I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

A calm and cosy accommodation with a great view. Perfect to have a quiet time in your holidays. Great place to relax and for trips on Cyprus. Any destination can be reached by car in about one hour.

Die Unterkunft in Pachna ist vor allem durch den schönen Essplatz vor dem Haus sehr attraktiv. Man bekommt täglich Besuch der Katzen aus der Nachbarschaft. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wir aufgrund der Temperaturen gerne genutzt haben. Wer einen etwas leichteren Schlaf hat, sollte wissen, dass sehr früh morgens viele Vögel im Baum vor dem Haus den Morgen begrüßen, was durchaus laut ist. Aber auch romantisch.. Gegen Moskitos sollte man sich ggf. auch Schutz mitbringen. Es gab sehr viele in unserer Reiszeit und es ist kaum möglich ihr Eindringen ins Haus zu vermeiden. Pachna ist ein guter Ort, um die Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden, da es recht zentral liegt. Es gibt eine gute Taverne und mehrere Kneipen im Ort und zwei kleine Supermärkte. Die Ruhe ist phantastisch, die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und reagierten sehr schnell bei Fragen. Falls man die Waschmaschine nutzen möchte, empfiehlt es sich ein paar Tabs von zu Hause mitzunehmen, dann muss man vor Ort keine besorgen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d'Andrew et de Nick. Propre, fonctionnel, spacieux et bien équipé, le logement correspondait parfaitement aux photos et nous avons apprécié la proximité immédiate d'un supermarché et de bars où prendre le petit-déjeuner.

Pobyt w tym miejscu to była czysta przyjemność! Przede wszystkim – kontakt z właścicielem zasługuje na najwyższe noty. Bardzo miły, pomocny i zaangażowany. Wskazówki dotyczące dojazdu i zameldowania były niezwykle dokładne i przejrzyste, dzięki czemu wszystko przebiegło bez najmniejszych problemów. Sam dom zrobił na nas ogromne wrażenie – jest dosłownie wszystko, czego można potrzebować. Nawet jeśli o czymś zapomnisz, to tu z pewnością to znajdziesz. Ogromny plus za dostępne przejściówki do cypryjskich gniazdek, turystyczną lodówkę z plastikowymi kieliszkami i wkładami chłodzącymi – idealne rozwiązanie na plażę! Lokalizacja bardzo spokojna, na wzniesieniu – idealna na odpoczynek. Do miasteczka i plaży można dojść spacerem w około 20 minut. Na dole znajdziesz sklepy, restauracje i dużą, przyjemną plażę. Big company with children spent there NY holidays! It was nice, beautiful, all necessary equipment, table tennis, barbecue were there. And marvelous fire place made our holidays cozy and sweet. Thank you very much for the fast reaction at all our needs!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen und problemlosen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Andrew war ein zuvorkommender und sehr lieber Gastgeber. Er gab uns viele hilfreiche Empfehlungen und wir haben uns in seinem kleinen Paradies sehr wohl gefühlt. Er und seine Tiere machen diesen Ort zu etwas einzigartigem.

O anfitrião é muito atencioso e responde super rápido ,a casa é bem grande boa varanda é ótimos itens de cozinha , a televisão é um pouco antiga senti falta de poder ver um filme por Netflix e Amazon , como a tv é antiga não tem essa função , sentimos frios nos últimos dias também não tinha aquecedor , e por último o vizinho de cima é bem barulhento em horários após 22 e também logo pela manhã , apesar desses poucos imprevistos eu indico o apartamento , e toda gentileza do anfitrião

Квартира расположена в очень удобном месте , 5 минут до пляжа, 2-3 минуты до отличных ресторанов и магазинов . Рядом есть 3-4 кофейни для утреннего кофе, в том числе и Старбакс. Под зданием есть отличное заведение для тех кто предпочитает здоровую пищу, хорошие завтраки, закрывается в 15:00 . На пляже отличный ресторан Columbia Pier , где можно как позавтракать, так и вечером выпить бокал вина у моря . В квартире есть 2 балкона , один на кухне, другой большой , где можно посидеть. Квартира находится на улице, иногда слышно проезжающие машины, но кроме окон есть еще и металлические шторы, ночью можно закрыть и спать спокойно. Квартира чистая , 1 ванная с туалетом, 1 отдельный туалет . 2 спальни . Хозяева отзывчивые, добрые , понимающие. Мы были с 6и месячным ребенком, нам все понравилось .

I stayed in the apartment in March, not during the season. I want to mention that this is the cleanest apartment I have ever rented! The host pays attention to every detail!. You find everything you need to a pleasant stay! Our stay was a pleasure. I highly recommend it, especially since it’s located in the city center, within walking distance to the beach, marina, old town, and the promenade. Nicholas is a very attentive host!

Mario's unit was excellent and clean. The place is located about 100 meters from the water and half way between Columbia Pier and the Old Town/Marina. The unit is just off the road enough where there is no noise from traffic. 100 meters out your door, you can arrive to Cafe Nero for coffee on the water and there are several mini markets right near for getting beer, waters or snacks. We even walked to Aphrodite Beach about 8km from the flat at the other end of Limassol and the walk is safe with plenty to see and do along the way but being closer to the Old Town like Mario's flat is located is the way to go for your stay as the area is more lively. Mario responded to all requests within 5 minutes usually. Would stay here again for sure.

It was a very pleasant stay in this apartment. We were there a month, and are satisfied. The area is very calm, close to Daoudi beach, there's a supermarket nearby (but anyway food and products delivery is very good in Limassol). The apartment is convenient, with everything you may need, with nice balcony and a parking spot. Loutmila is very responsive.

Lieber Savvas, Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, in deiner Wohnung als Gäste übernachten zu können. Schon beim Ankommen war die präzise Beschreibung/Video Chat eine große Hilfe, sodass wir die Wohnung im 1. Stock schnell und problemlos finden konnten. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön – modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Balkon einfach ein Traum. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die Küchenausstattung war hervorragend – vielen Dank für die überlassene Grundausstattung mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig etc. Auch die Elektroadapter und waren eine echte Erleichterung. Die Atmosphäre in der Wohnung ist sehr einladend, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und wie zu Hause. Die Betten waren wunderbar bequem, und das Badezimmer entsprach einem hohen Standard. Die detaillierten Anweisungen für den Aufenthalt und den Checkout waren verständlich. Vielen Dank noch für den Rotwein und die wunderschöne Zeit in deiner Wohnung – wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Luise & Henning

I stayed at Christina’s apartment for a week and had an amazing experience. Christina was incredibly helpful and kind—I couldn’t be more happy with her hospitality. She was always available and assisted me with anything I needed, which made my stay even more comfortable. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything a person might need, making it feel like a true home away from home. It’s also perfectly located in the city center, with all the main facilities and shops just a short walk away. I highly recommend staying here—both the host and the apartment exceeded my expectations!😊

Modern,. exceptionally clean rooftop apartment with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Separate entrance for easy access and parking spot at the front of the building. We loved the great touches like the fluffy white towels (better than in many hotels!), shower gel and shampoo and complimentary water, crisps and chocolate on arrival. You feel like you are a guest at someone's home. Loved the big windows with great views towards the mountain and the views towards the sea on the roof terrace. Central location - convenient for everything. Fantastic communication with Maria- very friendly and professional.
