What a lovely little villa in a beautiful location, close to some amazing beaches and restaurants. We are a family of 5 and the villa was well equipped for our needs. Two well sized bedrooms, both en-suite. Kitchen had all we wanted. Garden and pool were lovely, although this late in the year (October), the garden is in the shade until mid-morning and the same again from mid-afternoon, so the pool was a little on the chilly side. Rabia was a great host, super-responsive and quick to reply to questions around beaches and restaurants worth visiting. Villa and location were as described, clean, tidy and we felt very at home. This was our first time in Turkey and we loved everything about our stay, we will be back for sure.

Osman bey çok iyi bir ev sahibi, ufak birkaç sorunun çözümü için elinden geleni yaptı ve eksikleri giderdi. Çok anlayışlı ve çözüm odaklı birisi. Ev köyün merkezinde ve her yere çok yakın bir konumda, tasarım olarak çok kullanışlı bir ev. Evde ihtiyaç olan her şey bulunmaktaydı, herhangi bir eksiklik hissetmedik. Bir hafta boyunca çok güzel zaman geçirdik ve bizim için çok güzel bir tatil oldu. Yeniden gelirsek tekrar Osman bey’in evlerinden birinde konaklamayı düşünürüz, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Ayrıca yaptığı jestler için tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

Ahmet is really a superhost! He always quickly responded to every question and solved every request we had! He also helped us to find transfer for the best price from Antaya to Kalkan. We stayed to have a rest with our infant and practice yoga and we enjoyed this apartment in a peaceful area, there's a very nice inner garden with a clean cool pool, the ambiance is very cosy. Every morning someone came to clean the pool! Also, there is everything we needed for cooking, even a toaster and French press. We are thankful to Ahmet and his family for always staying in touch and being so caring.

Underbar vistelse! Jag och min fru hade en fantastisk vistelse! Utsikten från huset mot berget var hisnande, och poolen och villan var verkligen underbara. Det var extra trevligt att njuta av solen hela dagen utan någon skugga och att få se den vackra solnedgången. Vi vill även tacka våra värdar som var otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma. De gjorde verkligen allt för att tillgodose våra önskemål. Vi ser fram emot att besöka detta boende igen i framtiden. Tack för en minnesvärd vistelse!

5 günlük bi aile tatilimizde çok memnun kaldık. Ev her anlamda beklentimizin üstündeydi. Yiyecek-icicek dışında hiç bir alışverişe ihtiyacımız olmadı. aradığımız her şey evde mevcuttu. Ev sahibi İlknur hanım da çok yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Gerek evin donanımı gerekse manzarası açısından da sonraki gelecek misafirleri mutlu edeceğine eminim.

La maison a beaucoup de charme, elle est décorée avec goût. Le logement est très bien décrit et dispose de toutes les accessoires qui sont décrits. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la terrasse mais l’intérieur est très spacieux. Les hôtes sont très sympathique, accessible, ils ont toujours répondu à toutes nos questions. L’environnement est très calme, De plus, la température est plus agréable en été que dans le centre-ville de Kas. Si nous revenons à Kas nous reprendrons ce logement sans hésiter !! Un vrai logement de vacances

Evin içi gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Tatil süresince gereken her şey evde mevcuttu (Buna mangal malzemeleri dahil). Konum kaşa arabayla 10 dakika mesafede sakin bir muhit. Şehir gürültüsünden uzak bir tatil isteyenler için ideal.

I recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for privacy and at the same time wants to feel at home! Salih is a very hospitable host who immediately answers all questions! The view is completely consistent with the description and the views are a hotel love!

Hasan and his lovely family were great hosts! The house is amazing and had everything we needed. Felt right at home. Very beautiful with great view. Super clean and comfortable. Our kid had lots of fun in the pool and garden. We plan to go back and highly recommend it.

Tatilimizi Kaş'ta kiraladığımız bu muhteşem villada geçirdik ve her anından inanılmaz keyif aldık! Villa, geniş terası ve sonsuzluk havuzu ile adeta bir cennet köşesi. Villanın iç tasarımı modern ve zevkli. Her odası geniş, ferah ve konforlu bir şekilde döşenmiş. Tam donanımlı mutfağında yemek hazırlamak çok kolaydı. Villanın konumu da harikaydı. Hem sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortamda dinlenme imkanı sundu, hem de plajlara ve Kaş'ın merkezine kısa bir mesafede bulunuyordu. Ev sahipleri müthiş insanlar, çok misafirperverdiler ve her konuda bize yardımcı oldular. Burada geçirdiğimiz her an, ailemiz için değerli anılarla dolu. Kaş'ta bir villa arıyorsanız, bu seçeneği kesinlikle değerlendirmenizi öneririm!

