Cela fait 2 fois que l'on y séjourne et nous apprécions beaucoup . Très apprécié également l'accès à la cour pour garer notre véhicule. Un petit bémol quant au manque de rangement (petite commode où petite penderie) dans la chambre, au lieu de la tablette d'angle qui ne sert à rien. La penderie à côté du lave linge est beaucoup trop haute, donc difficile à accrocher ses vêtements. C'est une location super propre, très bonne literie, les hôtes sont très gentils et veillent sur notre confort. Merci de nous y accueillir.

This BnB is not in Paris, but it’s located in a perfectly convenient area right on the edge. You can easily walk to the metro Line 4, and since the Paris metro fare is only €2.50 for a two-hour ride regardless of distance, it’s honestly a great deal! Between the apartment and the metro station, there’s a huge supermarket, making it super convenient to buy food. The neighborhood is quiet, with flowers and a pleasant atmosphere. Inside the apartment, you can watch Netflix and YouTube, and the space is very spacious. It also has a dishwasher, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen—everything you need for a comfortable stay! Highly recommended! 這間BnB 雖然不在巴黎，但就在剛剛好的邊緣區域，而且步行就可以直接搭地鐵四號線，巴黎地鐵不管搭多遠2小時都是2.5歐，老實說真的很棒！ 公寓和地鐵站之間有一間超大超市，所以買食物真的很方便！ 公寓附近是很安靜的社區，也有花，很舒服。 公寓內部可以看Netflix,youtube,空間很大，洗碗機、洗衣機、廚房⋯⋯真的很舒服！推薦給大家

this flat is very open and the window facing room is quite bright. it does have folding exterior metal shutters that makes it easy to sleep and cuts out all the noise. The bed is comfy although not a separate room with a door. it opens into the hallway that connects the bathroom at the door of the flat and the kitchen next, the bed And then the living room and dining area with the windows. we were met promptly at the flat and shown around. we did not use the TV but spent a long time walking around Paris. this is not as close to the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks but that is what we wanted. it's in a much more Parisian, not touristy, section of Paris.

Great location, very centrally located. Excellent boulangerie right next door. Less than 5 min walk to Hotel Deville and Carnvalet Metro stations. 5 min walk to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, and Conciergerie. The only draw back was not having a window. But since we were there to get out and sight see it wasn't a problem.

Great stay! Conveniently located near mass transit into Paris, easy check-in, wonderful view and nearby amenities (groceries, ATMs, boulangeries, etc). Highly recommend!

Kat's place is amazing and exactly what we wanted for our week's stay in Paris. Perfectly located (we walked almost everywhere, even with the easy access to public transportation), perfectly appointed (we felt like Parisians!), and extremely comfortable. Kat was welcoming and extremely informative and friendly. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the apartment was very bright, clean, and quiet, even in such an active area of the city. We loved ascending and descending the flights of stairs to get in to the beautiful apartment and get out to the vibrant city. Kat even reached out to us after the stay to let us know about an issue with the bathroom door that we didn't even know was an issue, and which she took care of for the next guests. That's how responsive and wonderful of a host she is. Thank you, Kat, for everything! Our time in your city was made even more special by your wonderful apartment and welcoming presence.

Apartments like Sophie's are the reason why we never stay in hotels. It felt like coming home, it was so comfortable and quiet despite being in a chic busy part of town near the Eiffel Tower. We spent all of our time on the terrace staring at the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. I'm so happy I canceled a prior booking and booked this apartment when it became available. Sophie's place was centrally located to all the other arrondisements that we wanted to visit, nothing was more than 30 minutes away! We are looking to definitely book this again and I've recommended it to all of my friends! Sophie was so sweet and left a great collection of drinks, fruits , candies and food for us on arrival. And she gave my kid a welcome gift and even sent one home for my son. It was these small touches that really made our stay special!

Wij hebben met ons gezin een fijn verblijf gehad. Goed bereikbaar vanuit NL, dichtbij snelweg, veilig parkeren op eigen terrein en 5 minuten lopen van de metro. Bakker, winkels in de buurt. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Prijs-kwaliteit perfect!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hébergement ! L’endroit est exactement comme décrit, très propre, confortable et bien situé. L’hôte était extrêmement accueillante, réactive. I was in Paris for work for almost 4 months at the airport and Nawel and her wonderful family they hosted us with a lot of careness in their little house in their garden. Nawel such a wonderful person and she was always there when we need her. That is the place I would stay again when I will go back for a visit without a second thought. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und es war alles Notwendige für den Aufenthalt und noch mehr vorhanden. This was a great apartment in a perfect location in Paris with access to everything within walking distance. Apartment was very clean and had everything we possibly needed for our short trip. Kazumi was outstanding she met us upon arrival gave us the keys and walkthrough and she constantly checked on us and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. I would absolutely recommend her place and If possible on my next trip I would try to book this location again.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The location was great - easily accessible to all the central spots in Paris, while also feeling safe and very convenient. Shops and restaurants were right outside our door, with a playground and a metro station less than a three-minute walk away. The apartment itself was cozy, spotless, and what we needed, featuring a great shower and a spacious garden. Sophie and Daan, our hosts, were very helpful and made us feel welcome and well-supported throughout our stay. Our experience was wonderful, and we left feeling happy and completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

The view is unmatched truly. See it for yourself! My only issue is the lighting in the hallway didn’t turn on which made for some spooky walks up to the door but once inside everything was lovely.

Je suis davantage habitué aux hôtels qu’à Airbnb mais ce logement vient de m’offrir une parenthèse enchantée au-dessus de Paris ! J’ai offert à ma femme ce dont elle a toujours rêvée : s’endormir face à la Tour Eiffel. C’est l’expérience Airbnb Ultime ! C’est le logement parfait pour un séjour à Paris ! Suspendu dans les nuages la vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur tout Paris. Tout est encore plus beau que sur les photos !!! L’autre trésor de ce logement: Sa magnifique terrasse. Nous gardons des souvenirs unique grâce à cet endroit: le café du matin ou le verre de vin au coucher du soleil, avec Paris qui s’illumine sous vos yeux. Ici, vous aurez l’impression de flotter au-dessus de la ville, comme dans un cocon dans les nuages. À l’intérieur, l’appartement est tout aussi exceptionnel. D’une propreté irréprochable, décoré avec pureté et d’un confort absolu, il offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir comme chez vous. Chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé.

I had a wonderful 6-day stay at this Airbnb! The host was responsive and quick to answer any questions. The location is peaceful and ideal for families, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. The highlight of the property is the fantastic private balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly getaway. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment is exactly what you see in the photos. Yi is super responsive and patient and extremely helpful. There’s a LIDL supermarket across the road which has everything. Café Luckas has great coffee, bakery and desserts. Also, Emirate’s Café has great food, it’s a must try. We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe even in the late hours.
