Renta de casas vacacionales en la playa en Georgia

Ich habe drei Nächte bei Mariam verbracht. Ihr Mann und sie haben mich herzlich willkommen geheißen, mir Tickets und Unternehmungen geholfen und waren immer erreichbar. Der Garten ist wunderschön und es gibt die Möglichkeit draußen zu kochen. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen! Der Strand ist keine 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt!

Beautiful house with plenty of character in a quiet location. I loved the different rooms with well stocked kitchen (bonus points for having a teapot!), spacious bathroom and big, comfortable bed in the bedroom. There was a bit of confusion upon getting in through the gate, but other than that I enjoyed my stay!

We've really enjoyed our stay at Vitalij's place. The location is perfect - close to the beach, to the lake, to the shop and not many tourists around. The communication was perfect and Vitalij managed quickly to deal with every struggle made by the covid-19. Btw. Vitalij's grandmother is wonderful. Thanks for everything:)

Мы провели две чудесных недели ноября в гостеприимном доме Мераба. Чакви - отличное место для тех, кому хочется побыть в тишине и красоте сельской Аджарии. Дом расположен в шаговой доступности от остановки автобусов и маршруток (они ходят очень часто), от центра Чакви с магазинами и от моря (минут 7 пешком). Мераб встретил нас в аэропорту под проливным дождем. Все подробно рассказал, всегда был на связи, но не был навязчив. Нас угощали мандаринами. яблоками и лимонами из сада. А главным другом детей (и нашим) была собака Альма:) В доме было все так, как можно увидеть на фотографиях. Когда мы приехали, было прибрано и чисто. В кухне есть все необходимое, включая средство для мытья и губки. Гостиная хорошо отапливается газом, в других комнатах прохладнее, но есть электронагреватель, который мы перемещали в зависимости от наших нужд:) Холоднее всего было в ванной, там необходимы тапочки, пол во всем доме кафельный. Думаю, летом этот дом просто идеален, но и осенью в нем очень уютно:)

We had a very pleasant time at Nona's in Chakvi. Nona is a real super hostess, attentive and resolute. The house is clean and comfortable. It has a large terrace with a beautiful sea view. The beach is very close with only few people and very quiet surroundin. The house is comfortable for several familys together. We thank Nona for the warm welcome

Горячо рекомендую данный дом всем путешественникам, приехавшим в Батуми! Прекрасное местоположение, до моря 1 минута пешком через собственную лестницу - просто красота! Обязательно вернемся

We really liked the house. It’s perfect for 8 people, with each person having their own quite private bedroom. There is a kitchen, two balconies, and a living room. Everything you need is there. It’s a very interesting experience living right next to the sea. There’s the constant sound of the waves. You can step out of the yard and find yourself right on the beach. There is a café nearby, and the beach is almost empty. It’s a very pleasant and secluded getaway. The only thing that’s not quite accurate is the description—it’s not a full house but half of a house. A family lives in the other half. We met them on the terrace, but it wasn’t much of a bother. If you are looking for complete privacy, keep this in mind. In any case, I would come back here again.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Absolutely amazing place. Very private, far from noisy roads. A lot of space, and you can see beach and sea from the window. There are many green trees around. And beautiful pool. Mikheil is great host. He helps me with each step. We talked much about different topics with pleasure. And yes, coffee was fantastic 😀 I strongly recommend to stay in this beautiful place. And yes I hope to come here again many times

From the first minute after arriving we felt like at home. During our stay me and my wife got sick unfortunately and Eto‘s family took care of us right away with delicious Georgian food and raspberry jam. We felt like being taken care of by our own parents and it is unbelievable. We are really thankful for the hospitality we experienced in this house. This was our best stay in Georgia for sure. The location is great and you will find everything you need within five minute walk. If you get a chance to stay here, please do so and you will never regret! If I get a chance to come back to Batumi, this will be my favorite.Спасибо вам огромное за все и привет из Германии☺️

Puikus privatus namas su uždara teritorija ir erdvia svetaine bei virtuve, keturi atskiri kambariai su kondicionieriais, buvo visi reikalingi indai ir įrankiai, kieme naujai įrengtas baseinas buvo didžiausias vaikų džiaugsmas, kiekvieną vakarą leidome įstiklintoje pavėsinėje kurioje įrengtas kondicionierius, TV ir nedidelė virtuvė, labai draugiški ir paslaugūs šeimininkais kurie pasitiko mus su vynu ir vaisiais. Atstumas iki centro didesnis nei tikėjomės bet šalia yra nedidelė parduotuvė taksi kuri labai greit atvažiuodavo, o svarbiausiai kad jūra buvo visai šalia . Šalia esantis oro uostas pradžioje truputi gąsdino, bet lėktuvų tikrai nėra tiek daug (2-3 per dieną) kad erzintu ir naktį jie neskraido arba mes jų negirdėjome. Mūsų dviejų šeimų kompanijai su vaikais šis namas buvo puikus ir labai patiko.

Отличное и место и очень гостеприимный хозяин. Отдельный домик, все есть для приготовления пищи. Самое главное - идеально чисто, я видела как убирали соседний домик после отъезда гостей- это полноценная генеральная уборка с отодвигаем всей мебели, для меня чистота- это показатель заботы о проживающих. Море совсем рядом и пляж почти безлюдный, можно арендовать лежак за 5 лари.

Все прошло отлично, очень добрые хозяева Встретили нас из аэропорта и помогли добраться до дома. Дома уютно, чисто, вокруг много зелени, приятный сад. Пешком можно дойти до набережной и всего нужного, рядом аэропорт. Спасибо Сюзанне и ее семье за уют и гостеприимство ❤️ Всего вам доброго

Чудесное пребывание в Шекветили! С самого начала арендодатели были чрезвычайно гостеприимными и отзывчивыми. Они были готовы ответить на все наши вопросы. Дом был чистым, уютным и просторным, с прекрасным видом на лес. Местоположение дома было идеальным - всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Это тихое и спокойное место, идеально подходит для отдыха.

It was not entirely what I expected but it was a very very pleasant experience. Lado was so nice and we had a lovely chat with him in the evening. If I am close to Batumi I will go back.

Мы себя чувствовали как дома, но странно ведь мы были в Кобулети! Дом был оснащен всем плоть до мелочей. На кухне даже была воронка, что очень необходимо в Грузии так как приходится переливать вино из большой тары. Хозяева позаботились о мельчайшем нашем удобстве. Близость пляжа и супермаркетов делало наш отдых простым. Не забывайте купить "коралки" обувь которая удобна и на пляже и при плавание. Они дешёвые и их купить можно прямо у пляжа.

Отдохнули 5 дней, понравилось абсолютно всё. Жильё соответствовало нашим ожиданиям, очень приятные хозяева. Тишина, мандариновый сад... Не хотелось уезжать. ვიმედოვნებ, რომ კიდევ გნახავ!

The house is very clean and beautiful in an excellent location close to restaurants, shopping and a beautiful amusement park. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Large bedrooms, large kitchen and dining room with fireplace. It is worth special mentioning 2 extra large bathrooms, one of them with a jacuzzi. Our large family stayed very comfortably in this house. The host was always in touch and was very polite, answered quickly and helped with all questions. I highly recommend to choose this beautiful house for holiday or vacation in Georgia!