Öncelikle Ali bey’e misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederim. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi. Mutfak ve banyo konusunda temel ihtiyaçlar kategorisinde sayabileceğim bir çok ürünü temin etmişti. (Sıvı yağ,şampuan bulaşık deterjanı vs) evin manzarası ve terasın manzarası mükemmeldi. Lakin havuz hiç güneş görmüyor dersek yeridir. Eylül ekim aylarında havuz biraz soğuk olabilir ama bu durum puan kırmayı gerektirmiyor. Biz memnun kaldık. Tekrardan görüşmek üzere…

Her şey düşünülmüş. Mutfak malzemeleri ve evdeki tüm eşyalar yeterliydi. Kek kalıbı ve mikser dahi vardı. Ev sahipleri sizin konforunuz için her şeyi onemsemisler. Mahremiyet konusunda titiz davranilmis ev bahcesi ve havuz dışarıdan görünmüyor. Havuz ve ev tertemizdi. İnternet ve elektrik sorunu yoktu. Bizi şaşırtan şeylerden biri havuz yatağı ve okey takimi oldu. Detaylar için teşekkür ederiz.

Bayramdan iki gün önce şans eseri Tayfun Beyin villasını buldum. Genel olarak köy huzurlu bir köy, çok yakınınızda evler yok ama istediğiniz şeyleri gidip alabileceğiniz mesafede marketleri var. Hava şansımıza yağmurlu ve kapalı geçti, havuz sezonu da henüz açılmamıştı ama biz yine de keyif aldık. Ev sahibi her zaman ulaşılır ve bi sorun olduğunda çözümcül, kendisine ilgisinden dolayı birkez daha teşekkür ediyoruz.

Keyifli ve rahat bir konaklamaydı,evde ihtiyacınız olan herşeyi bulabilirsiniz,temizlik konusunda konakladığım en muhteşem evdi, konumu merkeze arabayla 15 dk, herşey için Şeref bey'e de teşekkür ederiz.

Çok keyifli 4 gün geçirdik. Berkan Bey ve ailesi her konuda çok yardımcı oldu, çok teşekkür ediyorum. Sessiz, sakin, doğa ile bütünleşik ve sahile de yürüme mesafesinde, dinlenmek için çok iyi tercih. Gitmeden önce detaylı bir alışveriş yapmakta fayda var, yakınlarda market yok merkeze inmek gerekiyor. Yol biraz bozuk ama aracla ulaşımda herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşatmıyor.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un attico in questo residence con piscina, situato in una zona tranquilla. Soggiorno bello e confortevole. Mi è piaciuto tutto.

Wir hatten eine schöne erholsame Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als wie auf den Bildern, und sehr sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet innen wie die Terrasse. Der Vermieter hat wirklich an alles gedacht was man für eine erholsamen Urlaub braucht auch das Frühstück war auch super. Vielen lieben Dank für den Aufenthalt wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Der Blick vom Balkon der oberen Etage über die Bucht, kleine Inseln und die Küste ist einfach atemberaubend. Dort könnte man den ganzen Tag verbringen. Für eine Abkühlung bietet sich der sehr schöne, große und saubere Pool an. Sehr von Vorteil ist natürlich, dass man das Auto direkt vor dem Apartmenthaus parken kann. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Keine bellenden Hunde, kein Verkehr, keine lauten Nachbarn. Man kann sich wirklich erholen. Gleichzeit fährt man nur fünf Minuten nach Kaş und auch alle anderen Ziele in der Umgebung sind sehr gut erreichbar. Zum Einkaufen können wir wärmstens den Supermarkt Muhtar empfehlen. Das Sortiment ist riesig, fast schon ein kleines Kaufhaus.

Comfy and well-maintained apartment with all necessary amenities. Several grocery stores in the close proximity. Local transport stops near the house. The host is responsive and helps with household issues if there are any. We had a lovely time in the apartment.

The images do not do the house justice. As you drive through the forest for a few minutes towards the house you are surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. The house is within a secure fenced off part of the mountain with massive electric gates. There were always at least 2 of the kindest most gentle helpful men around the property ( they stay in the villa behind you - you never see them as there villa is set back, but they are literally a call away and are only too happy to order taxi open the gates for friends or organise anything, as too is the pool cleaner. We didn’t hire a car taxis are cheap. They had the cutest, quietest Pomeranian dog that my 4 daughters fell in love with. The staff were amazing - the house is beyond beautiful. Literally a James Bond house - what the images don’t explain is the fact that you are in the middle of a mountain. Ev olarak çok güzeldi. Yeri de güzeldi ancak arabasız olanlar için merkeze biraz uzak. Kalırken çok memnumdum. Bir daha gelsem yine burada kalabilirim. Hem temiz hem fiyat performans hem genişti.

Amazing location and fabulous views. We were met my Mehmet inspite of an awkward arrival time. Everything was exactly as described. Communication was excellent. We had no issues and would definitely book again. Highly recommended.
