We had a good time at this homestay. Khor was very responsive, resolving any issues that had come up (minor) & adapting to some requests too. Also suggested eateries etc as well. Location was easy access to Setia Spice, and it was most convenient! would definitely stay here again if we are back there.

Liming and Kaiwen were very communicative and responded quickly to my queries and gotten help for me when i asked very soon. The place provided was really comfortable with a private surroundings. Would definitely visit again!

Felt like a local’s home in penang. Host was friendly and responsive too. Loved that the host included a water purifier machine in the house ! Saves us the trouble of buying tons of bottled water back :)

Sparkling clean and very near Gurney Drive

We had a fantastic stay. The space comfortably accommodated our large family, and we never felt cramped. The facilities and amenities provided were more than sufficient, making it easy for us to enjoy our time together. We appreciated the attention to detail and how well-equipped everything was. Fantastic Stay at Lush Designer 3BR Condo by ALV! I had an amazing stay at Yen’s place! The condo was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean just like the photos. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like home. The location was perfect. The amenities were top-notch. Yen was a wonderful host, responsive, friendly, and accommodating, making check-in and the entire stay seamless. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely stay again! 😊🏡✨

This homestay very comfortable and safe to stay even it's in 13th floor. Very convinced location to reach Georgetown. The homestay is very clean and tidy. Owner very friendly and helpful. She provides all the perfect information / details which make our stay very easier. Highly recommended Iris Tham homestay. 5 ⭐ for this homestay.

Host is quick to act if guests have problems

Enjoy the stay at this property. Very near to Queensbay shopping mall. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Communication with the owner was great - very responsive. We did have trouble finding the car parking bays even with the video instructions. Apart from that it was an enjoyable stay!

The place was the host described and similar to the posted photos. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. We had 21 pax with us and everyone slept comfortably. The host was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for those planning for a large gathering.

House is clean, no kitchen provided. Rental is per room not the whole house. Front door cant be close only room door have the key. parking is limited is for gathering more than 5 cars , have to park outside because are occupied by others. Overall ok for short stay.

The place is clean and have the basic items. Love how there is ventilation fan in the bathrooms to keep them dry. Host is responsive when I encountered issue with the washing machine.

My friend and his big family of 16 pax had great time bonding with relaxed and cosy ambience in this air bnb. These group family members are elderly 55-80 years old, and they found safe home and well equipped bathrooms and living rooms facilities. Will return to this air bnb as it wins the hearts of many that stayed. Hopefully, will get the best rates when next bookings in owner’s properties.
