אירוח מושלם של גורג, הוא דאג לכל הפרטים הקטנים, הדירות מהממות ונקיות עם בריכה מחוממת ,בור אש, פינת אוכל בחצר ועוד...ועוד....נהננו מכל רגע.בכיף הייתי חוזרת לדירות האלה שוב. היה כיף ומרגיע לראות את הפרות והסוסים בנוף מהבית. נסיעה של 2 דקות יש הרבה סופרים שפתוחים 24/7.יש מאפיית puri גם ליד הסופרים. בקיצור היה מושלם ואני מחכה כבר לפעם הבאה😊 תודה גורג

Eğer bir Hostede konaklayacaksanız Gudauri için en iyi konum ve seçenek olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Biz hosteli tamamen kapattığımız için ev gibi kullandık. 20 kişilik hostelde 6 kişi idik bu nedenle oturma alanı ve teras bize fazlasıyla yetti. Özellikle teras çok keyifliydi. Banyo vs tertemizdi her gün temizlik yapıldı. İsteyenler için snowboard kiralama ve bakım hizmeti de sunuyorlar. Seneye tekrar geleceğiz.

We stayed in Qeta’s home for a month and had a wonderful experience. Not only is the home beautiful, modern and spacious, but Qeta was responsive to our question and extremely flexible with our schedule. I would stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

This was our first time in Georgia, and let me tell you, without this house and our host David, I dont think we would have had as much fun and a feeling of belonging as we did. Very fancy house, nice garden behind the house, very beautiful nature area to walk outside the house, with berry trees and plums parallel to where you walk. Also as someone who isnt the biggest fan of dogs, the dogs in the area were the cutest, and would even walk around you when going out for a walk to protect you. David welcomed us and laid out his rules, which were very fair all regarding hygiene and taking care of the house. The house was equipped with everything we need, and was very modern and european looking. He even did BBQ for us which and we got to know each other, and all about his culture. He even offered to tell us all about the nice places we can visit with him in Georgia. Big thanks to David, and because of him, we’d surely come back. Looking forward to seeing you again! I can’t begin to tell you how much I recommend this house

Очень сильно рекомендую проживание в этом доме. Дом расположен в одном из лучших районов Тбилиси. Здесь тихо, комфортно и безопасно. Рядом находится парк, где комфортно гулять. Осенью парк становится невероятно красивым, потому что листва деревьев приобретает очень яркие цвета. А так как в доме есть великолепная веранда на 3 этаже, с которой открывается невероятно красивый вид как на сам парк, так и на холм, то дом превращается очень красивую локацию с красивыми видами. Рядом с парком прекрасный ресторан "Бернард" с великолепной грузинской кухней. В самом доме много спален, многие из которых с собственными ванными комнатами. Это очень удобно. Кроме того, есть две кухни, где можно с комфортом пообедать или просто посидеть перед камином. Арчи очень гостеприимный хозяин. Он постоянно волновался, все ли у нас в порядке и помогал решать наши маленькие просьбы. Мы остались с ним хорошими друзьями и в следующий раз обязательно постараемся приехать именно к нему.

We came 9 friens for a vacation and we had a great time thenks to this amazing place. the host was super nice and responsive, she was available at every hour and always make sure that we have everything we need. The hotel facilities was great and comfortable. Thank you very much. very recommended!

PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

one of the best houses we have ever been to. 20 meters from grocery store, 5 min walk to center. 5 min drive to ski slopes. it has parking. i repeat PARKING, which is worth the gold in bakuriani. 4 individual bedrooms with its own bathrooms. fireplace, great lounge area. well equiped kitchen. if you are big group of friends you will never be able to find anything that can beat this house. host is very helpful and responsive, with great attitude and with charming vibe. all in all it was worty evert single penny we did pay

The place is located centrally on the hill, there is a nice backyard and living room with a lot of space. Thanks a lot for the flexible check in and welcome. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

A stunning place with an amazing view within walking distance from the sea, with quiet neighbors, a delicious restaurant nearby, comfortable living conditions! Tamaz, a very nice owner, respects the personal boundaries of the tenants, shares grapes. It was very nice and caring!

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

We had a great time at this house. It has many isolated apartments, each with a shower and toilet, kitchen, bedrooms. The house has a huge dining room for feasts. The cold water swimming pool was great for the warm weather. There is a large barbecue in the yard and the garden has space for a fire which we used almost every day. In case of any problems Tamara was quick to respond and tried to help us. There are stores within a 5 minute drive. This house is a good place for large groups and families

Fantastic place to stay. The villa is huge, beautiful, clean, grand and kept in a great condition. We were a group of 8 and could possibly fit 8 more people. The pool is a highlight and such a relief after a long day out. Very conveniently located to Tbilisi. FYI, follow host’s directions to get to the house. Maia and Vano, that live on premises are the most warm and hospitable people. If we needed anything, they would go above an beyond. There may be water issues during your stay, but if you communicate these, the issue will be resolved in no time. Good kitchen and spectacular dining room. Backyard and its residents (doggies, turkeys (?)) are picturesque. Oh and the wine!!

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

Amazing and very beautiful villa with heated indoor pool and Penthouse with great view. Tengiz is a wonderful host and very helpful. never failed to reply to our queries on time. thanks to Tengiz we had a very pleasant stay.

Прекрасный дом с частной территорией! Очень чистый дом, большие светлые комнаты. Прилегающая территория благоустроена, есть все необходимое для отдыха. С беседки открывается прекрасный вид! Хозяева очень дружелюбны и гостеприимны - все рассказали и показали. Комфортная сауна и бассейн. Отдельной изюминкой данного места является грот - очень необычно! Мы провели прекрасный праздник в этом замечательном месте. Однозначно всем советую!

Great accommodation! Gaga was very friendly and responsive to every question and request we had, from the booking process to even after checkout. He met us at the airport and allowed us to keep our luggage after checkout until the evening. We were 8 people (3 couples and 2 friends), and the villa fit us perfectly. The only downside is that the villa is a bit far from the main activities in the city, and there isn’t much to do in the neighborhood. However, considering the low taxi prices, this wasn’t a problem at all—it cost only around 7-8 Lari to get to the Liberty Square area. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a group of friends or a big family!

Домик очень приятный, есть камин, посудомойка, стиральная машина. Отдыхали друзьями 13 человек, жарили шашлык, ходили в сауну, купались в бассейне. Все было хорошо. К сожалению нам не повезло с погодой, и в доме было холодно спать ночью. Мы выбрали подогреть бассейн (за дополнительную плату 300 лари) вместо того чтобы подогреть дом. Не знали, что подогревание бассейна будет за дополнительные деньги, и что на выбор будет либо теплый дом, либо теплый бассейн.
