Beka is one of the best hosts we have ever met. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned, and Beka was very understanding and accommodating. The apartment is excellent, with a modern and stylish renovation. It is bright, warm, and has great water pressure. There is a dishwasher, and all appliances work perfectly. Plenty of bed linens and towels are provided. The soundproofing is perfect – we couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. There is also a large balcony. We stayed in several apartments in Tbilisi, and this one is probably the best! :)

So good that we came back and stayed for another month 👍 the local gym in the complex is very good also and shops are always open. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was me, my wife and 2 kids. The place felt like home the moment we got in. Location and entry instructions were clear for self check in. The compound is on main street " and walkable to restaurants and grocery around. Apartment was exactly like described, clean and comfy. Host was very responsive, he offered instant help when needed. Send city guides and tips. I do recommend this place , excellent value for money paid. For sure this place will be 1st on list if I am visiting Tbilisi again l

Квартира хорошая,большая! В день заселения не работал лифт,но к счастью его починили т.к. квартира на 7этаже. Близко к жд . Рядом с домом достаточно магазинов с продуктами,так же есть кафе и аптека. Квартира расположена от центра города 25-30(не быстрым шагом) ,тихий район. Очень теплая! Из посуды есть все необходимое для приготовления еды! Кто-то из соседей курит в туалете и по вытяжке был слышен сильный запах сигарет в ванной комнате так же скорее всего раньше были животные и в ванной был слышен запах кошачьей мочи. При заселении квартира была чистая,мебель в нормальном состоянии. Полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям! Ожидание не испорчены!

The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

Great place to stay away from the city but very close to the highway to Batumi, Sarpi, Poti, etc. Chakvi also has many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments have a really cool outdoor area with activities. Ilia and his Family made us feel right at home.

Auch bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war alles super. Wir konnten direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos parken, hatten alles was wir brauchten und wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Cotne ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Es ist ein unschlagbares Angebot in Tiflis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had really short stay, but our host was amazing and let somebody to wait for us to get in at 1:30AM. House is absolutely great, if you are travelling to Kutaise, just book it!
