Clean and nice house.

This unit is wonderful! The building is a little old and drab, but inside the unit itself is clean, fresh and tidy. The pool is perfect for families. Lots of tables and space. The unit is a short walk to some excellent restaurants and the beach. The Hard Rock Cafe is a 2 minute walk away. The bus stop (buses to Georgetown, and the airport are also just a two minute walk - great for getting in and out of the city, and shopping at Gurney Plaza). We would definitely stay here if we ever visit again.

Had an amazing stay at Lim's place! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had a warm, homey feel that made it easy to relax. Everything was thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. The WiFi was super fast and reliable—perfect for work, streaming, or just staying connected. The host was also very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, cozy stay with excellent internet. Would definitely book again!

Comfy space in a strategic area. There's a small convenience store downstairs, so can get things without having to drive out as well. The washer is a plus too!

Nice apartment, nice furniture and decoration.

We enjoyed the entire stay and there was no flaw to it. The bed was comfortable and we had a good rest during our stay, toilet was spacious and clean. TV channels were awesome, ranging from movies, sports, news, documentary etc. Mr.Leong our homestay owner was professional, our stay experience was beyond our expectation, antique house with lots of charm & on top of it all value for money, it was a memorable 5 star experience and will definitely return again!

The house is great to have big group. Many rooms and huge open space for parking. Location is near the beach and walking distance to food court.

Very nice host, super comfortable for our stay, location of the house in the centre between Penang bridge and Bertam Water Park, so we have smooth holiday trip. Spacious bedroom with aircond for my family, 9 person👍, overall very good.

Such a cool home, the airplane was amazing and the whole place was fun, clean and a great fit for our family. The location was great with tons of great food options within walking distance. The team were responsive and quickly came over when we had an issue turning on the aircon (we had mixed up the remotes, everything worked great). We would highly recommend this home and can’t wait to go back!

Ms Lee and his hasband is great host. They are so friendly and so kindness, Her House is extremely lovely, cozy, quiet, good view and big. we was staying 3person but her house has more capacity. Close to conveni and supermarket, restaurant. Its incredible comfortable. She talked to me anything of my question and how to use her house. her hasband showed to us nice restaurant location and shops too. we ware so enjoyed with her great house. In the living room, There is TV that is available Youtube, so we ware enjoying. picked up us at airport as Special offer was also great. I hope to come back, and meet them again. Super highly recommended!

I had to commute almost daily to The Zen which is right across the busy highway and Clara was really helpful by letting me know and recording a video that it only took about 7-10 minutes walk across the nearby bridge, which would other wise take about 20mins++ by grab. There are also free public transportation nearby or really cheap alternatives to go around the area which she also shared with me. If you don’t mind walking about 2km, there’s Lotus (supermarket) that’s walking distance as well as lots of local food places nearby; Thai cuisine, seafood, roti, western. The condominium itself has a gym (albeit not very well maintained) and a beautiful pool.
