together with the book store downstairs. Would’ve loved to spend longer to discover further - so hope to stay longer next time! Thank you to Bilge for her hospitality and how she made everything easy for me.

Уютная квартира в спокойном районе. В пешей доступности и пирсы, и остановки общественного транспорта (10-20 мин). Удобное заселение и выселение. Хозяин без вопросов разрешил оставить сумки после выезда и вернуться позже, что добавило нашему путешествию 4 часа спокойной прогулки по Стамбулу.

La maison de Oya et Ned nous a beaucoup plu. L'intérieur est très cosy et confortable. Nous y étions en décembre et il y faisait chaud. La literie était moelleuse. Oya et Ned nous ont bien accueillis et se sont montrés disponibles quand nous avions besoin de leurs conseils. Le logement se trouve a une dizaine de minutes de bons restaurants et de rues très animées. Il y a quelques petites échoppes à quelques minutes de la maison.

Stanza non grandissima, ma con tutto il necessario, pulita, e in una posizione comodissima per i trasporti pubblici. L'host è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile nonostante il nostro ritardo all' arrivo al check in, e si è sempre reso molto disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa

Cemal was attentive, and extremely informative days in advance. He had instant coffee, canned beverages, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion all ready. The very first day he personally gave my son and I a tour of the residence, and brought up a case of bottled water. Definately recommend!

Great property in a great location. Friendly and helpful hosts who were very responsive. I would look to stay here again if I return to Istanbul and would recommend to others who are visiting the city.

We were so happy here. The place is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. Location in Balat is steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shops. Really felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Riza's home.

منطقة هادية جداً و كأنك في ريف لا تسمع ابواق سيارات و ازعاج. و مستوى الامان عالي جداً في المنطقة و في الشقة ايضا المضيف شخص رائع و ودود و حريص على مساعدتنا و توفير الخدمة لنا و شرح لنا منذ البداية كيف يمكن الوصول إلى الشقة و الحصول على المفتاح و شرح محتويات الشقة ، و شعرت كأني في بيتي كل شي نظيف و متوفر المطبخ مؤثث بكل ما نحتاجه الثلاجة كبيرة ، الشاور يعمل جيداً و قوة دفع الماء قوية ، توفر مناديل الحمام و الفوط و يوجد صندوق إسعافات اولية وهذا شي جميل و نادر ما نجده في شقق الايجار، الشقة تتميز بأنها شرحة حيث ان فيها شبابيك كبيرة تسمح بدخول الضوء و الشمس للشقة و لا تسمع الا اصوات الطيور او بعض المارة الغير مزعجين ، يوجد بقالة و مطعم لبناني و صيدلية و محلات تجارية في الشارع المجاور .

Great stay in the heart of the city right next to Taksim. Easy to find, just a short climb away from the main attractions. The apartment is well fitted with everything one might need, is clean and has an airy feel. Since it is in quite a central location it might have a bit of noise background but otherwise perfect for most visitors.

Stay was just amazing with perfect location, very friendly communication, can't wait to come back!

Очень хорошая квартира, в отличном состоянии, с хорошим расположением, есть всё, необходимое для жизни. Хороший дом с тихим двором и охранником внизу, было спокойно. Очень приятный хозяин, быстро отвечала и выдала четкие инструкции при заселении и выезде.

今回の滞在は本当に素晴らしく、Aaronさんはとても親切で丁寧なホストでした。滞在中に妻が足を痛めてしまったのですが、ちょうど「砂糖祭」の影響で薬局が閉まっていたにもかかわらず、彼は医療用テープやサポート用の包帯、冷却パックをわざわざ用意してくれました。そのおかげで妻の回復がとてもスムーズに進みました。また、到着前にはタクシーで使えるトルコ語の案内文まで送ってくれるなど、配慮が行き届いていて本当に助かりました。 建物は歴史ある雰囲気を残しつつも、見事にリノベーションされており、古さと新しさが程よく調和しています。ベッドルームが3つ以上あってとても広く、家族3人でも十分ゆったりと過ごせました。寝室だけでなくシャワールームも快適で清潔。さらにテラスからは素敵な教会が望め、その奥にはボスポラス海峡やアジア側の景色まで見渡せるという贅沢さです。観光地へのアクセスも便利で、公共交通機関が近いのに周囲は静かで落ち着いています。スーパーも複数あり、日々の買い物にも不自由しません。キッチンもフルキッチンで、いろいろな料理ができました。 さらに、近所にはかわいいネコちゃんたちがたくさんいて、散歩するだけでも楽しい気分になりました。 総合的に大満足の滞在でした。もしイスタンブールを再訪する機会があれば、ぜひまたここに宿泊したいと思います。Aaronさん、本当にありがとうございました！
