Great location! Small cozy guest house. Parking spot was tight for our large 2500 but we made it work. Recommendations were great.

We loved the place! Beautiful inside and outside! Looking forward to staying again soon. Super hosts and our dog was very welcome.

This was my third time staying at this home, and I love it. It's in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. I've been there in the spring and the birds and flowers are lovely. (I appreciated the fresh flowers from the yard in vases in the unit!) Everything in the unit was nice and comfortable. Even though it's in such a quiet location, it's 5 minutes from everything including campus and downtown. I worked during the day, and there was a comfortable table with super fast internet. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Joy's home. The grounds were so relaxing with the rolling hills and beautiful horses. Joy was a pleasure. She reached out occasionally to see if all was well, but she respected our privacy. The guest house was wonderful. The additional bedroom space upstairs gave us the perfect space to do some office work or have some quiet time reading & relaxing. Great escape.

This was such a cute place! My dog and I came for a spontaneous beach trip, and this house was so perfect for us! Hosts are amazing and respond quickly!❤️

This Airbnb was the perfect fit for me and my son! The house matched the listing exactly—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave me peace of mind, and it was a quick drive to everything we wanted to do. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful Airbnb. It was a quick drive to groceries, restaurants and amenities but you were out in the country in a very peaceful setting. David and Janet were lovely, welcoming people who obviously take great pride in their property. The bed was super comfy, the shower was wonderful and we loved all the lighting options. We would highly recommend staying with them.

Sean and Jori were friendly and responsive hosts, and their location is in a charming and bustling neighborhood with lots of character. Check in and check out were a breeze, the unit had everything I needed and my stay was quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

I’ve rented other airbnbs with multiple rentals on one property & have never had the privacy this rental offered. Even the way the windows and yard space were lined up along with the separate driveways kept the spaces separate. Adam messaged that the cleaners were out and we could arrive early, which was amazing. Found everything as it was advertised and we were very comfortable! Close to a main road with easy accessibility but felt remote in the yard. We walked to a nature trail and could easily have walked to several restaurants. Recommendations in the unit but also Adam recommended a few other places via message on where to bring the dogs. I would definitely return! It had everything we needed.

I simply can't say enough about Smiley. She is an amazing host. She is extremely responsive and easy to work with. Her home is amazing. so much so that we extended an extra week. Her home is centrally located, close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The home is well provisioned, roomy and spotless. I will definitely be staying with her again and recommend that you book her property if you're needing something in the area

Had a wonderful stay in the guest house! peaceful and quaint in the midst of suburban atlanta and not far from downtown attractions. Very luxurious pool area with easy to use instructions and access to amentities. Loved the 24/7 hot tub specifically. Guest house was very private, spacious, organized, and elegantly decorated. Nice updated bathroom, full kitchen and great selection of tea/coffee and board games! Very comfortable space-would stay again!

Our stay with Megan was short but we loved it! I’ve stayed in a couple of other “tiny homes” but I feel like this one makes the best use of its space by far. It manages to be small without feeling cramped at all. Everything was very clean and comfortable, location was great for us, and Megan’s instructions and communication were excellent.

My mother-in-law had a great weekend getaway! Sean’s place was perfect for us - we had everything we needed! My MIL slept on the bed inside and I slept on the bed on the screened-in porch. The screened-in porch and swinging bed were my favorite parts! Sean was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. It is really close to downtown Ball Ground - you can definitely walk, though we drove because my MIL is recovering from foot surgery. We visited restaurants downtown, Gibbs Gardens (20 minutes away) and even a restaurant in Jasper. Definitely check it out!

I want to thank Melani and Daniel — I felt completely at home. They were very friendly and helpful hosts. The location is great and quiet, within walking distance to stores, restaurants, a gym, and more. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place!

My wife stayed here while in town visiting family and loved the place. The lake is a very peaceful setting. Definitely will stay here again.

Perfect little place for two people on a weekend getaway! Easy walk to the beach, grocery store, and many great local restaurants and gift shops. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The cabin is located in the fenced back yard of a larger home where other people were staying but it still felt private, as the rear door faces the marsh. I had no problem with the hot water running out quickly as I read in other reviews. I’d definitely stay here again!

Second time staying and expectations exceeded once again! This is one of my favorite places to stay!

We had such a lovely stay at Teresa and Michael’s home. The home is out in the country and it felt like it with the sounds of the roosters and the sweet greeting from their dog upon our arrival. :) the home was in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated that the couch had a couch cover as I am a bit of a germaphob and it made me feel better knowing those probably get cleaned occasionally vs a couch never having the ability to truly be cleaned. Teresa was always very easy to contact and send us kind communication throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Claire’s place was lovely! It was walkable to downtown Roswell and perfect for a weekend away with our pups.

We had a really good stay at Heather's place. The guest house was very nicely appointed and just the right size for us. It was also close to places we wanted to visit. Our dog enjoyed the large back yard as well playing with the huskies.

We loved our stay in Virgina Highlands. The beds were super comfortable and everything felt high end. My kids especially loved the loft. The location and walkability were the biggest plus for us..so much good food and easy to get anywhere. Thank you!
