spacious for a family of 7 (including a baby), a stone's throw to the beach (just cross the busy road), clean and well maintained rooms

Place had a great view of the Penang Bridge. Host is also quick to respond via WA to any quires we had plus sending items that were needed like extra hangers and towels etc. The furnishings are a little dated but still a comfortable enough stay. There is breakfast provided that you can also request to be sent to your apt. Queensbay Mall is also a 5mins+ car ride away which is nice. Checking in and out was easy - do note there is a deposit that you need to place which you can get back after checking out.

We had a lovely time staying at Gavin's apartment at Gurneyville. The reception staff were very helpful whenever we needed anything, as was Gavin. The apartment had everything we needed and was walking distance to many great shopping malls, markets and temples

Nice place for holiday or staycation with family and little kids

Although building is a little dated, it's well- maintained and clean! Plenty of space and beds! Check-in instructions are clear and host is very responsive, even late at night. Love the ceiling to floor window facing the sea! Although we didn't get to see any glorious sunrise due to thick cloud cover, the view is amazing nonetheless. Location is just nice, nestled in a quieter part of town but not too far from Georgetown!

I have a very nice stay, great location. Place was very nice, clean and comfortable and the balconies were nice. Veronica communicated very well and responded immediately. Check in went great, Veronica and Lin introduced the place. Would stay here again.

I wish I stayed longer at this Airbnb. It was exactly as described. It is a brand new building and operation. The gym and infinity pool are on the 42nd floor with an amazing view with airplanes passing in the horizon. The host was very responsive and helpful. Since it’s a new operation, the security had some delays with check in, but it was quickly resolved. I will definitely stay at this location when I visit Penang next time.

Great place to stay for family staycation ! Recommended !

Our family of 5 (including 1 in a wheelchair) had a great stay at Lynn's place. Lynn was proactive, always responsive, and provides really clear instructions on checking in and accessing the unit. The home itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, and most of all, in a really good location with grocery, retail and a multitude of food options at the doorstep. For wheelchair users, getting from the car park to the lift lobby requires negotiating a ramp, then a single step (for which help may be needed). Apart from that there are no issues with accessibility inside the home as it is well laid out and uncluttered, with wide entrances to the rooms and a large bathroom attached to the master bedroom. We were never disturbed by any sounds from the restaurants at the marina, and everything worked well and we really enjoyed our stay.

The room is squeaky clean, neat, and tidy. It is located on the 23rd floor with a beautiful view facing to the ocean. There's a lot of small hawker centre nearby the condo and 10 mins travel to Armenian street by car. Will surely stay in here again when we come back to Penang.

Overall, it was an excellent accommodation experience. Our whole family, including our dog, had a great rest here. The front desk staff was very friendly, the property was clean, and the sea view was beautiful. The pet-friendly policy was truly amazing!

Esther's place is right near a good market...you're never stranded for food, cab, bus service, salons or groceries. The house itself has great view, has lots of privacy and good amenities. Places for sightseeing as well as airport are 15-20 mins away. Highly recommended- would like to come again.

Ted was a great host- he was responsive and very kind to allow us to check in earlier as our flight landed early. His instructions for check in /out were very clear and the place was exactly as described- clean and neat. The location was very central and a short grab ride to alot of the top attractions and food places. Thank you Ted for the wonderful stay!

We had a great stay! The place looks just like the photos—well-equipped, cozy, and comfortable. The massage chair was a fantastic touch! If you’re a light sleeper, you might notice some noise from the nearby road at night. However, the host was incredibly accommodating and offered us another bedroom, which made a big difference. They also helped us cover the kitchen window with a curtain to block out light from outside, which we truly appreciated. The building’s amenities are excellent, with a beautiful infinity pool, a well-equipped gym, and a shared sauna. Overall, a great experience with a thoughtful host!

I had a fantastic stay in Penang! The apartment was well-equipped with all the daily amenities, making my stay comfortable and convenient. I spent 10 days at the apartment, the lifts were all working ,the place was clean and fully equipped, new fridge freezer, microwave cooking stove. hot shower working, beautifully clean and ironed bed sheets.internet TV,Netflix and utube. working new washing machine. I enjoy walking and was able to walk into george town daily, but would also recommend the Grab app for cheap Taxi. I used the gym and the swimming pool on my visitfree entry 9th floor.I recomend you pick up a tourist map at the ferry Butterworth , it shows all the best places to visit.I love Exploring Historical paces and George Town is great for that , also the local food is excellent.

Enjoyed my time here for 2 weeks. You do need to drive a little to heart of George town, but that's what made it great for me.. Quiet and great views!
