A great apartment! Everything was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the pictures. The location can’t get any better. Within walking distance to the Buffalo Zoo and many great restaurants. A short drive to KeyBank Center and even HighMark Stadium in Orchard Park. If you want to experience Buffalo and be central to many activities, choose this rental.

Missy and Ryan’s place is by far one of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. We decided to stay an extra day, and Missy was extremely accommodating. She got back to us immediately and was able to adjust the reservation seamlessly. The home is very clean. There’s plenty of room. It was nice sitting on the front porch to watch the rain (we were thankful it wasn’t snow!) The bed was comfy, the shower was wonderful. There are thoughtful touches throughout the home, making us feel very welcomed, especially with the fur kids in tow. Hamburg is a great little village, and this house perfectly located to make it around Western New York quickly. The Buffalo Bills stadium is less than 15 minutes away, and it’s a quick drive to downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Annette was a wonderful host. She was communicative, responsive, and proactive. When we had concerns arise (out of the control of our host) she was extremely responsive and reasonable. She was quick to help and we appreciated that very much. The Airbnb is in a great area with lots to do.

As usual, my mom and I had a great stay in our Rochester “flat”. It’s absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and perfect with its 2 bedrooms. We have been guests many times visiting our children at RIT and we will continue to book Tamara’s place! She’s great, easy to communicate with, flexible with check in and just a lovely host!

Came to Buffalo to spend time with my friends for my birthday weekend. We were mostly in the Airbnb, it was very cozy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. Ryan and Allysa were very responsive to all our requests. The location is very close to coffee places, shopping etc and super convenient. Felt safe in the neighborhood as well. The only slightly inconvenient thing was that the floors were a little creaky and we felt we might disturb the tenants downstairs with the noise but other than that we had an excellent stay.

Mary provided a wonderful place that felt like home. The house was beautiful & clean, the home was peaceful. This is the perfect place for a private getaway. Will definitely return- in the near future.

Kevin and April were very nice hosts. Easy to communicate with and quick to address a minor issue. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels/linens were new and fluffy. We were there over Christmas and they had no issue with us putting up a Christmas tree to help the house feel cozy and festive! We would easily stay again and highly recommend this Airbnb.

Felt right at home. We had a longer stay (3 weeks) so having all the things; laundry, full kitchen, dishwasher.. was perfect. The half circle driveway is great for not only getting out on the busier street but also loading and unloading the car. The beds were so comfy I slept so well. Having everything accessible on the first floor (except laundry) is great for mobility issues and giving second floor and basement space is great for family members to space out. Super happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sajjad and Jennifer for your hospitality!

If I could give this place more than five stars I definitely would! This Airbnb is fantastic! Beautiful home, large spaces and all the amenities and extras you could hope for! It was even decorated for Christmas with a tree and assorted very tasteful decorations. There were even lights on the house! Everything about this stay made me feel so at home. The neighborhood is beautiful and my interactions with some of the locals were great. The next door neighbor even came without being asked and offered to help remove some snow from a light snowfall we had. He wouldn’t take no for an answer and was what anyone would want in a neighbor. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hopefully it will be available again the next time I am in town. Thank you so much!

I recently moved back to Rochester, NY but my new place wasn't ready yet. I stayed at Adham's home for the month of February. The quaint living room furnishings made me feel at home, and the more modern kitchen and bedroom were both functional and comfortable. Having stayed for so long the washer and dryer were essential. An enclosed front porch was designed as a work space, and being there the month of February the heat vents kept the room usable. The house is set back from the road, which allowed for more privacy but during my time there it snowed nearly every day. Adham always kept the driveway meticulously shoveled, and never commented on my poor reverse-driving skills. My host provided some little extra touches that were both unexpected and welcomed. I can't think of anything that could have allowed for an easier transition. Thank you, Adham!

Stayed here for a couple nights. Great place in a great neighborhood. House was clean and had everything we needed. Kevin was responsive and the entire process was simple. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Cute house, private and plenty of room in the house! Deer were plentiful and it was awesome to see them through the windows every day. We got lots of pics and videos of them.

Our stay at Anthony's home was absolutely wonderful! The house was in a great location. It was clean, cozy and more than met all of our family's expectations. We never have a bad thing to say about staying about our experience staying here and working with the hosts. We are very comfortable during our stay and always have a great weekend! There are so many extras that they offer such as coffee, napkins, kleenix, shampooo/conditioner and body soap all included. It makes it quite easy to pack! Hoping soon the weather turns nice so we can enjoy sitting outside for lunch.

Jessica's apartment was just as pictured on the listing. Check in was easy and we had no issues getting into the apartment and settled. Everything was there that we could possibly need for our stay. Its location right next to the Martin House was really special and there is an especially great view from the kitchen windows. The street the house is on is also very picturesque and quintessential Buffalo. There is even a great pub in walking distance, the Parkside Meadow, which was perfect for a quick bite after we got settled in. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

I travel a lot for work and family leisure and prefer to stay at airbnbs where they are clean, comfortable, and the host pays attention to detail. This property knocked it out of the park!
