The Location is right smack in the middle of Orchard Road and there are a lot of great restaurant in the vicinity. The listing is as description and the photo matches the place that i stayed. The building is old but was pretty well maintained overall, Do run the water a bit during your stay as there might be some chock-age for the drainage linked to the bathtub, this will also allowed rust residue to be emptied for the rest of the stay. Overall great stay and great host. Would recommend for people that are looking for a good location and spacious apartment to stay in Singapore.

Cozy and comfortable for family stay. Nice and clean. During new year's night 12am 2024, got a memorable moment to watch fireworks from the unit. It was spectacular!!

A small but clean and quiet spot conveniently located in the heart of Chinatown! Even though it’s right on one of the main streets, noise and foot traffic were never heard in the unit. Unfortunately, there was a bit of construction on the facade of the building so there were a few mornings we woke up to construction sounds happening literally right outside the window. But that’s not something the hosts could really do anything about and I think will be over soon. Overall, this was an awesome spot! A little cramped for two people, but very doable. And the WiFi works great. Definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The check-in process was smooth with clear instructions, and the space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities were exactly as described, and the host was very communicative and attentive throughout my stay. The check-out process was just as seamless, and I returned the access card and keys to the designated letterbox without any issues. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. House was clean, air-con is cold, got lake view, easy to locate and quiet at night, bed and blanket was super comfy. Only flaw are some tiles on the floor cracked already but house owner taped it, however in future might be dangerous. Also shower head is abit hard to use as water is leaking from the pipe. Then the curtain could be thicker abit to block the sunlight in the morning. But overall, it was a good stay!

Surround with a lot nice food. The unit is clean and nice, Glad to have stay here, Host is proactive and responsive, will stay again!

Host was clear on check in details and responsive in chat group. Apartment was clean and there is Netflix to watch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a chill stay around mount austin area!

Looks like in the pictures. Not walkable to legoland but I do like the peace and quiet. Apartment on high floor so very windy. Tv available upstairs and downstairs. Kids loved the slide.

Decided to stay at Forest City despite many comments as "forgotten city" or "ghost town". Viewed many Airbnb homes but only this apartment give the best views, cosy and homely feeling. It was the best decision to pick this home for my family's 2 nights stay. Only 2 restaurants around (chinese and indian cuisine), definitely best place to stay as its just beneath this apartment. We drove around the whole town to give it a tour, but seems like only this accoms have food options available. Other parts of the town really looks eerily empty, as compared to this apartment building. Also get to see more people around after 5pm on weekdays. Good that this location is walkable to beach and the maze, but my parents chose to drive instead. Overall, every basic necessities are available, its really suitable for families and short stay. Another plus point is the unblocked view of the sea from master bedroom and balcony. Love this clean and tidy home! Very peaceful undisturbed sleep though near road

the host, Jovin was super friendly ,helpful and always on time when we texted her. we even asked if we could do a late checkout by 30-60mins timeframe. and she didnt hesitate to said yes. definitely recommend her stays !

Dear Tim, We are from KL and we were really surprised that our niece had rented a very beautiful apartment from JB, when she shared the photos with us. We really couldn’t believe that the house was not only stunning but also hygienic and every corner tells a story as it’s filled with the owners’ decorations and art. We have never stayed at such a nice Airbnb house and this deserves more than a 5 star rating. The most important part is that you were very attentive and spoke in a humorous way to make us happy and feel relaxed. On top of that, we also didn’t expect that you would prepare a box a Mandarin oranges for us to celebrate the Chinese New Year here. We are very thankful for your thoughtful mind on the preparation work for your guests, using your heart and great effort to welcome your guests. Everything is perfect!

We stayed here for 3 nights. We are satisfied with house condition which well equipped. The house beautiful, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Legoland about 10mins. Near to Medini Mall to get groceries and food. Parking area at level 5, to get there by MPV quiet challenging due to car park spiral ramp space. Swimming pool at house area only available for adult section, kids section under maintenance. Great internet coverage. Overall recommended stay!

What a nice and cozy place and the view is so good. Had a nice rest and restaurants are downstairs.

I must agree with the previous reviews that ivy place is really well maintained and clean. can really tell that the bedsheets and towel are fresh! really feels good and comfortable. will definitely go back to Ivy if I am staying around paradigm area again!
