We had a wonderful stay at Quentin’s place in Gudauri. The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking—far beyond our expectations! It felt like waking up in a dream every morning with snow-covered mountains right outside the window. What made the experience even more special was Quentin’s hospitality. I had forgotten my international charger, and he went above and beyond—not only did he help me charge my power bank, but he also personally went shop to shop trying to find a charger for me. That kind of effort truly touched me. The apartment itself was cozy and modern, with a lovely projector setup in the living room. We watched movies with the kids and they absolutely loved it. Hot water was always available, and the entire stay was comfortable and seamless. Quentin was always quick to respond and very attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Gudauri—an amazing host and an unforgettable view!

Чистые и удобные апарты, красивый вид на море. Хорошо, что номер находится в крайнем корпусе, не была слышна музыка, которую довольно громко любят включать диджеи у бассейнов. Хозяева очень отзывчивые, максимально быстро реагировали на вопросы. Спасибо большое еще раз!

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

Во первых Таша поразительно приятный человек очень любезная и отзывчивая, предоставила нам абсолютно все что нужно было для детей вплоть до детской кроватки, и ванночки, квартира очень просторная чистая, воздух хороший, и всегда есть парковочное место возле дома. Нам все понравилось, мы однозначно рекомендуем и с удовольствием вернёмся в будущем!

The apartment is cozy. It is clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the hydrogen sulfide hot water in the shower. Very grateful for your early hospitality!

My stay with my family was absolutely outstanding. In my opinion, Sololaki is the best neighborhood in Tbilisi for tourists, and Vlada’s place is the perfect choice to enjoy the full experience. The apartment is incredibly spacious, cozy, and full of historic charm—it truly feels like staying in a museum. A real “wow” moment! The hosts were exceptional—professional, responsive, and clear in their communication. Thank you for all your help and support!

Прекрасный большой дом с гостеприимными хозяевами! Чистые, ухоженные комнаты. Наша большая компания из 14 чел (4 семьи) легко там разместилась. Расположение, поначалу казавшееся не очень удобным по факту оказалось с "изюминкой" - ошеломительный вид на город с балкона, интересная дорога, ведущая к центру без пробок. С неё открывались захватывающие виды. Но главное достоинство - это хозяева! Встретили нас тепло и по грузински гостеприимно - угостили домашним хачапури.

A gorgeous drive in breathtaking scenery, then a bowl of hot soup and fresh bread waiting for us in a beautiful, clean and perfectly updated home with incredible charm and love. Tamta was the most amazing host with perfect communication and an eye for design and hospitality. Tamta and Emma made all of our meals, lit fires for us and welcomed us with local specialities like cucumber and tomato salad with walnuts, homemade cheese, tkemali, and mchadi. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and warm and there was plenty of light and hot water. There are several breathtaking walks from the house-we love animals and enjoyed seeing the pigs, boars, cows, and friendly local dogs. I wish we had reserved a week. There was so much to do for families that love the outdoors, history, and reading by the fire. We went home with our bags full of quinces, local honey and incredible memories of Georgia! Thank you, Tamta for giving us such a gift!

Mari is amazing host. The apartment is super perfect! you have all you need here. You have hot tub as well for relaxing, metro just 2 minutes. Прекрасная квартира рядом с главой улицей. Магазины и кафе совсем рядом. В квартире 2 спальни. Спать комфортно, тихо, не слышно соседей!!! Сверху никто не ходит. Удобный матрас, отличные подушки, хорошее постельное белье. Мы жили до этого в другой квартире и там была очень плохая звукоизоляция. Постоянно слышали разговоры соседей за стеной. Здесь сон отличный! В этой квартире большое количество посуды, удобно готовить. Отзывчивый и вежливый хозяин, всегда на связи. Очень чисто! Если эта квартира будет свободна в нашу следующую поездку, то мы будем жить только здесь:) Большое спасибо!

Place is just great. Freshly renovated apartment with everything you could need. Even though there is no sea view - 13 th floor views are still amazing. The host is very helpful and friendly - always responds within 15 minutes:) great place!

This is an easy review. This rental is like staying in a nice hotel room, but with a kitchen. It's new (or new-looking), comfortable, and convenient. Very good price value. And the owner is professional and helpful. In short, I had a good time here.
