The location was very central, the view was amazing! The apartment looks exactly like what it looks like in the photos; the place was very clean! 10/10 experience!

The apartment was very clean, location is right by the beach with a seaview from the balcony! The kitchen was fully equipped but the second bedroom may be a bit hot in the summer (no AC). Lilia was super helpful and responsive and it was a great experience overall.

Alexandros was a great host! The apartment was just as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, close to restaurants and the boardwalk. We appreciated how quickly Alexandros responded to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again.

My Wife and I stayed for 8 nights and really enjoyed the house. It was very clean, all of the appliances look new and work great. The courtyard is a lovely place to have coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. George is a wonderful host, very helpful and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this property as it’s in a quiet residential area but very close to numerous bars and restaurants and a 1 minute walk to the beach.

Снимали жилье неделю компанией 5 взрослых и один ребенок (3 года) и остались очень довольны! Beatrice довольно быстро отвечает и пошла на встречу в заселение пораньше. Расположение хорошее - 5 мин до моря и 5 мин до автобусной остановке. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания в плоть до мелочей в том числе и для детей (игрушки, велосипед, самокат, ракетки и т.д) Вообщем и целом всё просто замечательно и однозначно рекомендую к проживанию.

Pobyt w tym miejscu to była czysta przyjemność! Przede wszystkim – kontakt z właścicielem zasługuje na najwyższe noty. Bardzo miły, pomocny i zaangażowany. Wskazówki dotyczące dojazdu i zameldowania były niezwykle dokładne i przejrzyste, dzięki czemu wszystko przebiegło bez najmniejszych problemów. Sam dom zrobił na nas ogromne wrażenie – jest dosłownie wszystko, czego można potrzebować. Nawet jeśli o czymś zapomnisz, to tu z pewnością to znajdziesz. Ogromny plus za dostępne przejściówki do cypryjskich gniazdek, turystyczną lodówkę z plastikowymi kieliszkami i wkładami chłodzącymi – idealne rozwiązanie na plażę! Lokalizacja bardzo spokojna, na wzniesieniu – idealna na odpoczynek. Do miasteczka i plaży można dojść spacerem w około 20 minut. Na dole znajdziesz sklepy, restauracje i dużą, przyjemną plażę. We spent 10 days at this beautifully little hideaway on Pissouri Bay. Such a sweet apartment - just open the gate and you are so near to the beach. Irina was a helpful and friendly host who looked after us well and equally gave us all the space we needed to be peaceful 'downstairs'. We would love to come back as soon as we can!! This apartment is in a wonderful location in Limassol. I'd already been in the town for 2 months, but once I got to Evangelo's place, the town opened up to me. Wonderful park between the Mediterranean and the apartment that encourages strolling and picnicking. Great little beach club too with friendly staff, fresh squeezed carrot juice and cheap loungers. Two blocks behind the apartment is the Old Town of Limassol with trendy coffee bars and restaurants and shopping. The apartment is quiet and clean and has everything you need. I kept the window slightly ajar at night so I could smell the sea. Evangelos is a wonderfully attentive and friendly man who cares about your comfort. I am super happy I stayed here.
