Great place to stay at with a large group. Great location, lots of restaurants and bars nearby but still quiet at night. Loved our stay in ATX.

Great place to relax with the huge glass doors and windows that look out onto a tree’d yard, wonderful accent lighting, comfortable beds, game room and zip line that my grandson loves. If you want a tranquil place to stay with modern amenities this is it

Paul was and his Wife were awesome! We had been in contact with them since May in order to have our wedding at his property. Paul was very thoughtful and giving throughout the entire process. I would recommend others to have their wedding here, the scenery is gorgeous and the host is amazing!

Tom's place is even prettier than the pictures reflect. The description is spot-on, and this charming and peaceful house has a terrific view of Lake Travis -- even while sitting inside on of the two very comfy sofas. It's a perfect place for a weekend getaway and is not far at all from shopping; it's only about 25 min from downtown Austin. It feels like you're far away in the country, though. Tom is a great host and is helpful if needed but otherwise very laid-back. We'll hopefully be back!

The grandkids loved it. Youngest one loved the ping pong. Mid Grandkid loved the fitness center, basketball and pickleball courts. And the oldest loved the pool. Convenient location, local grocery store and eateries. Close to Austin and local sites.

Beautiful stay a short drive away from multiple locations around Austin

This house was the perfect place for my family to enjoy a few days away from home. The backyard made us feel like we were in a resort far away, even though we were close to home in Georgetown. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, and Rhonda was an excellent and communicative host. The only problem for me, which I think might be a consideration for some others, is that there are steps in many locations on the first floor. Because I recently had eye surgery, I had to be extra-careful to make sure I didn't miss a step. We also didn't notice in the pictures that the second bedroom downstairs has French doors, so privacy was an issue there. It was still a great experience in a beautiful house.

The place was beautifully designed and would highly recommend — especially if you have a baby or child. It’s fully stocked with all the things you would need. Only thing to note is that while it’s not in the city center the street does get a decent amount of traffic so just be aware of that. Overall though, I’d definitely stay there again.

My brother, a good friend, and I decided to come check out Austin for the first time and chose this place due to the location near downtown, and the listing had a great rate with a nice space that made you feel right at home. We really enjoyed how stocked this was with plenty of linens, paper goods, toiletries, cleaning supplies, the works! You will be pleased with booking this location. There’s some great little spots just a brief walking distance from the house or a short ride. The garage/game room and jacuzzi on site was a really great bonus that we enjoyed in between activities around town. This house will easily keep you entertained if needed. We would totally recommend this home to anyone planning to visit Austin in a good location and a fantastic welcoming home. Our group truly enjoyed our stay here!

The view is absolutely breathtaking, would highly recommend for a weekend getaway! Love the minimalistic style of home!

We enjoyed our staycation here. It’s only a 40 min from our house in Austin but it was a great getaway. We were very comfortable. The design of the villas is really nice (friends came over for a swim and they complimented the space) and we enjoyed the views of Hill Country and the pool from the balconies. The stars were more visible than what we’re used to. We brought our 4 mo old puppy and was easily able to entertain him. There’s lots of open grass and a dog potty area. We really wanted a place where we could teach our dog to swim. But no pets are allowed in the pool. Also the listing says a 9 min walk to the lake, but when asked, the property owners said it’s not walkable and that it is a feature Airbnb automatically puts on the listing. So just be aware if that’s of interest. I was told by someone that you can drive to a beach and swim with your dog close by. The Internet isn’t great. TV shows buffered. But we were able to check email, do a video call n watch streaming movies.

If you are looking for a space to gather 10+ people and have a retreat, this is your spot. We hosted a bachelorette with 16 girls, with the hope of having a space where we could all relax, have quality time, and also have access to a night out in Austin. Everyone had a bed was comfortable. We LOVED the lakefront access and that we could open up the huge screen doors. While there we hosted a dinner with a private chef (could fit everyone at the table) and brought in a private workout class. Kim is THE BEST. She texted me often to make sure that we had everything we need and called me two days before to confirm how many beds we'd need and if she could stock the house ahead of time (too kind!). Kim and her space let me throw the bachelorette that my best friend envisioned seamlessly and for that I will always be grateful. Maybe I'll even come back for my own!

Beautiful place… as described!

Kathy was an amazing host!!! the house was in incredible condition when we got ther and she was super communicative the whole time! We drove down from OKC and had some car troubles when we arrived and needed to stay extra days, she was very understanding and willing to help us while we figured out our plan to get back home!

Coming back to rest after a long workday every day felt like a luxurious, restful and energizing experience - beautiful location, amazing hosts and views of the hills plus the amenities of the pool and hot tub. Fantastic little weekend getaway. Thank you!

I am truly convinced that God himself handpicked this place for me. It was literally perfect. I cannot rave enough about this beautiful place. I went on a solo trip to literally do nothing but read and relax and this place felt like home away from home but better! I am so grateful that I stayed here. This villa made it easy to rest + replenish! Immaculate design, responsive hosts, serene environment, what more could you ask for?!

This was our 2nd time staying at Sandi’s place and just like the 1st time we had a good time. There’s so much to do on the property (for all ages). The host are super nice and friendly and you discover something new every time you visit.
