We LOVED our honeymoon at Laurie's place! It was exactly the relaxing, cozy, peaceful getaway spot we were dreaming of. Great location - even in the winter! Laurie is a fantastic host: friendly, chill, accommodating and invested in our enjoyment of the place. We really like how she provided clear instructions - and the nice little labels in various places in the house tickled our fancy! We cooked most of our own food all week and the kitchen was fully equipped with a nice full fridge, suitable dual hotplate, nice big sink for dishes and all the equipment needed. Laurie mentioned doing some woodworking and there was a nice solid wood cutting board in the kitchen and lovely live-edge wood in various places in the home. We appreciated the decor, and loved the wood paneling on the walls - the whole place smells nice because of it. The bed was comfortable and there was ample space in the home and extra linens. We loved the local handmade soap, too! We'd love to return next year!

Very nice property steps away from the lake. Had all the amenities you could ask for. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Will be back if I have the chance.

This was our second visit, and it was as great as it was in 2017. Although advertised as a tiny home, it feels spacious and has everything you need to feel comfortable in your stay. Thanks for hosting us again!

It’s like you have us a magician’s top hat: ‘I wish there were a toaster - there it is!’ ‘I wish there were poop spray - there it is!’ ‘I wish there were ceiling fans - there they are!’ You’ve thought through and provided every detail to make out stay magical. Would highly recommend! A very spacious spot with lots of activities and lovely surroundings. The place is very cozy with the wood burning stove and plethora of candles. Annette was very pleasant, responsive and accommodating! We had a great time playing with her dogs in the snow. We will be back!

Had a great little “staycation” at Kathy + Jeremy’s place. The hosts were so hospitable and very responsive anytime we needed something. They even went the extra mile- knowing I came down with a really bad cold- and they brought us stuff to help aid it, while everything was closed that evening. Our dogs loved the floor ceiling windows, so they could watch the wildlife from the inside , as well as getting to roam while outside. Kathy left a very detailed guide to recommendations for restaurants, trails, and the lake, as well as the nearby town. We didn’t get a chance to use the Sauna unfortunately ( I was so congested I thought I wouldn’t be able to breathe at all LOL) but the hot tub was so lovely. The property was clean, had all the essentials you’d need for a comfy stay and at home cooking. We couldn’t have asked for a better time away. We will be returning!

We had an amazing stay at Sheila's place! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The table, fridge, and microwave were perfect for eating a meal in. It was great value for the cost and we would definitely visit again!

Richard is a great host. The check in process was straightforward and very flexible in terms of timing. The place is a full of old camera collection and telephone. It's heaven for antique history buffs.

We had a wonderful stay at Damon’s home! My fiancé and I really enjoyed our time here. The place was spotlessly clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. The amenities were perfect, making our stay comfortable and convenient. We’ll definitely be back in the future! Highly recommend.

Christopher’s place is a perfect little hideaway in Collingwood. Location is perfect for strolling to downtown with tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. Ideal for a quick weekend away

Great place for our family of four, loved the hot tub after full days of skiing and tubing at the nearby hills. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong and the board games. Lots of space for the family to relax. As mentioned from other guests, the curtains don't cover the windows entirely so bring an eye mask! The kitchen was equipped for our needs. The bathroom is large and great shower pressure.

Colins place was clean and cozy for our weekend getaway. Great location close to restaurants. Colin was very helpful and responsive during our stay.

Great space, very comfy, and the hot tub was glorious. We used the hot tub every night after a day of hiking. The enclosed patio with open air was perfect for enjoying the late cold nights relaxing in the hot water. Location is great and we would definitely consider returning to their place again in the future.

We had a great time staying at Ryan’s place (for 3 months). The bedrooms are spacious and the living room was cozy (especially because of the electric fireplace). Ryan was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for letting us stay at your place! :)

Stayed overnight at Peter's and really enjoyed it! Huge area, private entrance and clean. Came during one of the largest snowfall periods I was told, and the surroundings were beautiful. Peter was a great host - responsive, helpful and gave plenty of local recommendations. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Great place to spend the week. It was clean and free of clutter. Priya was quick to respond to any questions we had. The bathroom was nice and clean. Having cable TV and plenty of channels to choose from was a plus. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Thank you Priya for your hospitality.

Monir was so warm and welcoming! I had a family emergency during my stay and she was extremely gracious with me.

Colleen and Jeff's place, as usual, provides a safe, clean and centrally located space that is very well stocked with needed essentials in the kitchen and the bathroom. Within a short drive we were able to explore Owen sound, Wiarton and Sauble Beach as well as red Bay Beach which was our kids' favourite (went to almost every day!). Communication with Colleen and Jeff was easy and we always get a prompt response. The kids are already asking when we'll be back.

Thanks Robert for hosting us for a winter weekend away! We enjoyed staying at your place and taking advantage of the sauna was a bonus. The location was great, close to downtown Collingwood and other attractions. We wanted to cook some meals and Rob went out of the way to pick us up more cooking oil. Our cat also had a good stay, and we appreciate you allowing him to come with us! Thanks.

Kims place is a hidden gem. It had everything we needed, was super clean and felt like such a cozy but luxurious stay. The heated floors, coffee, snacks, and beautiful aesthetic are just some of what we enjoyed. The covered porch is stunning and the location is walkable for everything in town within just a couple of minutes. We really appreciated Kim’s accomodating demeanour and are looking forward to staying here again!
