My husband and I came for a one night get away in the dead of winter. We chose this location because it had plenty to do without going any where. The pool table and hot tub were great. We arrived and never left the house. The house was clean and spacious, has plenty of amenities, and the host was friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our visit. We would look forward to coming back when its warm to enjoy the view of the marina and the town of Fairport Harbor. We might even schedule a stay next winter just to get away. We had an amazing trip to lake! The house was lovely and the view was spectacular! We enjoyed our time in the hot tub looking out onto the lake and had a blast building fires. The convenient store down the road had everything we could need between snacks and firewood so we were very content! The best part of our trip was the wild life! There were two bald eagles perched in the tree above us and we were able to watch the hunt and soar over the lake. We also saw herons and plenty of other beautiful creatures. Thank you for offering your home to us and for making this a weekend worth remembering!

Our stay was so great. The hiking path right off the property is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked and our family was very comfortable in the house. Renee and Josh were amazing hosts.

Very comfortable. It shows that you get breakfast but I think that is for the bed and breakfast price. Our price was excellent for what we received.

Brads cottage was beautiful and perfect for a weekend at Pymatuning! The state park entrance is only 5 mins down the road from the cottage so that was perfect. The hot tub was relaxing and the backyard very private. We loved the fire pit !

The house was beautiful and very clean. it was a very short distance to the beach and great restaurants which is what we were looking for.

This is how “camping” should be. Wanted something simple to be outdoors, but also wanted to sleep in a bed. The place was small (as expected), but had everything we needed. The place with filled with little things you forget to pack, which made it really convenient. This isn’t a major camping ground, so it isn’t packed with people. Cabin 9 was on the end, so we didn’t have neighbors on each side (very happy about). Overall is was such a great stay. Will be returning here for sure!!

We had a great time at the Lodge. Big beautiful plot of land the lodge sits on. The fire pit and pre cut wood made the evenings outside very enjoyable. We will be back!

Kurt has a cute house! He was also very responsive. Would recommend!

Beautiful private neighborhood on a road with steps down to the beach. Glorious stars at night without competition from city lights. The cottage immediately felt like home. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. 8am weekday mass closeby and lived Deb’s diner afterwards.

Ed and Lisa are amazing hosts. We have stayed here several times with our dogs. Always clean and well-stocked. Very organized instruction manual to the property and helpful tips on what to do in the area. Simple check-in, very communicative, and flexible where required to accommodate their guests. I can't say enough good things about this place and these owners! 6 stars across the board!

It was so nice to have a vacation rental within walking distance to the Lake, lodge, park, entertainment, restaurants and bars. Lots of little extras Kelly had for our dogs. Plenty of beach and bath towels. Beds and pull out couch comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Just park your car and hit the road running! Cottage was very quaint and clean. Coming back asap!

This place was great for traveling through! Felt totally comfortable and safe, nice quiet neighborhood. I stayed two separate times for a single night, and would absolutely stay again.

Stayed for a girls night away. Fantastic place- we loved the attention to details- from the makeup remover wipes, to the black facecloths, to the water and snacks that we took advantage of after our wine tour. We all had our own space to sleep and had plenty of space to catch up and talk. Thank you for an enjoyable trip.

Clean place, great location

My partner, my parents, and I stayed at Mark and Caroline’s sunset view cottage over Christmas. From the moment I booked, the communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The attention to detail was truly impressive, from the handwritten “Merry Christmas” on the welcome board to the chest full of games and puzzles. These thoughtful touches truly made our holiday special. The location was spectacular—close to downtown Conneaut and the township park, yet quiet and private enough to enjoy a peaceful retreat. Mark and Caroline were incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities. This stay exceeded all of our (already high) expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you, Mark and Caroline, for creating such a warm and inviting space—I can’t recommend this place highly enough!!!
