We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

We stayed at this lovely appartment for 5 weeks and it had all the comforts and ammenities for a long stay. it was a little bigger than the photos suggest. The pool was excellent and much larger than most with enough beds and shade. There were a number of good restuarants in the mall which were very convenient. If you want a more local Penang night market experience there is the very good Hub 33 night market about a 15 min walk away. We ate there most nights as it was good , simple food, a lot of variety and very cheap. It is a little way out from Georgetown central but easy to get in/out either via Grab or by bus (101) from outside the Lotus mall. Just be aware if you go over Chinese New Year due to demand Grab can take a little longer and is a bit more expensive. Nikky was very responsive to messages and information. Overall an amazing stay in Nikkys apparment and in Penang. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Straitsquay. The Suite was clean and the bed very comfortable. We went swimming every day in one of the 3 Pools in the Complex. The Supermarket is very near and lots of international restaurants downstairs. Our Host - Johnson was very reliable, helpful and kind.

I really really enjoyed my stay even for a few hours 🥰 Host: Sunny was truly so kind for letting me book a place for a few hours rest. I arrived early morning from my flight and needed a place to crash until my next flight in the evening. He was so accommodating and understanding. Sunny also recommended a few places nearby for food 😍 they were good! Place: The unit was gorgeous. Impeccably clean, neat and tidy. And the BED. Omg the bed and the pillows… I almost missed my flight cuz I was so comfy. I'm not even kidding. And the little things? Like the soap and shampoo actually smelled amazing and didn't feel like that weird, cheap hotel stuff. Plus, he even had conditioner! I cannot live without them cuz my hair would go frizzy. I know this may not seem like a big deal to some but he even had good quality toilet paper 😍 Honestly, it was all just perfect. I can't wait to come back and actually stay longer next time. Thanks Sunny! ☺️

The place is very clean and everything was easy with the check in and host had really clear instructions, was very happy with the kitchen amenities, airconds were cold enough. Beds smell great and clean. Love the layout of the place and looks exactly like the photos. Had an amazing time staying at the place. Will definitely come again. Plus point to the amazing view !

Die Unterkunft war toll. Die Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern war atemberaubend. Von dem Straßenlärm haben wir nichts bekommen. Es war alles sauber. In der Nähe befanden sich Busstationen. Lim war immer gut erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

숙소는 관리가 잘 되어있고 음식을 해 먹을수 있도록 그릇들과 양념들이 있어서 좋았어요. 호스트와의 연락시 빠른 피드백과 친절함에 감동했어요.

地点非常赞，整个房间可以住8个人，特别适合朋友出行。有一整个落地窗可以看日出，屋里的各种家电非常完善。房东沟通及时，楼下有保安住着放心

Karen’s place felt like home. She is a thoughtful and friendly host, her home was clean and she provided a lot of useful household items. The check in and check out process were easy to follow. The amenities were as described. We enjoyed using the pool on level 8 and checking out the views from the rooftop garden area on level 38.

Third time staying at this well-located apartment. Good, CLOSE supermarket...& nearby restaurants. Cozy place to stay, and nice balcony to chill on. Great pool−especially early morning, when no-one's there. Thank you to Kevin and Siang, for making check-in and check-out easy. Would love to stay here again.

Generally the apartment is good. Location around 10min away by cab from the old Georgetown places. Only gripe is that during peak season, having only 4 lifts to serve 40+ levels of residents means having to wait quite a bit for lift during peak hours. Host is quite friendly and accommodating though, so no complaints

The manager of the condo was extremely helpful and friendly, which was one of the main reasons why I stayed a long period .. especially, since my stay was practically for work and his assistant was very much appreciated. They have a tight security, which made me feel more assured since I didn’t have any company. The location of the apartment for me was superb ( approximately 10 min away from queensbay mall by car) and you get beautiful view with the apartment . The apartment is clean and well kept , however the furniture is old (couch has stains and bed sheets sometimes with tears), I bet If it was refurbished, I wouldn’t be able to recommend it enough. In my case, I got passed this issue as other advantages were more of a priority to me; the helpful responsive manager (Mahbur) , security, location. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Mikes place was amazing. We especially enjoyed the pool area and there are a bunch of food choices and convenience stores right downstairs
