We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

Great stay overall. The rooftop view is fantastic in the evenings and the place is homely. Bolt worked perfectly fine for ordering groceries online and the temperature in the room was perfectly maintained. Tamar was a fantastic host and was prompt in answering any questions we had. I'd definitely be visiting Georgia again and this place would be my definite recommendation for a truly authentic stay.

Anri has a beautiful garden to dine outside in the evening. Too bad we didn't have more time to spend in Kutaisi.

Приятная квартира, хорошее местоположение: рядом парк, тренажерный зал и разные ресты, стабильный интернет Окна выходят во двор, поэтому в квартире было очень тихо и спокойно

- в квартире было все необходимое - хозяин квартиры быстро отвечал и реагировал на просьбы - кровать удобная - уютный интерьер - балконная дверь не закрывалась до конца, но ее быстро починили - вид на стройку, но тут хозяева не виноваты, скорее всего, покупали до строительства Орби. Без этого был бы хороший вид на горы и море

집이 넓고 깨끗하고 예쁩니다. 사진과 똑같아요. 세탁기 냉장고 등 가전제품이 잘 갖추어져 있어서 머무르기 편리했어요. 다른지역으로 이동하기 전에 디두베 버스정류장과 가까운 곳을 찾았는데 만족합니다. 호스트도 빠르게 응답하고 도움을 주었어요!

Eve verilen talimatlarla girebilmemiz çok iyiydi. Uçağımız geç saatte olduğu gece geç saatte gelmemize rağmen çok rahat bir şekilde eve giriş yapabildik, bu çok güzeldi. Ev sahibi Guga ve yardımcı ev sahibi Roman, her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Çok teşekkür ederiz 🫶

Staying at Tamara’s penthouse was an absolute highlight of our trip to Tbilisi. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The location was perfect—close to the city center yet peaceful enough to enjoy some quiet moments. The check-in process was smooth, and Tamara was an excellent host, always available to answer questions and provide local recommendations. The amenities were top-notch, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedding. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Tbilisi and looking for a luxurious, well-located apartment with an incredible view!

I would like to thank Nino for the great time in Batumi! The place was perfect for having a workation as there was a table for work and also the seaside very close to the place. Also two perfectly working air conditioners were very important to me. It was also very quiet there.

Проживали неделю. Все соответствует описанию. Остались довольны. Эгле постоянно была на связи. Плюсы: рядом море, расположение, вид на море, чистая квартира. Небольшой минус: долго ждать лифты, спускались в основном пешком. Но это единственный минус. Спасибо Эгле.

Если в Лос-Анжелесе есть Голливудские холмы, то это то самое место в Батуми. Дом прекрасен! Недалеко от центра Батуми, в тихом районе, на горе, с собственным двором и ласковыми кошками, живущими исключительно на улице) В доме есть все, что нужно, очень чисто и в комнатах и в ваннах, хорошая сантехника, стабильная вода, на кухне есть все до мелочей! Гостиная потрясающая, с пятизвездочным видом из панорамных окон и очень красивым интерьером! Из спален открывается потрясающий вид на море и город. В ясную погоду и на горы! Мы приехали в Батуми в день, когда погода напоминала апокалипсис, но хозяева сделали все возможное, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным. Спасибо, Кристиан и Магда за теплый прием, у вас прекрасный дом, в который хочется вернуться!
