Das Haus ist super und hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist ruhig gelegen, aber gut angebunden. Simon und Thomas sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Our family had an absolutely delightful (extended) stay at Nathalie’s place! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was definitely the cozy fireplace. It was such a treat to relax by the fire with a drink after a long day. Our host provided a perfect check-in experience, greeting us personally and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality made us feel right at home from the start. The neighborhood is wonderful, with quaint shops, cafes, and the city center within walking distance. Communication with our host was excellent throughout our stay. Nathalie’s is very responsive to questions and provides great recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb exceeded our expectations.

The house fits well the description and was easy to find. A bus stop only 4 minutes of walk and also there’s a supermarket with 7 minutes of walking. The place was clean, cozy and the cat is also really cute!

El único fallo desde nuestro punto de vista, ha sido el no poder regular nosotros mismos la calefacción en la casa, ya que había habitaciones heladas y otras con muchísimo calor, con lo que era difícil descansar bien en todas. This family home is just far enough out of the hubbub of the city that we were able to easily decompress after a day exploring beautiful Utrecht. Full kitchen with truly anything you may need to create a meal (lots of spices!), back patio, bedrooms are upstairs and the neighborhood is quiet so one can get a good night’s sleep, and located close to the canal which allows for an easy walk into the city. Bus system was simple to navigate but only accepted payment for one person per credit card (no cash)… travelers may want to research that further. Steep and narrow stairs inside to access upstairs may not be good for physically compromised person. Bikes were a bonus as was Isis picking us up from the train station. Great vegan restaurant around the corner. Would love to visit again!

Fantastic place, fantastic host! I stayed here with a couple of friends for 5 nights, and we couldn't be happier. The location is superb—easily accessible by bus, train, and bike. The home is beautiful, clean, and has everything we needed and even more. Communication with the host was smooth and clear. Thank you, Geert, for making it perfect!

Muy buenos anfitriones, tanto Hanneke como Bart. Fuimos en família y nos hicieron sentir como en casa des del primer momento, siempre atentos y con ganas de ayudar. Por lo que respeta a la casa, es tal y como la imaginábamos gracias a las fotos, y la pareja de huéspedes nos puso muy fácil su uso. Ubicada en un barrio tranquilo, es un pueblito hermoso por el que pasear. Está alejado de Amsterdam, pero si se compra el Amsterdam regional ticket, está bien comunicado con bus y tren. Gracias por abrirnos las puertas, família! Repetiríamos seguro!

très belle maison de ville bien placée, à 12min à pied de la gare. un conseil: éviter de venir en voiture, les premières places gratuites sont à 24 min à pied. Maison très bien aménagée et très belle décoration. Deux bémols :il manque une bouilloire (pour les buveurs de thé) et des rangements disponibles pour les habits dans les chambres des enfants. Nous conseillons ce logement et reviendrons volontiers. A signaler, contrairement aux photos, il n'y a pas de piscine dans le jardin.

We had a wonderful time at William and Christa property. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. Christa was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the booking process and check-in a breeze. We especially enjoyed the beautiful front yard and backyard garden and peaceful neighborhood. Very kind, responsive and accommodating host. Practical and useable property that's well-lived in so don't expect an immaculate soulless place. Would benefit from a microwave and iron but everything else you might need is already there. Close to the Goffert train station and walkable to an AH supermarket.

The house of Ivon in Belamystraat is a very nice and cosy place to stay. It offers plenty of room and has a very well equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms each have a private bathroom and there are two separate toilets in the house. All of this is very convenient if you're traveling with two couples as we did. Ivon's place is on walking distance from the city center and there are lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the neighborhood. Despite that, the street is very calm. It is not a cheap place to rent, but compared to Utrecht standards a good price quality. Communication with Ivon went very smooth: she was proactive in communicating with us before the trip and left a note with tips and explanations in the house. Next time we come to Utrecht, we will definitely try to stay there again.

We hebben genoten van een heerlijk verblijf in een prachtige sfeervolle accommodatie. Lekker struinen in en rond de prachtige stad Zutphen. En daarbij werden we verwend met een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt door de geweldige lieve gastvrije hosts Elly en Hans. Het was gewoon “Af”!

We verbleven een weekend in Ede. Het huis was brandschoon en zag er uit als op de foto’s. Het heeft een heerlijke buitenruimte in een stille wijk. Daarnaast is veel op loopafstand. De hosts waren goed te bereiken en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Een heerlijk verblijf!

Nice unit in row housing, very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space, and a well-appointed kitchen for cooking. Right off the canal, with a large playground, grocery store, and tram into central Amsterdam a short walk away. Was too cold for swimming but seems possible. Ivan was great at helping us get settled in. The description was a little vague on bedding, but there is a master bedroom with a large bed, and 2 smaller bedrooms upstairs, all sharing a bathroom. The one bedroom had a loft bed, and the other had an air mattress, which was fine for our 2 kids. This definitely lived in by Boris's family including younger kids, and rented part-time, so definitely "lived in", but also means there's lots of games and such. Some "interesting" possibly kid-inappropriate pictures, if they're paying attention! Overall a perfect place for a few days in Amsterdam!

We have been to Utrecht several times. This was one of our favorite AirBnbs. We would return in a heartbeat. Enjoyed being along the canal. The apartment is actually much more quaint and attractive in person than what the photos indicate. There is a bit of a walk to the center of the historic district but quite manageable and enjoyable.

The house of René’s is much better than what in the pictures, which was designed and renovated with high quality and tast. I love the garden as well, with the beautiful rose and birds. Every morning you will be waken up by the nice birds singing. The location is easy for both pedestrians and for those with bike, auto or boat. René makes notes clearly. You would find all facilities easy to use. Next time if I go to Muiten I would definitely choose the same house.

Michael's house was in a fantastic location to walk and bike around Utrecht. Michael was incredibly responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Utrecht!

Wir haben eine ganze Unterkunft für 6 Personen (2 Paare, 2 Singles), mit 4 Schlafzimmern für nur eine Nacht gesucht. Das war nicht einfach. Bei Katja haben wir die perfekte Unterkunft für uns gefunden. Jeder hatte sein eigenes (kleines) Schlafzimmer. Es ist ein schönes Haus mit einem großzügigen Wohnbereich und offener Küche. Draußen sitzt man besonders nett in einer gemütlich eingerichteten Lounge. Ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Innenstadt gibt es einige nette Restaurants und Möglichkeiten zum Cocktails trinken. Katja und Lola durften wir auch kurz kennenlernen. Sie ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin!
