Had a great stay at Rachel’s place! She was super communicative and even let us check in early without us asking - such a nice surprise. The apartment looked just like the photos, was tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood and building are a bit older, but the place itself was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend!

Was the perfect little getaway for our family of 3 for a few days! Very clean & nice place. The host was very responsive when asked a question. Will keep this place in mind for the future.

I visited Last Resort 1 for a long weekend it was close to my friends and less than 2 blocks to get all types of food had a blast and condo was clean and well decorated

easily accessible. easy to find. Mark had all the favorite attractions and restaurants posted alongside how to enter the pools. The rooms were great sizes and extremely home feeling. Beautiful kitchen, dining area, and sun room. The home was spotless and he provided supplies that we would need throughout our stay. We had 10 people in our group and all enjoyed the home and would stay again in the future.

We loved our weekend getaway! The ocean front view is amazing and the apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There is so much to do on site that I personally could've spent my entire time there without feeling the need to go anywhere else. Just as a heads up to future guests, bring your own equipment if you want to play pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, etc. But overall, it's a wonderful place to take a vacation from your problems!

We were highly impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. Ms Ashley & Ms Joan went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to so many stores, restaurants & attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will be booking again this year! I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! The host, DeAnn was second to none, and one of the best hosts we have ever had. We were scheduled to arrive during Hurricane Debby, and DeAnn was incredibly helpful and accommodating - she was even providing me with daily local forecasts from trusted sources, so we had the most accurate information. We ended up adjusting our arrival with no problem and proceeded to have a wonderful time. There is a full stocked kitchen (with everything from the normal items one would expect, to an air fryer and spices 😁), and a spacious living layout. We were steps from the beach, pools (including one with a lazy river) and much to our delight, even tennis courts! We used them all! There were also playgrounds for younger kids, and a basketball court. We did see an indoor/outdoor pool too, but didn't use that. Entry was simple, both to the resort and apartment - having a code was so much easier than carrying a key. We will definitely return!

The house was super cute, clean and walkable to the nearby Marshwalk. Comfortable furniture and beds. Definitely recommend.
