Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

It was a real home not the usual stuff you see on the apps. 2 fireplaces , huge outdoors and clean as could be. It was a perfect space inside and outside especially for the holidays. Definitely worth it.

This house is fantastic. Comfortable beds, extremely clean, stocked kitchen utensils, and great instructions for everything in the house. This is a very nice neighborhood and we felt extremely safe. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house exceeded our expectations.

Overall a positive experience. The interior has been nicely remodeled and was very comfortable for a family of five. The kitchen was well supplied and the hosts were very responsive to our questions.

It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and close to 3 distilleries. The kitchen is well stocked with pots pans bakewear etc, and clean. bedrooms and baths are clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were clean and ready for us with plenty of space outside to sit and relax. over all it was a great location and very well taken care of.

This was such a great place! Easy check in and out. So many rooms/beds to choose from and quiet despite being on a main road into the community. The Walgreens and gas station almost right across the street was so convenient. Traveling with kids always means you’ll have to stop for something you forgot, and the proximity to Target was amazing! We were in town to visit friends that were about to move out of the area, and recommended Amy’s place if they ever needed to come back into town.

Super nice little place. Very clean and well kept. Allie was very responsive when we had questions. Quiet neighborhood but still very close to food and such. Would highly recommend!

Great location and good amenities solid value with off street parking and a nice patio. Space was great and we weren’t lacking anything. Kids were in spring break, but hey we were kids once too! Enjoyed the walkability and they were great hosts! Super responsive and flexible. Would book again!

We only had a brief stop, but the home was lovely and it was so nice to have a cozy place with our dog instead of a hotel room. Location was great – walking distance to restaurants etc. but still far enough off the main action to be quiet and relaxed. Street parking not an issue at all, we parked right in front of the house. Interior was very clean, modern and updated, and cozy. A/C and heat all worked great. Frankfort is a cute little town and worth exploring. Thanks for a fun, brief visit!

We had a lovely stay at Alison’s cottage in Berea. We enjoyed the walkability and the options for food and artisan shops in the area. The house was very, very cute and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes for drinks and cooking. We ate out most of the time but enjoyed coffee in the morning. Small detail but there were ice cubes ready for us when we prepared our drinks in the evening. We had forgotten to buy ice and were happy that small detail was ready. My favorite part of the house is the little office/sunroom area. I had my coffee there in the morning and watched the rain. Great location and great communication. Will stay in the future when we come to Berea.

lovely house clean, with lots of personality. loved all the plants and the garden/yard is just lovely. you can tell it's a much loved place. 10/10 would stay here again.

I was looking for last minute accommodations for my sons surgery the following morning & half of the day was already gone. Kenyata responded to my inquiry rapidly and our plans were set. We didn't get a lot of time as the surgery was scheduled early, but we thoroughly enjoyed it and it felt like home. We enjoyed some friendly competition on the foosball table as well as the pool table , which relieved the stress and worry of the surgery. The home has plenty of space to spread out or rooms to gather as a family. I now have a go to when staying in Lexington. I will definitely be back! Thanks Kenyata for the excellent service.

We had a lovely time staying in this very nice home. It was spotless and very well stocked. The beds were comfy (which is very important!), and there were many spots to rest and relax. You can’t beat the closeness to campus, and there are great restaurants a short walk away. I highly recommend this AirBnB.

Perfect house for a weekend trip with friends. Lots of space and a short drive to downtown.

We love this little house! It was perfect for what we needed! Angie is a wonderful host! She is responsive and helpful with local tips. The house was easy to find and access! It was clean and smelled fresh. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with a gas fire table! The Pac-Man game was fun and the snacks were a nice touch! We will definitely book the next time we come to town!

Chad was very responsive and accommodating. The house was exactly how it was presented on Airbnb and it was very clean when we arrived. Since I had an extended stay Chad was very understanding and responsive when we had questions restaurant recommendations. The dogs loved the yard! I would definitely stay here again!

Brain’s place exceeds expectations! I feel like the pictures don’t even do it justice. It was such a great spot for our group of 10 friends! Tons of bedrooms, bathrooms, comfortable communal areas to hang out in, and all the amenities we could need. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Natalie's place was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, and exactly as pictured (if not better!). We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like cozy blankets, games and books and recliners. The location was perfect, and Natalie was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We slept soundly in the comfortable bed, and the amenities such as kitchen and patio was a fantastic bonus. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone for a homely stay.
