The appartment is located in a special place, near the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed everything. The rooms were comfortable an equipped with all what we need. We definitely recommend it. Hasan gave us many tips and advices to enjoy our stay on Kos. Thanks Hasan, you are an excelent host.

Talimatlar ve açıklamalar giriş çıkışlar için yeterliydi ev sahipleri ihtiyaçlar konusunda yardımcı oldular. Sorularımıza hızlı ve düzgün yanıtlar aldık. Evde olması gereken malzeme ve gereçler fazlasıyla vardı. Keyifli bi tatil geçirdik konaklama çok iyiydi sabah ve özellikle günbatımı manzarası harikaydı

We really loved our stay at Irene’s place, it was clean and tidy. Just the perfect size for two people :) walkable to get to all the tourist places and right in the heart of the kos old town <3 We loved Kos and would highly recommend this airbnb to those coming to Kos

This one of the best Air B&B properties we have stayed in. It was exceptional in terms of space and comfort (we were traveling as two). Everything was within a short walking distance and we found some exceptional restaurants (Olivity for example along the coastline away from the heavy touristy section) and Azzurro for free sunbeds for the price of a drink. When we return to Kos, we can only hope that George's listing is available.

Anetta’s apartment is located in a calm side street of residential area. It is very clean, with newly renovated bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Minutes away are small markets, with a Kritikos supermarket not far away. Also nearby are the pastry and bakery shop and good restaurants. The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk away down the street. We had great time standing there. Anetta was very helpful, approachable and responded quickly. Highly recommended.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, perfekte Lage, direkt am Strand, 10 min Gehweg in die Stadt, Supermarkt nicht weit weg, auch der Check-In war einfach und die Unterkunft sauber und wie beschrieben

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft von Catherine sehr genossen. Auch im voraus war Catherine immer gut zu erreichen und hat wertvolle Tipps gegeben (Bspw. den Anfahrtsweg beschrieben). Vor Ort erlebten wir Catherine als sehr offen, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen war sie schnell erreichbar. An unserem ersten Abend gab sie uns sehr gute Restaurantempfehlungen. Als Willkommensgeschenk hatte sie uns Obst, eine Flasche Wein und Wasser bereit gestellt. Wir können diese Unterkunft also nur empfehlen.

Bize her konuda yardımcı olan Dursun Bey’e teşekkür ederiz. Konum olarak Turgutreis merkeze biraz uzak olsa da denize yakın, sakin bir yerde. Cadde üzeri olduğu için biraz yol sesi oluyor. Eşyalar yeni. Ev düzenli ve temizdi. İhtiyaç duyulacak çoğu eşya mevcut. Güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.

Очень рекомендую всем, невероятно красивая, уютная квартира, хозяева этой квартиры это просто отдельная тема, они через пару минут общения стали родными, помогли с вызовом такси, накормили завтраком. Если можно было бы дать оценку больше 5, это было бы 100.

My wife and I stayed in Serdar's condo for 12 nights in late September. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace overlooks the pool with fuchsia and white bougainvillea climbing up the terrace column. The beach, with umbrellas and lounge chairs, is 100 meters from the property. I would recommend a car for exploring up and down the coast. We would definitely stay here again.

Ilkay was a brilliant host. We booked extremely last minute and Ilkay kindly accepted our booking and was at the property to welcome us. She also provided fantastic communication (and patience!). The apartment is wonderfully situated, 10 minutes from beach/marina and beach village. The pool had unfortunately just closed for our stay but would be fantastic for a summer visit with balcony overlooking the pool (and sea). The space was very comfortable for our family of 4 and provided us with everything that we needed (well equipped kitchen and extra towels/linen if required).

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. It felt like a home away from home, and I would definitely stay here again!

Çok huzur verici bir ev bayıldım! Manzara ve bahçesi fotoğraflardan daha güzel. Sakinlik arıyorsanız çok doğru bir seçim. Ben tek kaldım ama evde 2-3 kişi rahatlıkla kalabilir ve tertemizdi boyası yeni yapılmış mutfak oldukça büyük ve pratik yemek yapmak isterseniz rahatlıkla yapabilirsiniz her şey mevcut. Yatak odası büyük ve konforlu, 3 kapılı bir dolap var. Hem salonda hem yatak odasında klima var. İnternet hızı çok iyi evden çalışanlar için benim gibi. Ben bunu avantaj olarak goruyorum ama yinede belirtmek isterim ki eve ulaşım için bir çok merdiven var günlük sporunuzu yapmış oluyorsunuz ☺️ Ev bi tepenin üstünde araba şart ve arabayla 1dklik mesafede Migros, fırın, lokanta, kuaför var. Arabayla gümüşlük 7dk, yalikavak marina 12dk, merkez de 35dk. Zoe gerçekten çok ilgili bir ev sahibi burda olmamasına rağmen çok güzel ilgilendi her şey mükemmeldi, ayrica zafer bey’de her ihtiyacim olduğunda geldi çok teşekkür ederim 🙏🏼 tekrar Bodruma gelirsem mutlaka yine Zoe’nin evinde kalm

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

We had a great stay at Pawel’s AirBnb, Super easy getting to the place as he helped us find a transfer, Easy flexible check-in. The apartment was perfect for me and my boyfriend, size suited us fine and had everything we needed. Couldn’t complain! Little supermarkets were about 5 mins walk away and there was a big one about 15 minutes walk away! Nice little beach was also a 5 minute walk away. We cycled everywhere, the bike rental place was a minute walk away from the apartment, so for us the main town and the other beaches were about 15 mins away, you could walk to the town from the apartment but would be 30 mins but it is a nice walk along the beach and marina. We made our booking at this hotel very short term, because we had some serious issues with our previous hotel, and everything about the communication was excellent! This place is a real oasis and we loved every minute there. There are different sections of the hotel and it seems that every balcony faces the beautiful garden of the hotel. It was so relaxing, quiet and calming, and we finally could enjoy our vacation, when we arrived there. The staff is very friendly and decent and we felt very welcomed from the first minute on. We highly recommend this place!👍🏻👍🏻

Сам объект представляет из себя комплекс небольших домов, где каждый этаж является отдельными апартами. На территории комплекса есть отличный большой открытый бассейн. Все вопросы вы можете решить написав хозяину или обратившись в ресепшен на территории комплекса. От дома до моря идти 5 минут, но пляж там так себе. За действительно прекрасным пляжем лучше пройти немного дольше, пойдёте налево: каменистая тропа выведет вас на полудикие пляжы с чистейшей водой (дно каменистое, будьте осторожны), направо: будут отельские пляжи (никто вам не запретить разместиться между ними) с песком и очень долгим заходом (идеально для детей) При длительной аренде у объекта прилично падает цена, но тогда завтрак не будет включён в стоимость, обратите внимание при аренде. Интернета хватит для работы, но бывают дни когда часто разлогинивает и приходится заново подключатся
